“Redbubble adjusts to higher amounts when charging with PayPal without informing the customer as to why the amounts are increased. I submitted an order that showed to be $33. When PayPal paid the order, the amount was over $36--the item itself had gone from $25 in the cart to $27 with PayPal and the shipping increased over $1. When asked, the explanation is taxes? Either Redbubble needs to program its user interface to show taxes or the company is engaging in less than scrupulous practices.”

I gave it one star because it will not allow me to give it a -5 starts. This week I received a canvas painting from this business and the hanging hook on the back was placed on the wrong end...so when I hang the picture it looks upside down (see attached picture). Redbubble is extremely expensive and shipping fees are completely outrageous. I run an e-commerce business as well and UPS charges me for a box size 17" x 17" x 45" with a weight of 75 lbs. $22 to ship across the country...it is much bigger and heavier than the box where the painting came in (their box size is 3.5" x 18.5" x 23"). And you know what is even worse?...the size on the frame is smaller than what they advertise. I received the unit with dimensions of 11.750" x 11.750" and they have it in their website as a 12.0" x 12.1 (Medium). In other words, I got ripped off.
After paying so much money for an item that is defective is a complete disgrace for Redbublle to charge the fees they do! I should get a partial refund for taking the time to fix your poor performance work in removing the hook and placing it in the right location. I decided not to return the item because I am supporting this artist, whom I love very much. Otherwise, I would return it for a full refund.
I will NOT recommend Redbubble service to anyone. It's extremely expensive and the product has a poor finish.
I believe Redbubble is a complete rip-off and is out just to make a quick buck. What a complete joke...they can't even figure out where to place the hanging hook on a picture.
It appears I am not alone with my review...just look at the ratings this company has...poor 3.4 stars. I will recommend every artist to stay away from this company...the artist will get their reputation hurt by this company's poor performance.

“Horrible. My wife found a coupon code for 60% off for a phone screen. Not illegitimate. There was no coupon code upon checkout on any of the screens. I understand the idea of hiding certain buttons and codes so as to get full price but this was very bad as I had to get this as her birthday gift. “I recently uploaded my own designs and bought 4 stickers and 2 shirts. I received an email as soon as I bought them letting me know my design had been purchased, and the purchase showed up in my sales history after a few minutes. the stickers came earlier than the shirts, but both came within a week. the stickers were nice quality, and I put them on my laptop a few days ago and they haven't budged, however it seems that if you scratch the sticker (I got the normal one, not transparent or glossy) some of the image might come off. the shirts feel a little cheap, but the design printed fine and isn't peeling or anything. I got ketchup on the shirt (white) and washed it a few hours after it stained, yet it still came out with my bright whites setting on my washer, no bleach. However, the tons of recent bad reviews have been jarring and off-putting, and there are records of RedBubble ripping off artists since 2011 (deletes artists account once they sell many copies of one design, but continue selling it) and I haven't experienced it, but their customer service seems less than sub par. RedBubble has worked for me so far, but buyers and artists should exercise caution when ordering from or uploading to RedBubble.”

I’m a HUGE fan of The Killers! I bought some Killer dresses that wore to a summer music festival and received COUNTLESS complements! The dresses are so lightweight and comfortable too!

“Look, I love Redbubble. I have bought so many stickers and posters and other merch from them over the years but recently I purchased a hardcover journal from them because I really loved the art but in using it I've realized a couple things. The paper is extremely thin and the journal is a lot smaller than I expected it to be. For 128 pages, it's only about a quarter of an inch thick (not including cover). My regular sketchbook is 120 pages and twice as thick despite supposedly having the same paper weight. It's pretty much printer paper (I've checked, it bleeds the same).
It also doesn't lie flat which is fine but a little annoying.
I'm not saying don't buy these but I really hope they redesign them and give it better paper to match up with the wonderful artwork.”
