Be careful, you might end up paying duty and tax fee before you receive your order. My sister and I ordered the same time, she received hers before me, nothing to pay. Mine came 10 days later and I had to pay 40$ to get them from dhl. My 1st time ordering from them and NEVER again. I've deleted their app off my phone and unsubscribe from their list. I'll stick with the others I'm used to.

Bought my items on the 8th of May. Received them on the 20th. All in great condition. Some of them not quite what they looked like on model but still nice for the price. Bought all dresses for cruise in February. Deciding if I will wear all of them or not...some of them turned out to be more like smocks that are not form fitting at all. But the ones that have elastic waist are perfect!! So overall...no complaints!!! I would definitely buy from them again! Fast shipping!! No problems!! Good company! Real company!! Not a SCAM business!!! I was real worried when I was reading reviews! That is the only reason I am writing this review!! Lol Heather

I ordered on April 25 and still have not received my order. The tracking has not updated in weeks. The USPS label is still in pre-shipment status as they’ve been waiting to receive it from China. In fairness, I’ve ordered several times from the before and have had a great experience, but I guess they got me this time. Advice: shop with the understanding that you may or may not get your order. If you do, great, but if you don’t, don’t expect to get any answers from customer service.

Bought my items on April 16th, 2020. It's now May 19th and my USPS tracking STILL says pre-shipment even though Shein says that it has been in transit since May 13th. It says that the shipping label was made on April 29th. I've tried contacting through online chat and just keep being told that shipping won't update until my package has reached the US, even after telling them that it's been over a month since I've placed my order and the label for it to be shipped was made 20 days ago. I feel sure my package should have made it to the US by now...$75 down the drain, and so far I'm still not able to get a refund. VERY unhappy with Shein.

I ordered two bikinis but for some reason they duplicated one style and charged me for 3 bikinis they are impossible to contact and shipping takes for EVER I want my bikini now while it’s hot not when it’s Christmas for Christ sake !!

It’s 18 May 2020, I placed my order 10 days ago and no update. Got on to a live chat customer service member who just copy pasted info from the website. First get told (after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days) it will take 24-48hrs for an update, then get told can take up to 6 days to pack. All of this is getting told to me after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days since I placed the order. Basically from the start all I wanted to know was the status. After long frustration and my messages not sinking into the small brain of whoever it was that had broken English, finally tells me, it hasn’t been packed yet. Like WTF!! Neever ordering from them again. Don’t even come at me with the covid delays because obviously I’ve ordered loads of other things from multiple companies online and NONE of them have taken this long to Reach my address let alone to Pack!

I ordered a jacket and dress. I received notice that my parcel arrived and was waiting to be claimed at FedEx in a distant suburb warehouse. Picked it up and opened the box when I got back to my car. I should have returned it immediately, the jacket sleeves were ridiculous, they went down past my knees. The cheap vinyl smelled awful. Also, the dress wasn't in the box, it was shipped separately. 2 weeks later I received a $28 bill from FedEx for shipping & customs. The jacket was $40. I emailed the company multiple times because shipping was included. I was told to return the jacket but was expected to pay for return. I told FedEx I was disputing the charge because it was included. FedEx sent my claim to debt collectors. They called multiple times a day. The dress eventually arrived and the fabric was see through and hung like a sack. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

Absolute trash with customer service. Can’t ever get ahold of someone, my package has been sitting in my local parcel office for OVER a month. And I can’t get ahold of anyone, nor have they updated my FEDEX so it’s not like I even have a tracking number!!!! I spent a lot of money! What a waste to not get the $300 worth of merchandise.

Placed my order 13 days ago and it still hasn't shipped out. It says "processed" but that only means they processed a label. They should tell you it's coming from China and will take about a month to receive. I don't want to cancel the order because I don't trust that a refund would processed and I don't want to cancel for the same reason. Hope what I ordered fits because sizes from China are generally way smaller than U.S. sizes. Wish I never saw the Shein website.

Wow. I’ve read all the bad reviews and I am here to say shein is in fact FANTASTIC. My order took one week to arrive in Canada. Everything arrived in beautiful little bags and all the sizes were perfect and the material was exactly what I expected. For all you people that wrote bad reviews, the size charts are there for you to see and also it tells you what the material is. I will shop on the site forever and I will tell all my friends. Best ever. This is an honest review and i give shein permission to allow shoppers to contact me via email. Beautiful clothes at an astonishingly low price. Thanks shein A very happy Sandra Eld

This is a Chinese rag merchant selling cheap but nasty trash, wrong sizes, poor construction and appalling marketing and customer service. They refuse to remove you from their forced sales messages and drown you in rubbish even after you request that you be removed from their list. Your orders never arrive on time and if, and that's a big if, they do, you can expect something to be wrong and no way to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Their website and App show that my order has delivered. Yet, I still have nothing and it has been over two weeks. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I’ve learned my lesson and will go with my gut next time and pass on their cheap prices.

Hmmm interesting lol I ordered two days ago and my items shipped. I’m not sure why everyone’s review is so negative lol. This is my first time ever ordering from them. What held me back was the negative reviews. All in all, no problems here. I really like how fast they shipped.

The most horrendous customer service. I received the wrong order, they refused to refund it unless I PAID to send it back to them despite the first associate telling me pictures would be fine. When I finally got through to someone months later who said they would refund 50%, they stopped replying. They make it impossible to communicate with them, you can't even message through the website as it pretends you have 'bad connection'. Shocking service every single time. Don't ever shop here!
