“We ordered two posters which was about $67. They both came damaged and to be fair, it may have been the post office. They gave us credit for one since they no longer carried it and we chose a replacement for the other. The customer service was good. We just got the second group in and they are damaged as well. The company really needs to invest in a better way to protect the posters in transit.”
“I have no complaints in regards to Customer Service as they always respond very quickly and are always very courteous however on the 3 Occasions I have shopped with them their shipping times leave a lot to be desired so if you're going to shop with them keep in mind depending on where you live and the Product or Products you buy you could be in for a long wait. For me personally I have been waiting typically 2 months before I received an item I payed for. I live in Ireland btw so that's probably a factor in this.”
“I wanted to get something Warrior Cat for a Christmas present for my Warrior-Cat obsessed granddaughter. All I could find was face masks from an "artist" on Redbubble. My hopes were high, I mean, they were face masks. I've made over 100 myself. Easy breezy. The fabric is wonderful, but evidently, the person who made these had never actually checked to see if her design was functional. They are not. So, so disappointing all the way around, but mostly when I saw the disappointment on my granddaughter's face with the mask just hanging there. I'm still trying to find a way to use the fabric. I tried to contact the "artist" asking for some fabric to make my own, but never heard back. I try to use independent manufacturers, but I need to be kinder to myself and quit that.”
“I ordered masks as I had previously got one through a friend who bought on Redbubble. To my dismay they were smaller than the one my friend got me and didn't fit properly. I find it terrible that cost are trying to be cut in this way during a global pandemic.”
“I purchased the 1,000 piece mah jongg puzzle. It comes in a lovely tin box with a 4 x 6 image of the puzzle on the tin. No where in the box is there a larger image of the puzzle making it extremely difficult to actually sort and work on the puzzle itself.
I do puzzles on a regular basis. Always in the box is a larger photo of the puzzle to assist in completed it. I am so disappointed as this cost $50 with s/h. Be aware and don't buy!!”

Everything they’ve printed of mine has turned out completely washed out and grainy (which is by no means the fault of my files) and I ordered a hoodie, which not only had those issues, but came out completely covered in dirt? Dust bunnies??? The staff is polite, but I can’t handle how awful the products have been. This was also a series of orders, not just one.”
“Quality has seriously dropped since I last ordered from them. Their stickers used to be very brightly colored with good quality images, but the last batch I got was all washed out and grainy.
I would give one star but customer service was very quick and polite. My other major complaint is they do not issue refunds, just reorders and store credit. But if that low quality is standard who would want a reorder, and why would I want store credit to buy more trash?”

When I tried to contact them I only could get to their support page, but couldn’t directly contact them. It only told me the stickers had been sent out. Any emails responding to their order confirmation email bounced. Still waiting”
“I used to have only good experiences with redbubble and had not ordered for a while. Since coming back, I placed an order on the first of October and I was told it was shipped on October 5th. The status of the order still just says "shipping information received" but UPS still does not have the item on hand. It was expected to be delivered today. “My order was delivered on schedule. Prior to ordering I checked out the return policy. It said they would like to make you happy. I placed an order, received it, and felt it was a poor quality for the money. I started the return process online and that is when I found out you have to exchange it for something else or get a voucher to spend there. I feel that is a deceptive practice not being upfront with their return practices.. leading the buyer to believe they want to see you happy & that is their goal... nothing about NO REFUNDS up front..”
“I ordered 5 face masks. The only thing good was the designs. The masks are of very light weight materia and the nose area has "no adjustment provided." FITS TOO LOOSE. Literally have to ware a better mask under it to feel protected. If it weren't for "the political message designs" , I'd return them. Not worth the money!”
“The two stars because redbubble did deserve some recognition for their customer service and resolution on this occasion. After nothing arrived a full month after the last due date specified a refund was organised and apologies given, credit where credit is due, thanks redbubble. Ultimately as customers we'd just prefer the prompt arrival of a quality product, but later when the product eventually did show, I was very relieved that I'd already received a refund and didn't have to embarrassingly use this sticker as a present as intended. Those of us who printed colour pics with dot matrix printers cicra 1996 will know what this sticker came looking like, faded, harsh gradient, washed out finish, amateur cut out. Wouldn't pay $2 if i saw this in an actual store, let alone the crazy amount I was originally charged. This really is the old online bait-n-switch tbo. Best stick to actual stores if you can, so you may inspect before purchasing.”
“I will NEVER order for this company again. The products I ordered are 'OK', at best, and if I really thought the 'artist' was making any money off them...maybe again... HOWEVER they send this 'cutesy' e-mail @ 'the product has been delivered and the artist 'got paid'...(what??) at 9 p...and then 10;30 P...and I'm here!! Nothing...but trying to get hold of them @ non-delivery was worse...no phone, no e-mail that doesn't bounce back (one took days), nothing on the website about none delivery...

Well, I waited and I waited and I waited and eventually I was given notification that the mask had gone into production and would still make my delivery date . . . except that I got this notification on or around the 20th August, so the delivery slot had already been missed
The mask did turn up - it's a single layer mask, so more of a fashion thing than an actual mask - it's, at best, very average quality. I'll be interested to see how well the "printing" holds up after its first wash . . . I suspect that the colours will fade, it's not filling me with confidence
Given the price for what I got I'd probably not bother again - these Covid mask things - the pretty ones with the pictures on look on them as novelties rather than an proper mask. That OR wear them over a disposable mask . . . that'd work”
