“i bought 2 premium quality tshirts paid over 80$with shipping i received the much lesser quality that they sell for around 20$ they would not just issue me a refund unless i took pics, described why, paid for return shipping and took them to the post office. i didnt have time or correct camera so they told me im out of luck. during these times a little humanity would of been nice.”
“I’m an artist and am so frustrated. Everything they’ve printed of mine has turned out completely washed out and grainy (which is by no means the fault of my files) and I ordered a hoodie, which not only had those issues, but came out completely covered in dirt? Dust bunnies??? The staff is polite, but I can’t handle how awful the products have been. This was also a series of orders, not just one.”
“This website is a scam. They will take your money and ignore your complaints when your package never arrives. Don't waste your time and money like I did.”
“Quality has seriously dropped since I last ordered from them. Their stickers used to be very brightly colored with good quality images, but the last batch I got was all washed out and grainy.
I would give one star but customer service was very quick and polite. My other major complaint is they do not issue refunds, just reorders and store credit. But if that low quality is standard who would want a reorder, and why would I want store credit to buy more trash?”
“Redbubble is very anti-free speech regarding religion. They would ban all sorts of my designs and cartoons without any explanation. They only tell you to review their guidelines, which is no help.
They abruptly suspended my store without any explanation or notice. I had this store for n=many years and it was quite successful.
I created another store and they abruptly banned it too. All my same art is on Zazzle and I get no complaints from them.
If you're an artist who has edgy art and wants to make a statement supporting human rights, and denouncing terrorism, I can't recommend Redbubble.

“They charged my credit card but never sent my order. I tried getting in touch with them over and over again. It's impossible to reach them. It's a rip off.”
“I received the item I ordered, but the quality was poor and it didn't look anything like the pictures. I want to add a review (all the reviews for the item I ordered are very good) but can't find any way to add a review, even after receiving the item. I wonder if the reviews on their website are legitimate or just made up since I can't find a way to review items.”
“Unfortunately the quality of the T shirts has changed to such a sad degree, it’s like night and day. Last time we bought red bubble we received beautiful soft organic cotton, grown and manufactured in USA; this time the image was printed on to “Gildan,” T-shirts, which are rough, scratchy and worst of all, created in India and Pakistan sweatshops by people paid slave wages - we were absolutely appalled.
I’ve given 1 star as the customer service was quick and very good (I’d give the customer service team 5 stars to be fair) but the company have thrown their entire ethos out of the window. I feel sorry for the artists (who are clearly getting ripped off) and the printers who still do a good job but ultimately we bought red bubble for the quality t shirts - no more.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM TIS SITE> Placed an order for a few items. Most turned up, but all of a pretty poor quality. Cheap and nasty materials, bad fuzzy printing and the poster was a poor quality print. One item never arrived. Despite chasing this and emailing and one initial response from Red Bubble, there has been nothing since. No refund to date,”
“T-shirts delivered shoved into a bag, mess. Charged £13.24 for a 2nd class Royal mail parcel worth £3.10. Will not use or recommend to anybody to use this company. Luck of care, cheap and nasty products.”
“They said they shipped my item a month ago but I never received it. Their USPS tracking number shows it was never picked up. Can’t contact anyone at the company to help. They already charged my card and I have nothing to show for it. Total SCAM! Don’t buy from them!”
“Often the goods come of poor quality. Lots of stolen designs. The support service turns a blind eye to this, most likely covering either themselves or their friends. Normal designers are banned for no reason. I do not advise anyone to deal with them.”
“There are massive intellectual property violations taking place within several print on demand merchandise providers in the US. Specifically violations of the Kontinental Hockey League, Australian Baseball League, Fijian Cricket and many other lesser known international sports entities that likely have no idea these American print on demand companies even exist.
The most egregious violator is Redbubble, but examples of this copyright infringement can be found on several other providers, including TeePublic (now a subsidiary of Redbubble). I have reported these violations to the POD companies numerous times on behalf of the various leagues, however in most cases the POD has refused to remove the content until an official claim is filed by the league in question. Additionally, I have contacted the KHL about this issue but have not received a response to date. (*Reps from the KHL have since responded and an investigation is underway) The language barrier is a possible obstacle to communication, or another possibility is that these matters are not worth pursuing for leagues that would likely recoup little in the way of damages. The fact remains that it is a clear and flagrant violation of intellectual property rights by multi-million dollar printing companies based in the U.S.
In addition to the flagrant violations of intellectual property perpetrated on international teams and leagues, there is also plenty of domestic copyright infringement taking place in these marketplaces, and it appears to be completely unchecked. I am including links to some of the shops hosted by these providers that I have reported with no results, and I am also including links to the vast amount of domestic intellectual property violations taking place on these servers as well.

“I've ordered the same item twice. The first time my order didn't arrive and I was given a store credit / voucher. Post lockdown I tried ordering it again, this time paying a premium for courier and still my order didn't arrive. A prompt email ensured me everything will be ok:
"Hi Brandt,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear your Scarf hasn’t reached you yet. No worries, I'm here to help.
I’ve had a look at the tracking of your Scarf and it looks like it is lost.
We certainly expected your Scarf to be with you by now, so I went ahead and organized a free replacement order for to this address:
xxxxx
You can follow its progress until it ships using order number xxxxxxx. When it's heading out the door, you'll receive a shipping notification email.
Your replacement order should be with you by 24 November 2020."
No notification received of 3rd order shipping, nor can I track my order ("Redbubble is experiencing technical difficulties. Our team of talented engineers are working hard to fix the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back soon.")
Redbubble seems to me to be a scam. I strongly recommend NOT using them”
“Dear
Although twice, on my requests, explain to me the reasons why my profile has been suspended and tell me more specifically where I am wrong or where I have offended someone or violated someone else's copyright, all in order not to be further wrong , you insolently and dishonestly answered me only that my profile was suspended, and you never answered me anything specific. I really swear I do not know or am not aware of where my mistake is. And now you are sending me an e-mail, as if nothing happened, and my account is still suspended. Let me also mention that you did not answer my last question at all, you ignored me! Now I wonder, what do you want from me?
Why are you sending me letters as a collaborator? Didn't you suspend me? If your holy company has something, to answer me more specifically, well, if not, then delete me from all your records.
Greetings from your confused former collaborator Predrag!”
“I ordered a dark blue zip-up hoodie and it gave me a black pullover and it was sent to the wrong address but other than that and the drawstring taking me about an hour to fix it was decent.”
“Purchased 2 posters in separate transactions and never received either order. This place looks like they either have an order fulfillment problem or is not legit. I'd suggest staying away from this place.”
