Stay away from the store of redbubble. First able this store has no customer service. Second they will ignore all your emails. I purchased from this store several of mini skirts. I realized I had duplicate items. Since I don't need duplicate items. I decided to return the items and wanted a refund. The person tells me to keep the items I didn't want. To recycle donate or give it away. Every store I purchased online has no problem giving a refund. Except for redbubble they don't give refunds. They will keep your money.i learned my lesson redbubble has alot of bad reviews. Never again I will purchase anything else from this scammers.

"Not in love with your new purchase? (That smell is a byproduct of the printing process. We swear it’s temporary.) If you still aren’t convinced, let’s figure out how to get something that will make your heart sing." This is their cheeky way of saying that because they are print-on-demand, they do not accept returns unless you can prove with a picture that the item was damaged or misprinted. Actually, having since read reviews here and elsewhere, I should feel lucky mine was printed OK, and I was offered a voucher, so that's definitely fair and square. However, a lot of their artwork is bitmap, not vector. What looks great in their site images actually looks like a fuzzy, over-enlarged photo when printed on a big item like a comforter or duvet cover. It'll be acceptable for many people, but it's definitely not brick-and-mortar quality where the design is sized for the end item. Disappointing because the offerings are so much more expansive, but it's the nature of the beast.

Ordered sweatshirt and card was charged through Amazon pay but never received confirmation email. Now I can't reach them, they don't recognize my email address and I don't have confirmation. Amazon pay has tried 2 times and they can't reach them either. Don't order from them, if there's a problem you can't reach them!!!

I've ordered from Redbubble twice. The first time I ordered I never received the item, I had to email "customer service " multiple times to get help, the shipping speed was awful, and the product wasn't worth half of what I paid for it. Time elapsed and I found a tee shirt I really liked and, unfortunately, decided to try Redbubble again. It was worse than the first time I ordered and this time, when I finally received my order, the material was so cheap and the tee shirt wasn't as featured. I learned a good lesson and will never order from Redbubble again. There are so many great tee shirt companies to order from! Don't waste your time with a second rate company like this

Don’t buy it. Ordered a few vests and t-shirts for my baby girl. The quality of the material is poor, awful print quality and apalling smell of formaldehyde. Never experienced anything like this before. Not worth the money, cheap quality and definitely full of dangerous chemicals. I wouldn’t put it on a baby.

15 days after I placed my order and no sign of it , I received an email saying I would receive it 14/15th December , its now the 18th and still no sign. very poor experience, never again

Ordered item then tracked dispatched 11th Dec delivery date 15th no delivery then the problems start be patient wait another two days , they have just passed , they advise use tracking did but is useless , Now visited Red bubble site to cancel order not helpful nobody interested , Story ends Here I have had my pocket picked

Redbubble has bad customer service. They won’t respond to inquiries, both on Facebook or through email! It’s been such a hassle, that I’m moving all of my designs to zazzle instead.

Prices are high for what should be a fully automated printing service but the real problem is delivery. Charges are very high and there is no warning when production is overseas. I would not have ordered something from the EU given the current issues: by the time I found out it was too late. As could have been predicted, delivery is incredibly slow. It is now too close to Christmas to order from elsewhere so have little option but to cross my fingers and wait. Poor customer service.

I ordered a batch of greeting cards recently. To be fair, delivery was prompt which was a pleasant surprise considering it's coming up to christmas. However, the cards were of a very poor quality. They looked home made. On many of them, the print was misaligned and the entire text couldn't be read. Complete waste of money as I can't use those cards at all. None of the cards were folded properly. Seriously disappointing. Last time I order from Redbubble.

Ordered a blanket, posters, stickers and a hoodie. Great print quality but the hoodies picture washed off the first time getting washed. I had to use Facebook messenger to contact customer service which I didn't like but they got a new one sent out in 3 days.

Utterly dreadful quality stickers and their customer services for returns is appalling-good luck! After a month of trying I've been given a voucher for a website I'll never use again. Shameful with many skilled artists only getting peanuts for the (poor) use of their work.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The quality is so poor of both the base fabric of the t shirt and the print itself. I really cannot use these as a gift. Cards are the same misaligned, print cut off and badly folded. Wont buy from them again

You'd expect that when paying almost 40$ for a poster the quality would be there. Sadly not. The paper is alright, the ink not bad, but considering how pixelated the poster is, the original image was clearly way smaller and was simply enlarged to the max. Looks decent from afar, but that's about it. Won't be buying again from them.

If there is zero star, I will give zero star. Or I can give one star which is for the online customer service agent who attended to my inquiry because at least he processed the refund to me in a timely manner. Order a mouse pad from Redbubble mid Nov, ETA is Nov 26-29. On beginning of Dec, I contacted their customer service and was told to wait for a couple more days because it was just a bit passed the ETA. After a few more days, I contacted customer service again and was told that the order was lost in the mail. So, almost a month after I placed the order, the order is lost!! It is a gift for my friend. They offered to send me a replacement which will arrive in 3 weeks. What?? Then I requested them to send the replacement by express. They said sorry can't send it by express but can refund you the original amount as a voucher and you can re-order it and pay for express. Too bad! I have been ordering with Amazon for numerous time, I can't remember even one time my order was lost. If it was Amazon's fault like what happened to my friend, Amazon will do whatever they could to ship the replacement ASAP plus they may offer extra coupon. Alright, this would be my first time and last time order from this Redbubble.

NEVER MORE! Definitely doesn't work for Europe. My order (6th of October) came in 4 parts. The last one the 3rd of December. When making the order they said - delivery within 2 weeks! I was charged duty fees from the US to my country which was more than the value of the content. And I´m happy that only this last one was charged.

If there's any suspected "infringment" they'll give your personal information away. Someone trademarked something that wasn't exactly a trademark, yet Redbubble gave him my personal information to contact me by. I received threatening messages by this person. I shouldn't be endangered for selling something that is just a WORD. Redbubble then put the blame onto me.

Ordered on 22 october some art work. Told it was shipped 25th october. Today is 6th december and still not had it. have emailed numerous contact points but no rpely - have no choice to believe its a scam site. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a cap. Was told that be delivered in 3 weeks. When it did not arrive tried tracking on the Redbubble website which proved to be totally worthless. Finally I was able to contact a real human who told me the order had been lost in the mail. He told me he would put in a replacement order. After another 3 week wait, I was again told that the order had been lost in the mail. It has been many years since my package had been lost in the mail. How these guys accomplished it twice befuddled me. Never again.
