“Terrible customer service. I went to Redbubble rather than the high street to get a special card for a 50th birthday. It's the first time I'd ordered a greetings card online. In fact I ordered 3. Ordering on the 29th March I was promised delivery by the 3rd-5th April and because I needed the 50th birthday one for the 6th that was fine. By the 5th when it hadn't arrived I got in touch to ask where it was and was told "it looks like it is taking a bit longer to reach you. We still expect it to arrive with you by 2019-04-12 at the very latest...Thank you for your patience..." which is no good to me at all as the birthday is missed by the 12th and that is nearly 2 weeks after I ordered. I explained my deadline and how I'd come to them specially. I've received no reply to my second email and my email address is now not recognised when I try to log-in. I've been offered no recompense, a good company would have re-sent the order with guarenteed next day delivery or at worst have offered a refund.”
