If you pay it works really well. But you dont or shouldn't have to pay as it states free not true.

Do not waste your money on their face masks! While there are lots of great designs, the quality of the masks themselves is ill-fitting and a couple even have different length ear loops. With a little home repair I can make them work but I certainly won’t be coming back to order more. Also, the printing on the bat design mask is so light it basically just looks like a bunch of smudges and lines.

Bought some socks from them. The first post went missing (European post) but Redbubble were quick to send out a second batch free of charge which arrived safely. As to the socks, I like bright colours but the items do not have the vibrancy shown on the website. Also, because they are printed onto a white highly stretchable base sock, it means when you wear them the colour fades even further - especially with mens feet size. I have also noticed that after a few hours wear the patterns are visibly worn and lightened where they are in contact with the shoe. I do not hold out much hope for the pattern staying intact after multiple wears/washes. So would I buy them again? No. I would not go for printed socks again. In addition - and not Redbubbles fault - the import charges into the EU are nearly 50% of the cost, making them even more expensive.

Ordered a bunch of masks. Over a month to get here, even later than their estimated date. About half were clearly misprinted with plenty of white surrounding the poorly printed masks. It was obvious these were cheap, overly small mass bought masks that they ran under a printer and never bothered to do quality checking on. Cheap product, poor quality measures, slow shipping..... two stars.

I placed the order on 5/20, it said it would be delivered between 6/18 and 6/25. On 6/24 I noticed it still hadn't shipped, so I sent a message inquiring about what the heck was going on since it'd been over a month since ordering and it wasn't shipped yet. I didn't get a reply, but within an hour I got a notification that a shipping label had been printed and it was on its way. I finally received my package on 7/1. The shirt material is nice, but I ordered 6 shirts (same design, different sizes), and one of them had a significantly different coloring. It is supposed to be grey, and one shirt was almost white print. so I choose a 4 because the timelines were not met, I didn't get a reply to my inquiry, the print had inconsistent coloring, but the shirt material is nice.

Long shipping and then the order is not as pictured (lower quality, white thread used when matching thread shown on picture) Couple of items were dirty. Refunds look impossible - they push coupons, as best.

I ordered 13 stickers from redbubble and only one came in the estimated delivery. I gave it a few more days, and emailed customer service notifying them that my order has still not come. Keep in mind that I ordered these stickers on march 27th. They still had not come so they sent me a replacement order that was supposed to arrive april 20-23. I sent another email and they told me it would be delayed to the 30th. So the mail came and nothing again. I emailed them today (the 30th) yet again, telling them my order is still not here! I am so frustrated. I give them a two star and not one because the one sticker that I did get was pretty good quality. Just be careful when ordering from them. I am not sure when I will even get my full order but I am sure it wont be soon.

You’d think with a high price tag, RedBubble would use fabric that doesn’t feel like preshrunk sandpaper or feels like it’s been tampered with itching powder. I’m so annoyed at myself for spending £25 on this and having the quality of £1. Actually I take that back, there’s soft blank T-shirts for £1 at Poundland and still vastly higher quality. I’m going back to the likes of Qwertee which for more than half the price, for T-shirts that actually are soft enough to wear and still support independent artists.

Ordered a poster and upon receiving it, it basically looked like they took a thumbnail sized design and blew it up to poster size. The entire thing was pixelated, the color was way off and any sharp lines in the design were blurred. Apparently they have no quality control. No refund was issued, but they offered a voucher which will probably just get used on another poorly printed piece.

Customer service is by the book. Little help. If something is wrong with your order (which I’ve had happen 3/5 orders) the site is no help and will waste your time sending you through links that will give you the same useless information that customer service is going to tell you. The quality of the products are always subpar. The selection is the only thing the site had going for it. Careful ordering too much, apparently their shipping logistics are a mess and you may never see part of your order, nor the replacement order they claim to ship after a month of wasting your time.

The graphic was blurry and the website is poor. No phone number??? I kept the tee shirt bc it was too much of a pain trying to navigate thru their site

Purchased pillows and covers. Covers were pretty but the pillows they sent were too big to fit inside. They were also extremely poor quality pillows. I tried three times to submit an exchange request and it errored out. I will never buy off here again.

Every single order I've placed with RedBubble (6+) has been lost in the post or damaged. While I love the artists on RedBubble, I will no longer be making purchases through their site. The last straw has been a print that was lost in the mail for weeks, and my replacement was damaged/scrunched (which defeats the entire purpose of an art print). Unacceptable!

If you’re smarter than me, and you’re reading reviews online rather than on the site or the app, let me tell you: do not make a purchase from Redbubble. For more than two times the price ($14 for a poster is ridiculous), you can buy a smaller, crappier poster. Specifically, I bought a Harry Styles poster, and this is on this part is on me, I neglected to read the dimensions. It was half the size of a regular poster, not only that, but it was also pixelated and blurry. I could literally see the pixels. So disappointing. I’d ordered two posters though, but the other wasn’t much better. The quality was fine-I-guess and it smelled like vinegar (because of the ink) but I was so mad I couldn’t bring myself to keep either. Returning the two posters proved to be impossible, the website would glitch out whenever I tried to submit I request, and when I contacted them, they just stopped answering at a point. The fact that you are unable to leave a reviews on products you’ve purchased on the site itself, should say a lot. The gracious two-star review is due to the fact that in the past I ordered a handful of stickers from Redbubble that weren’t that bad, they were still overpriced though.

I can't get help in exchanging the sweater I purchased. Spent hours emailing them also IG direct mailed them. Boy what the world is coming too! Can't even exchange a size with out a drama. They actually asked me to measure the sweater, seriously.. Then the company has nerve to ask for a review. My review is I would never buy another item from them again!

They have some unique items, and the prices aren't bad. However, you get killed in shipping charges which jacks the price of the items up. I ordered 5 items from them with a delivery date by December 24th. All but one came in.

I ordered about 15 stickers from Redbubble. When they arrived, they were not cut deep enough to peel from the sticker backing. I had to cut each sticker out by hand using scissors in order to be able to detach the stickers from the paper. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality I saw in my Redbubble order. Won't be purchasing from Redbubble again.

I order some stuff on the Dec 2nd it shipped on the 6th the delivery date was supposed to be the 11th. It is the 18th, still nothing. This is strange because usually when I buy things they come right away. I contacted customer service and they are going to resend the stuff.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks. None of them looked anything like the pictures on the website. For instance the "antique books" socks appeared to have titles but the actual socks had nothing of the kind. Also the customs charge was not made clear when i placed my order. Thus I have paid a lot of money for an inferior product. Very disappointed.
