“I love Redbubble for the art, of course, and for the return/exchange policy: they "let" me keep the shirts I've ordered and they gave me a coupon (of the same value of the t-shirt) when I asked a return and they gave me the right size of the t-shirt free of charge when I asked a different size! I don't use the discarded t-shirts, of course, but it's nice not having to ship back your order (from Italy) if it's not the right fit..... “Great experience! They go way beyond normal to make their customers happy. A pair of pants I ordered didn't fit. They let me keep the pants (gave them to a friend who was smaller) and gave me a credit to buy whatever I wanted, no hassle or fight whatsoever. Artists are individuals, and should be rated seperately, but Redbubble as a company really impressed me with how sweet and attentive they were. “I ordered a wall hanging from Redbubble on 1/28/19. Two days later I received an email that it had shipped and the estimated delivery was Feb 4-6. However, as of 2/5 the UPS "tracking" number provided in the shipping email indicated that UPS did not receive my package to ship in the first place. I emailed customer service (what company does not have a phone number?!?!) on 2/4 asking when my package would be shipped and I received the following response from "Max" on 2/5:
Hi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to hear that your order isn't with you at the moment. Not to worry, I'll be happy to assist. I've checked in on your order and can see that it was shipped out on 30 January 2019 to the address:
We expect your order to arrive by 6 January 2019. Please get back to us if your order isn't with you by 13 February 2019 at the very latest. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a great day!

Biggest error is the date when the order was expected to arrive (1/6/19) which is BEFORE I even ordered the product on 1/28/19. I wrote "Max" again on 2/5 and said how can this package arrive if UPS does not have it to ship? He replied minutes later using the same canned response:

Again, there is NO WAY my order could have been expected to arrive BEFORE I placed it and "Max" ignores my point that the UPS says my package is not at the facility to be shipped according to the "tracking" number when I enter it in the UPS website. And yes, my package is still not with me 5 minutes after I wrote my last email.
At this point I do not hold out any hope that I will receive my package and the money I paid is gone forever. Customer "service" is an oxymoron with these robots! Will never purchase anything from this website again.”
“Never delivered my item although they claim they did. We're unwilling to check with post office, could not tell me where or who they delivered it to. Had to fight for my refund , never got item. They have no phone , you can only live chat or email.

“I’ve ordered from Redbubble a bunch of times, some tee-shirts, a bunch of stickers, prints, a pencil bag once, phones cases... stuff for me and for gifts; I love the variety of cool patterns and fandom stuff. And I drop my phone all the time at work—I seriously love their “tough” cases. I’ve never had a problem before my most recent order and even then I did an online chat and was helped immediately, to my complete satisfaction (one of my items hadn’t come, they sent a new one right away, super easy!). I probably wouldn’t bother to leave a review here but I’m genuinely surprised by the number of negative reviews! I guess just because people are more likely to leave reviews when they’re angry than when they’re satisfied (which is why I wouldn’t normally leave a review, so... I can’t really say much, I suppose). I love Redbubble and I would and do recommend it to friends and coworkers.”

“Ordered 3 items for Christmas gifts to my son. Two arrived 10 days before Christmas. The other did not arrive until after New Year’s. Don’t bother trying to find a working phone number for Redbubble to inquire or complain. And don’t expect their website to help you search for your package unless you find pleasure being returned repeatedly to the previous screen — getting caught in “select” hell. I called FedEx for help in tracking my package. They discovered that the FedEx number assigned by Redbubble did no even exist in their system! A shoddy operation. The one star is due to the the 2 items that did arrive.”
