“I ordered a shirt with the expectation of it being delivered on a certain day, because I needed it for an event, paid for express delivery so it would be here when needed. It's being delivered a day after I need/wanted it.I understand this happen, however I'm very disappointed. Not sure I would purchase anything from Redbubble again.”
“Paid for express shipping for a t-short to arrive on my son’s birthday. The shirt arrived one week after the guaranteed delivery date. There is no option on the “contact us” for anyone to talk to a human being and no option with the autobot to request reimbursement for the express shipping charge. In short, customer support is non-existant”

According to Redbubble tracking, this product was shipped four days prior to the guaranteed delivery date. It did not arrive. According to FedEx, the label was created but nothing else has happened. I tried to reach customer service, but their service bot could not understand plain English. All attempts to communicate with somebody sent me round in circles. If there was a zero stars, I would have chosen it”
“As an artist that sells on redbubble, this company has made it pretty much impossible to make a profit whatsoever. To begin with, they have always taken a large portion of the profits from each sale, which fair enough, money needs to go towards manufacturing and logistics etc, I didn't have a complaint towards that. However, last year they implemented the dumbest arbitrary "account fee" system, which basically takes away another large chunk of whatever meagre profit we were making to begin with.
As an example:
Last month, I sold £21.6 worth of products. After deducting manufacturing costs etc., I received a profit margin of £5.4. Then, after deducting this month's account fee, I'm left with £2.4 worth of earnings!!! From £21.6 to £2.4... so i'm basically earning 10% of my sales, whilst redbubble is pocketing 90% of my sales. This is extremely discouraging to all artists, and I'm seriously considering closing down my account because of this.”

“Not impressed at all. Their T shirt size conversion chart is wrong. I ordered what I thought was my size, it wasn't, it was ridiculously big. I am not a small person and it drowned me.
The T shirt patterns do not fit women's bodies.
I contacted them to return but I have had no response. They say they will get back to you to try to resolve things in 48 hours, they haven't. I sent another email, no response. I feel ripped of and lied to.
I spent a lot of money on 3 useless planet sized T shirts.
Don't order t shirts from them unless you are a giant or want to pitch a tent with one of their T shirts”
“I spent half an hour ensuring my tee shirt would be sent from within the EU to avoid customs and then it shipped from the UK in the end so I paid 11 euros on an already expensive shirt. Now I have the most expensive shirt of my life at over 30 euros and it is the lowest quality shirt I now own. It feels like sandpaper and the first time I put it on to try it, I felt the neck line start to tear already. And because it sat in customs for weeks, it came after the event I wanted it for. NEVER AGAIN!”

“waste of time, order shipped 4/13 said it would be delivered between 4/18-4/23 still have not received my order and my tracking has not updated since 4/18 said it departed facility 1 city away and hasnt updated since. Redbubble refuses to do anything until 4/30 because they say its not lost yet even though thats a week past guaranteed delivery. support team is horrible and gives excuses that its not their responsibility to investigate where my order is and refuses to give any help until after 4/30. To give reference i ordered a custom designed sweatshirt one day after i placed this ordered and received it on 4/19.”
