“I got a shirt from redbubble. It fits great, but the image they put on the shirt won’t last. I paid $30 or so dollars for the shirt, and can’t see it lasting more than 3 washes. I eased it for the first time and the image was stuck to itself. It’s like the ink or whatever they used was not cured. It cracked out all through the whole image. I did not dry this item hoping it will last more than 3 washes.”

“I ordered a tapestry and got an email the next day that it was shipping, due to arrive 12/12, which is 2 days from now. That was 13 days ago. The tracking number still shows that USPS has not received the item. I have been trying to contact support to see if it's just delayed or if it's lost or whatever, the website says there is 24/7 support. The chat option has said all day that there is no agent available, and when I send an email it immediately spits out an email back telling me to keep waiting for my delivery. This feels like a huge scam at this point.”

After up loading about 30 pieces of art copyrighted by me and all my banking information they suspended my account claiming that at 50 I’m under 16, that I had previously been banned from a company I never even heard of until Saturday and that my trademarked and copyrighted works are fraudulent. I have never dealt with a company so shady. They are stealing peoples artwork and using it for their own gain. They are also stealing your bank information.”
“So I ordered two prints of the Haggard Garage "mint" logo shirts from them. It was made quickly and shipped in a timely manor. The premium material I chose does feel good, its a quality t-shirt. The image however is not great. First of all its just your typical silk screen print stuck on top and rough to the touch. Plus the graphic this artist used was improperly enlarged so if you look close at the letters you can see its pixelated along the edges. One shirt i received the image was printed across the belly, one was fine. Redbubble did replace the misprinted one free of charge. Bottom line I'm happy with my order and I'd buy from them again. (Tried to upload photo kept getting error message)”
“I am extremely disappointed with Redbubble’s service and the handling of my account suspension. My shop, featuring original and creative designs, was rejected without any valid explanation. Despite multiple attempts to appeal and clarify my situation, their AI-driven customer service provided generic, unhelpful responses that failed to address my specific concerns.
The lack of transparency and the impersonal nature of their support is incredibly frustrating. As an artist who put time and effort into creating unique designs, being dismissed without proper justification is disheartening. Redbubble’s approach to handling creators feels arbitrary and unfair.
I would not recommend Redbubble to other artists looking to showcase their work. Their poor service and dismissive attitude leave talented creators feeling discouraged and unsupported.”

“I ordered an art print from Redbubble on 10/26. When it arrived, it was blurry, pixelated, and obviously derived from a low resolution source image completely unsuitable for print. I contacted them and submitted photos. Instead of giving me a refund, they gave me a voucher for store credit. OK, fine. I ordered a different print from a different user. At this point I've paid for shipping twice, totaling over $25 just for shipping. The replacement arrives and it's even worse than the first order. It's not only blurry, there are long print lines and scratches. I contact them again, requesting a refund, as there is no way at this point I intend to order any more products from this company, not to mention I would have to pay for shipping a THIRD time. They are uncooperative. I contact paypal and file a dispute. Redbubble doesn't even read my dispute and sends a form email stating that my order was delivered. Yeah, no kidding. That wasn't in question. What I received was two defective products in a row and I want my money back. I escalate it to a claim with PayPal. They send more cut and paste form letters, asking for photos, which I've not only already sent them, I also posted on the paypal dispute. I send them the photos AGAIN. This company would rather do this to a customer over $50-60 and not only damage their brand, but ensure that I tell everyone I know about this bad experience, than reimburse a customer for their OWN POOR PRODUCTS. This company has no quality control and evidently let's anyone upload low resolution images to their site and sell them, but their print on demand partner is also atrocious. This is a predatory company that hijacks your money and thinks they're entitled to hold onto it like an underfed piranha rather than make sure they're providing value so they have repeat business and a positive brand reputation. As of right now I'm waiting on my PayPal claim. Redbubble, you deserve to go out of business.”
“Redbubble is awful DO NOT ever use them. They should be sued and shut down. Suspending accounts for no proper reason, internal bot problems, no actual humans to speak with, no email of explanations if question arises, no attempt to communicate if there is an issue-leaving no way to correct or resolve their actual errors or let the artist amend or verify, and literally no human contact to be found.
This company is trash & a waste of time. (For me 5 years worth & hundreds of creations deleted while logged in. And while “lowering” my prices when I hit save… boom…site crashed, I couldn’t relic in and was suspended. (This was an internal error on there end alone).
But: No explanation as they state that’s how they roll. I appealed, got a generic form sent back & nothing they suggested had been done. (It should have been addressed and reinstated immediately).
I’m disgusted and disappointed & will never have a good thing to say about them after what they did. They are scammers. 💯 not trustworthy. Go anywhere else!!! You’ve been warned.”
