Ordered two small classic shirts from Redbubble as they said it runs large. It was too small, and one of the shirt prints didn't look as sharp as I wanted. I asked to exchange one small shirt for a medium, and the one I didn't like for a refund and they did exactly that. Not only did they tell me to keep the products I couldn't fit (give them to a friend or charity!) they also gave me a Redbubble voucher. Fantastic service and very helpful and would buy and sell from them again.

Redbubble are not a reputable identity to do any business with. They reproduce artwork from other artists and brand it as "The Design Firm" My advice to anyone that has art on this site. REMOVE IT Your child's face could be the next big $ for "RedBubble"/"The Design Firm". And you don't get a cent. Don't say I did warn you. Cheers The Copyright Lawyer

Never buy anything from them. Just look at the photos of the printed artwork, it so bad not sure how this passes QC/QI. They also refusing to give refund...

HORRIBLE company - no customer service and lousy production - and TONS of copyright infringement. Worst customer service ever. And they get the orders wrong contstantly. Crappy low-end production as well. THE WORST. They absolutely ***STEAL*** the logos and titles of tons of movies, tv shows, products and everything else - they have NEVER gained approval from any company to steal their images and logos or slogans. They are a FRAUD company stealing from every legit business out there.

Unfortunately there is no option for ZERO stars. Items ordered in September and never received despite emailing their customer services on a number of occasions. No response. I eventually raised a dispute via Paypal and got my refund. AVOID.c

Placed my order in october. Delivery date was 1,5 week after ordering, which is quite late in comparison to other companies. Tracked my order, but didn’t seem to move at all. Deliverydate went by without anything. After emailing company, they said it should be there 7 days later max. Nothing came. After another email; again 10 days later. So i would have to wait more than a month. This is not okay for the price they ask!!! So late delivery, bad custumerservice, expensive.

I bought throw rugs lovely and soft a little thin but ok also a printed t shirt which l mistakenly put the wrong size to my surprise when l enquired how to return it they gave me a voucher to buy the correct size amazing greatly appreciated thanks Anne

Terrible customer service. My order was lost and I had to email 20 times and still they did nothing. Ronald the supposed manager refused to track the order after I contacted UPS myself and they told me the package was lost. According to UPS policy RedBubble had to start the claims process. I explained this to Ronald. He just refused to help. I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved to get something done. Do not order from this company. They do not care!!!! Checkout their sinking stock prices, says something about the company.

I ordered x2 Slim Aarons framed prints and both are very disappointing. Very low res, the image prints look blurry, and like they're printed off an online, very small picture. The frames are poor quality too, with the joins in all four corners highly visible. Will not order again.

I have used Redbubble quite a few times now( at least 10) & always received our goods which are reasonable quality for the price & in a timely manner . Actually our most recent being a 4 day turnaround!!! Super happy with that !!! One time we didn’t receive a blanket I ordered for my daughter & they replaced it without question! I was extremely grateful 😊 ... They’re great for that point of difference & they support the young up & coming artists 👍🏻

Ordered stickers. They came in a completely wrong size (i have the reciept) and also came bent in the middle. Tried contacting them MANY TIMES and pictures including wrong with measuring tape next to the stiker with evidence but no one ever replied!! Never trusting this place again. it was my first and last purchase

Redbubble supports DMCA trolls - basically, any big corporation can claim ownership of your ORIGINAL artwork, and redbubble will take it down. You can complain, but redbubble will ignore you. Redbubble is there to sell corporate art and to squash independent artists at the request of corporations.

They really disappointed me I was happy to see various products but they are just a rip-off neither did I receive my order nor did they refund me my money, they did not even bother replying to emails I would suggest not to buy anything from this website its not legit at all. THEY ARE JUST A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!

Ordered and paid for 3 stickers, only one arrived. Unable to contact company to get help ~ emails just bounced back and none of the help categories helped either.Terrible customer service, would not recommend this company to anyone.

You seem to have “nice stuff” and the customer service was very good, the only problem, well, this is the most important problem, is that the products are how would you say in the nicest way, Garbage, I ordered 8 masks and 1 shirt, this is the worst quality possible, not to mention they don’t fit properly, I know this has nothing to do with protection, it’s about a cool gimmick, but unfortunately there’s nothing cool about how they fit, it’s like you’re wearing an oversized diaper on your face, which is all open on the sides, making you look like a duck. The pictures on the masks are nice, but of course never look like the pictures on the website, last but not least, they are very expensive, I mean for the cheap material that it is, they’re very expensive!! I only wish I had looked at their return policy earlier cause I would have returned everything, I didn’t know there was only 14 days to return masks, not to mention this order was for some other people as well and now I feel responsible for their purchase because I was the one pushing them to buy from your company.

As an artist i'm having the worst experience with redbubble, this site deletes your account without letting you know what really happened and they say everyone makes a mistake once in a while, and this kindda mistake they do will cost you months of work in a blink...

I ordered two sets of political stickers for my car at the same time. The first one arrived, the second didn’t. When I tried to contact them I only could get to their support page, but couldn’t directly contact them. It only told me the stickers had been sent out. Any emails responding to their order confirmation email bounced. Still waiting

I used to have only good experiences with redbubble and had not ordered for a while. Since coming back, I placed an order on the first of October and I was told it was shipped on October 5th. The status of the order still just says "shipping information received" but UPS still does not have the item on hand. It was expected to be delivered today. I will be filing a dispute through my bank and not ordering again. Extremely disappointed.
