“This was my 1st time using Redbubble and my last. Shopping for xmas I saw item that I thought would be great that was to be delivered by Xmas. As christmas grew near, I became nervous not having received product.. I sent several emails and Facebook messages only to be flat out lied to that it would arrive by Christmas, Looking thru tracking I noticed they stated item was shipped and yet it wasn't picked up until 3 days later and on a Friday none the less. I'm very upset at Noone giving attention to detail or looking into it rather than lieing to my face. I even stated that in case they never heard of it 2 day priority mail is an option. They clearly knew before item left that it would not arrive on time and chose to do nothing. I haven't received item but I'm more than willing to bet quality will be as poor as they're low shipping standards. I wanted to return products given they didn't meet their end of the bargain and they respond with voucher. A voucher...really? You have shown zero interest in meeting customers needs and hopefully more and more customers will catch onto your scams”
“Made me pay a lot extra for expedited shipping, guaranteed arrival before Christmas. Kept pushing the delivery date back, and now this morning it says it won’t be here in time. Complete rip off after having to pay $30-40 for “guaranteed arrival”. Can’t get in touch with anyone from the website. Will not be ordering again.”

“I got a shirt from redbubble. It fits great, but the image they put on the shirt won’t last. I paid $30 or so dollars for the shirt, and can’t see it lasting more than 3 washes. I eased it for the first time and the image was stuck to itself. It’s like the ink or whatever they used was not cured. It cracked out all through the whole image. I did not dry this item hoping it will last more than 3 washes.”

“I ordered a tapestry and got an email the next day that it was shipping, due to arrive 12/12, which is 2 days from now. That was 13 days ago. The tracking number still shows that USPS has not received the item. I have been trying to contact support to see if it's just delayed or if it's lost or whatever, the website says there is 24/7 support. The chat option has said all day that there is no agent available, and when I send an email it immediately spits out an email back telling me to keep waiting for my delivery. This feels like a huge scam at this point.”
