Item faulty on receipt. Utter rubbish customer service, if you manage to get a response! It will be a month next week and eventually they have arranged for collection today which surprisingly has not been collected by Yodel. They won’t refund until they get it back which could be 3-5 days from collection and then a further 3-5 working days for refund.

Didn't get the goods, which were lost by the courier (Yodel), yet Robert Dyas would not refund me the cost of delivery ... when I had requested a refund due to non delivery. Some very warped logic at work here. Not worth the risk of shopping online with Robert Dyas.

Am at my wits end with this company, trying to get a faulty fridge freezer returned,it's taking up space in my spare room as I had to purchase another one as I can't do without a fridge ,I'm only on a pension so this isn't ideal , nobody seems to know what they are doing, APPALLING. Appalling company,I am at my wits end trying to get a faulty fridge freezer returned,it is taking up space in my spare room as I had to get another one from elsewhere, they have no idea what they are doing,the customer care is a joke,at 85 I could well do without the stress this causing ,I even wrote to the CEO but had no response

My flat pack order of a white wooden computer monitor stand arrived with several missing fixing components and two non-painted vertical faces on two of the wooden components. Robert Dyas offered me a 10% discount to accept the faulty goods, which i declined, and are now taking an undue amount of time in resolving the issue blaming their supplier. The first and last time I use them?

Bought a garden gate and was twisted, I informed them just to be told we must of done it, rubbish company to buy from.

Our outsunny garden shed was or is rubbish as soon as it rains all the joints allow rain water in , had to purchase a canvas to cover roof and 3 sides, paint doors with special wood paint and then water seal them, do not purchase this type of shed ,

Order picnic bench for birthdat party. allow 7 days to delivere, agreed delivery date, my wife waited at home all day! as Roberty Dyers no control of deliverty times as all contracted out! appallinglly no UK call centre, call centre based in South Africa, after 58 minute wait on phone, informed delivery will be after bank holiday, (although Robert Dyers confirmed delivery 24/05/24 by e mail) Do not buy from this company -, very misleading, no one in uk to speak to! Really let our birythday party down, as disposed off old picnic table ! Had no option but to cancel order!!

So far everything! Wrong item delivered in enormous box which is now blocking our exit. Phoned customer services within 20 minutes of receipt - obviously overseas call centre. I was asked to send pictures and all details, this was forwarded within 10 minutes. No response until I rang again 3 days later and was told they would now send details to the supplier - this would be a joke if it wasn't so serious with an enormous box impeding the exit. I have never been so appalled by a company as I am with Robert Dyas. I chose the company because I thought it was a well established British company which could be trusted - how wrong of me!! The person in the call centre recently was helpful, but clearly not in a position to expediate solutions to mistakes made by Robert Dyas and their associates.

Had two lamps delivered, one was missing a part, rang customer service, they said they would get back to me the same day or following morning, failed to do that, now emailed, received an auto response only Big mistake ordering with them, should have ordered the same lamp from NEXT who have proved to offer a great service

Absolutely terrible experience with this business and customer service team. Received a faulty product (pram) and despite many attempts to change it or get a refund, customer services appeared to make the process as hard as possible and were terrible in their communication. Please do not buy a product from this site unless you can physically go into a store for customer service. TERRIBLE

Great quality two seater bench and coffee table to match. Very good price and quick delivery. Easy to put together and look forward to trying it when the fog allows us to share it

i order a chair from you on the 24/4/24 and i was told i will get it on the 3/5/24 i got a email on 26/4/24 saying my order as been dispatched and it will be with you in the next few days i email you today to find out about my order and i was told it as not been dispatched and i will not get till next week i have cancelled my order and i will not use you again very very poor service

We brought an electric indoor insect fly killer. We tried to return it but had lost the receipt. The reason for the return is that the cable was very short and came out of the top of the item so we had no where to plug it in as it also said not to place it on window sills

Ordered wardrobes and wish I hadn't. Terrible quality, items damaged when unpacked and the general quality was very poor. Called customer service for a refund and return but was told it was acceptable. Replacement parts were the only way forward and I would have to wait around 20 days for the delivery......in the meantime wardrobe components and packaging all over the bedroom or my son. After numerous emails and comms there is no accountability at all. Just want the issue sorted bug not a conclusion in sight.

Do not order anything, poor customer service , all lip service. I am still waiting for my faulty greenhouse to be picked up, a full refund, all within your 14 day guarantee. Be warned !

Having to select at least one star is frustrating for what can only be described as APPALLING customer service and APPALLING quality of goods. I helped my brother who as Asperger order a ready assembled wardrobe so that he could just start using it without hassle....when it arrived the delivery drivers were curt. After they left he unwrapped it and was puzzled as the doors and handles weren’t attached. My husband went to his house and discovered it was the wrong model that had been delivered....it was also of very poor quality , flimsy . I called customer service to complain and the Indian call centre explained that he could have a replacement or a refund, my brother chose refund as the whole process was affecting his anxiety....based on this my husband put the doors on and drill the holes for the handles as they were in the wrong place. Then more problems began....my brother started to get calls and emails about picking up the wardrobe. My brother had a meltdown as it was so confusing for him and I had to call customer services again for clarity. They said that ‘what they meant was’ my brother could only have a partial refund and the supplier was only offering £22 for the £400 we had paid!! The agents take no responsibility on behalf of Robert Dyas , they just blame the suppliers even when I insisted our contract was with them. It is clear as well that being in India gives a slightly different understanding of English language and that they had actually offered a refund...no mention of partial or otherwise. My brother is so fed up he is going to accept the £22 and live with the shoddy wardrobe just because he feels harassed and anxious. I will never order from them again and would certainly not recommend them

Ordered a greenhouse in feb was meant to be delivered by end of march when it didn’t arrive phoned Robert dyas what a joke they couldn’t tell me what was happening as they couldnt get the suppliers on the phone this was the day before Easter Friday so obviously everything is going to be shut for four days also the greenhouse was showing 5 in stock on their site so we asked why they were still selling them when they obviously don’t have any and are just taking your money and hoping you wait on it we were then told to phone back on the Tuesday and they would find out for us in the four days we were waiting Robert dyas just cancelled my order and said I’d get a refund so now I’ve wasted nearly two months trying to get a greenhouse from the worst company for customer service ever I would never use them again they are useless !!!!!!!!! If you want a greenhouse in time phone greenhouse stores I’ll get it in three weeks and now when you go on to the site for Robert dyas selling greenhouses you have to wait 10 to 12 weeks now for the same greenhouse that’s because I told them I was phoning trading standards as their advertising goods they don’t have and taking your money AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE USELESS COMPANY

Absolutely terrible customer service we bought a ride on motorbike after one use the battery went flat and would not charge after 2 weeks of trying to get this sorted I get the same email reply saying sorry your item has gone faulty we have referred this to manufacturer give us 24-48 hours to reply if they don’t hear from manufacturer they will issue a refund guess what no refund and when I email I get the same reply. Shocking company, customer services vey in helpful avoid this company at all costs. I am now considering my options possibly citizens advice or trade and standards
