“If you’re smarter than me, and you’re reading reviews online rather than on the site or the app, let me tell you: do not make a purchase from Redbubble. For more than two times the price ($14 for a poster is ridiculous), you can buy a smaller, crappier poster. Specifically, I bought a Harry Styles poster, and this is on this part is on me, I neglected to read the dimensions. It was half the size of a regular poster, not only that, but it was also pixelated and blurry. I could literally see the pixels. So disappointing. I’d ordered two posters though, but the other wasn’t much better. The quality was fine-I-guess and it smelled like vinegar (because of the ink) but I was so mad I couldn’t bring myself to keep either. Returning the two posters proved to be impossible, the website would glitch out whenever I tried to submit I request, and when I contacted them, they just stopped answering at a point. The fact that you are unable to leave a reviews on products you’ve purchased on the site itself, should say a lot. The gracious two-star review is due to the fact that in the past I ordered a handful of stickers from Redbubble that weren’t that bad, they were still overpriced though.”
“Ordered an item that was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The order never arrived. Emailed customer service and they gave me a 25% off voucher and sent out a second order. That order has not arrived yet either and we are three days past the last day of 'expected delivery'. Asked for a refund and customer service told me to wait four more days from today - not from the last day of expected delivery but from the day I made a complaint. Will not be ordering from Redbubble again.”
“The products are a horror show. I received two posters that where bent and creased. I asked for new ones and they where also bent and creased. Do not buy from this company. They do not care about their products.”
“I ordered several things from Redbubble and was very disappointed. First, I ordered an acrylic paperweight. It came packaged in a cardboard wrapper, had several flaws (the image had a few raised areas from glue I believe) and included a black plastic backing that looked cheap. On Zazzle you can buy glass paperweights for less with a felt backing and a satin lined gift box included. The. I purchased an accessory pouch. The printing on the pouch was nice. But the zipper would not close properly. Lastly, I bought two sets of coasters. One set was never sent (I canceled the order and was refunded). The other set did finally arrive, but the print quality on the coasters was very poor. Extremely disappointed!”
“I had a quality issue with a hoodie I had ordered. I contacted them via chat and sent pictures. The hoodie was otherwise great. They sent a replacement immediately. Kimberly was awesome! I will definitely order from them again! (Order came quickly, ordered after X-mas)”
“I got a less than horrible tshirt the last order. Be aware that one product you order may not be the same as the next. That was my experience. The first tshirt order was great. Good quality and brightly printed. The second order was a cheap, cheap shirt with weak screen printed ink. It sucks.”
“Accidentally double ordered because there was no record of my first order except a charge on my bank statement. Since there was no order number, that order could not be tracked or refunded. They cancelled my second order instead and refunded that one, so I originally felt like I just lost the money spent on the first order however, it ended up coming in!! The second order was indeed refunded, which was great because I paid extra for it to come in time before xmas. But to my surprise, they still shipped the item for some reason and now I have a bunch of extra socks! I guess I'll be gifting them to another group next year.”

“Greatly disappointed with RedBubble. I ordered my things on Black Friday and even paid for faster shipping that were supposed to arrive by December 10th because Emi was afraid of anything that may go south. However, my items did not get to me until December 24th. I emailed them on December 10th After because initially I thought that maybe the items will get here on that exact day. My status update on the items stayed exactly the same as “ Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations” and “ manufactured and shipped.” I will say that they responded back to me rather quick and efficiently helping me solve that problem. I received my second order of items free of charge as a “ replacement” , but I’m still extremely disappointed that they did not arrive faster due to me paying especially for faster shipping. I probably will never get a refund for their failure to hold up their end of the deal. Will not recommend to any of my friends or family. I only found out that my own sister-in-law also had a horrible experience with RedBubble as well. I totally should’ve asked around before I ordered anything. Greatly dissatisfied!”
“If I could give zero stars I would. This company lacks customer service and that’s putting it nicely. Order did not come on time. They created a label but never had the package picked up by UPS. Then 10 days after the said delivery date I only got half the order. I emailed and their response was maybe it was dropped at a neighbor’s house. They didn’t even read my email saying I got half the order and postal worker personally handed me the package. If you are smart stay away from this company. You would be better going to the mall and getting something made there!”
“On December 14th I ordered 2 t-shirts, guaranteed delivery by December 24th. They were funny t-shirts, with the idea being that all of us, including the recipients, would have a good laugh when they opened them, with all of us together, at Christmas. The shirts finally arrived on the 28th, so no family laughs for us, and this is the last time I'll be ordering from Redbubble.”

“I ordered in time for Christmas, estimated shipping date was December 17 - 20th. One part of my order arrived 4 days late by December 24th, the other part still hasn't arrived. It's December 28th. I got an email today saying the item has arrived. It is not at my door. Who knows if I'll ever get it. I would like a refund, but I haven't found a way to get one on Redbubble's website.”

“Will stock to Cafe Press in future. Ordered on 12/16. Arrival date was supposed to be 12/20 to 12/24. Label created 12/20. Shipping didn't actually receive it until 12/23. Package delivery changed to today, 12/27. Still isn't here. Tracking shows it is in IL in limbo. It shipped from OH to IL to get to MI.
Ordered other shirts from Cafe Press on 12/19. Order was here 12/23.”
