“I ordered two puzzles over a month ago; my card was charged immediately, but the puzzles have not yet been produced, nor can I get a date when they might be shipped. Customer service was of no help.”
“I have no complaints in regards to Customer Service as they always respond very quickly and are always very courteous however on the 3 Occasions I have shopped with them their shipping times leave a lot to be desired so if you're going to shop with them keep in mind depending on where you live and the Product or Products you buy you could be in for a long wait. For me personally I have been waiting typically 2 months before I received an item I payed for. I live in Ireland btw so that's probably a factor in this.”
“I wanted to get something Warrior Cat for a Christmas present for my Warrior-Cat obsessed granddaughter. All I could find was face masks from an "artist" on Redbubble. My hopes were high, I mean, they were face masks. I've made over 100 myself. Easy breezy. The fabric is wonderful, but evidently, the person who made these had never actually checked to see if her design was functional. They are not. So, so disappointing all the way around, but mostly when I saw the disappointment on my granddaughter's face with the mask just hanging there. I'm still trying to find a way to use the fabric. I tried to contact the "artist" asking for some fabric to make my own, but never heard back. I try to use independent manufacturers, but I need to be kinder to myself and quit that.”
“I purchased my items on 9th December 2020. The website told me that the estimated delivery date would be 28-30th December. On 25th January, I finally received my first item. It's almost February and I still haven't received my other items. Redbubble really need to fix their the time they need to make an item. The item I ordered was a sock and it took 2 months to make. Amazing!”
“As an artist (who uploads lots of designs) it looks like there is something severely wrong here. They have dropped my account. I had 6000 designs on it. I tried creating a new account, uploaded about 20 designs and again it was suspended for no good reason. It used to be a great place to sell stuff. I wonder if they have IT issues? In any case their support is useless or non-existent. Are other artists having similar issues?”
“We ordered four smartphone bumpers, estimated arrival Jan 13-15. On Jan 14 I get a message that they just got sent off, estimated arrival still Jan 13-15: hmm, let's see.
Of course it only arrives on Jan 22. And only one of the four hulls arrived. What's with the rest?!? I contact customer service and they generously offer to reorder the remaining three for me, great. But not even faster or tracked shipping!
Now we're still waiting for the remaining three bumpers, four weeks after having ordered them...”

“Consistently mediocre, w/ bad business practices
So far, I've ordered shirts, hoodies, posters, and stickers from Redbubble. I always give them second chances because, well, sometimes their products are good enough (although way too expensive) and I can only find the designs I like on their site. The hoodies and t-shirt designs have been printed okay, although the hood part is always too small. The stickers never arrived. The posters looked like they ran out of ink mid-print and were full of blotchy lines. (attached picture doesn't give justice to how bad it looks up close)
The worst part, however, is how they run the customer side of the shops. Reviews, if viewed, are 99% 5 star; you don't get to review products on your own, they have to send you an 'invitation' to review, and if it's not positive people won't even be able to see it. To contact sellers, they put the button all the way below their products.
It just seems kinda sketch. I'd recommend any other website - Etsy is a good alternative.”
“I placed my order on Dec. 4, 2020. Plenty of time for Christmas delivery. The stickers and 1 of the 2 shirts I ordered arrived in time. I contacted the company 3 times asking why hasn't my other t-shirt been mailed. They continued to give copy and paste answers. I finally said, I can't think of any reason why it would take over 3 weeks to send a shirt. After they admitted to a "production issue" they issued a store voucher. I ordered a 2nd shirt. After receiving the pat answers "don't worry the shirt will still arrive, but will be delayed" they admitted again to a "production issue." Another store voucher. Picked out and ordered a third shirt. When questioning if this shirt would actually be shipped I got the response "it seems that the same issue is happening." January 22, Thankful to have received a full refund for the shirt. My granddaughter didn't get her Christmas present. We haven't given our grandson his shirt, because we didn't want to give one a present and not the other. Needless to say, we will never order from Redbubble again.”
“This company has zero customer service. I tried ordering a toddler hoodie three times from two different vendors. All three times when i checked on the order it said “in production.” After numerous attempts, i received a chat with a person who said the orders did not go through even though the message i got when i checked order status was that it was underway. I asked if she could help get the order through and she said no, she could only provide a voucher for redbubble ( what good is that if their orders dont go through?) or refund. So basically i wasted three weeks thinking my product was in production. Their is no phone number and nobody who will actually help. All they can do is confirm that their system does not work so , sorry about that. Don’t waste your time with this company because the “check your order” feature is obviously bogus.”
“I ordered masks as I had previously got one through a friend who bought on Redbubble. To my dismay they were smaller than the one my friend got me and didn't fit properly. I find it terrible that cost are trying to be cut in this way during a global pandemic.”
“I am really pleased with AmorousLilith's designs. The finished products I have ordered are well made and true to the artist's conception. Delivery time is acceptable. I have not returned any of the 3 different items I have ordered; an apron, comforter, and face masks. I will order from Redbubble again.”
“If you ever want to get an item, DO NOT order from this company! I have no idea about quality since they can figure out how to get me my order. I ordered something on 12/16. It said it would arrive between 1/6 and 1/11, which was fine. On 1/9, it still hadn't printed so I contacted the company. They told me they were looking into (but they couldn't even tell the status because the email said something about "if your item has shipped, you can track it;otherwise, you will be notified when it does). It is now a week after I was supposed to get it and they still have no idea what is going on since I got an almost identical non-update. At this point I don't expect to ever see my item or my $25. Glad that is all I lost! I feel bad for the artists trying to make money off this scam site!”
“Ordered Dec 10 and it’s Jan 9th and still haven’t received anything. Platform is terrible because it gives you no information or a way to call. When you put your order number in it just says shipped. Obviously there’s an issue yet there is no other option to contact. I will be contesting the charge in my credit card. I would avoid using them. The quality of a company to me is determined when you have an issue and the ease or ability to resolve the issue. There is none with Redbubble.”
