“I had a terrible experience with red bubble. I spent a year uploading some highly complex designs. One of them took me two months. Then my hard drive crashed and with it I lost my link to the design freeware I used, to my email address where I'd backed up everything and of course, all the designs on my hard drive. Shortly after this I was suspended. No reason given. As I know I have not infringed on their policy, I don't understand why. There was a complaint that I had copied a leopard skin design, which I know to be false, because I didn't. The design in question was made before Redbubble even existed. It was originally a set of screenprint positives I drew by hand using toothbrush splatter. The report was probably a vindictive attempt perhaps to take out competition. No one owns the idea of leopard spots anyway. There has been fabric printed with leopard spots since my grand ma was cha-cha-ing in her bob in the 1920's. So I was banned without reason and there is no transparency, no explanation, no giving me a chance to take down a design that someone complained of, even if I know it wasn't copied. For example if a design is not selling it doesn't harm me at all to take it down, even if its ethically offensive to have to do it to keep out of the way of bullies. Recently I googled one of my old keywords and lo and behold my best selling design, copied and pasted shamelessly without alteration, was on 6 different accounts under that keyword. I sent screenshots, names etc. and they are still up and have not been removed. So redbubble brutally punish artists who don't copy without reasons given after a year of work invested, and some person with 10 designs who has just joined up is allowed to sell my art work. If there are so many it must be making some money but I get nothing. the cloak of anonymity behind all of this.... the fact that they had got hold of svg's which are not publically available.. perhaps sold as one of the well known 'design package' offers... but where do thieves get high res images and svg... dark dark it is, no transparency is a kind of darkness and breeds darkness .. gives me some very paranoid thoughts. Their ethics are certainly NOT PROVEN TO BE GOOD to say the least ... I suspend my case until I see alternative evidence.”
“I ordered a Christmas gift on Red Bubble. I was notified that it had been shipped on December 9, 2023. It never arrived, and it's been impossible to get information about the status of the shipment or any compensation due to me because the package was lost. There's no valid tracking number, the customer service is non-existent, no one answers the phone - and no one ever replied to the emails I sent asking about my package. What kind of business is this??”
“RECEIVED my aircraft t- shirts as ordered #67443532 shirts right size , fit great , delivered with premium shipping , prior to their recommended date by Australia Post , however , the t-shirt with the transfer of the mosquito aircraft which should have sat proudly emblazoned on the chest , is actually sitting below the chest and on the stomach , looking as though , someone was not caring where the print went , or were training a very young person , am not a person who would proudly wear that t-shirt.”

I try to find out what the hold up was and they were like. It should arrive on the 18th but let us know on the 22nd of January if you still haven’t gotten it yet. “Ordered a shirt, it said it was fitted and to just upsize if that’s not my style. I upsized 2x… and it came and was still extremely small. They wouldn’t refund my money, but gave me a merchandise credit. Ok, so I ordered another tshirt. This time I made sure it wasn’t fitted. Now it’s saying it was delivered, but it was not. I never received it. I asked for a refund, oh they won’t refund my money. But they have me yet another merchandise credit. I do not want to order from them anymore.”

“I had an account with redbubble for a while but never did anything with it until about 2 weeks ago and I created an artist account, but after about 3 days I got an email basically saying that one of my digital prints was too small and how to fix it but on the forth day they shut my account down with no specific reasons but to read the list of why it could of happened but I messaged them and all they fid was say the same thing and that my account would be deleted if I messaged them again.”

“They sent it. And needless to say it doesn't get to me. They say this is on me. And I can't cancel as it's already shipped. I can't return it as I have received no product. So I spent 3 different attempts on the page of customer service which is a sham. Badly written code for a website, by the way. They don't let you speak with anyone. Just loops, and loops, and.... no resolution so far I'm out $100+ beware. If it comes to you it does... if not. There's no way to contact. Will update if I can find a way.”
“I have had an account with redbubble for a while but just decided to put it to good use and after while and it's been less then a week and they email me yesterday out how some of my pictures wouldn't work for posters and how to fix them and today my account is suspended, what the heck! And no email to explain why. I see now they seem to do this to quite a few people.”

“My experience with redbubble has been the worst experience that has happened to me on these platforms. He showed it briefly. I invested my time to post over 200 designs there but I was never paid for the sales made. Even though I had passed the commissions earned from the sales of 20 dollars and my PayPal account was verified, they canceled the payment every month without any particular reason, blaming PayPal. the figure they had to pay me increased every month and in December of this year it almost doubled because I wasted my time advertising the designs on tiktok. One evening I was editing some tags as I had mistakenly posted them as hashtags and the internet in the cafe where I was sitting was weak and the designs wouldn't load. I left there and sat in another cafe and again they did not work even after several attempts. I got up and ran to another cafe where the internet was better and the moment I saved the account, it logged out and I was suspended. I contacted live chat, it was a waste of time, I made the appeal, but there was no option in the forms to give a request. I emailed from the email I had communicated before and the responses were simply a rejection of the appeal request and after that, even though I explained the situation several times, I did not receive any response except that they told me to read an article that speaks in general terms about the reasons of suspension. Normally, it is easy for them to benefit from countries like Albania, since going to court for them is a long and boring job and it is not worth it. Just keep in mind that they are fraudulent and not correct. How can you suspend someone without showing him the real reason and without giving him the opportunity to fix if he has broken any rules? Disappointed to the maximum of them”

“After 20 days, the product never arrived. There's no tracking associated with the shipping, and it's impossible to connect with a real person in customer service. Instead, the customer gets an online run-around where no real person ever responds to written questions. Avoid this company!”
“They were simply asked if I will paid my outstanding sales balance tomorrow which they didn't want to answer. I can only presume this due to the fact they intend to steal my sales earnings. I am well aware my shop is suspended for good so why tell the same thing. Also I notice that they completed two sales while my shop was suspended rather than cancel them so they could earn money from my designs. I also notice that you continue to advertise my products when my shop is suspended so they can generate traffic to your site. So based on this rebubble is a scam, it rips off artists and is dishonest, unhelpful and needs to be investigated by trading standards. They also have unclear and deliberately misleading conditions, they introduced charges without stating what they were in advance and refused to answer questions. Also if you try to close a suspend account it states "if you've accrued earnings and your account is suspended, you won't receive a payment in accordance with the Redbubble User Agreement." Which is again a lie based on the response of Carlos at account services. Absolute scammers and criminals!”

“My product which was ordered in mainland Europe was sent from England without consulting me. The duties were not paid from Redbubble so the item was not shipped to by address but instead to a dhl office where I had to drive to during work hours and pay 7 euros in duties. This was annoying for me and I would have never have agreed to it (as I would also not have agreed to Brexit since it was financial suicide in the name of racism).”
