“Shein is doing very well, they pack and ship orders on time. If possible can you please stop giving Aremex shipments that are off to South Afric. They dont deliver on time, even when you call them they aren't remorseful at all.”

“I ordered floral colored baseball hats from Shein. They came in less than 2 weeks and were quality. I don't know about the clothing but I was pleased with the hats. The company is based in China.”

“I made 9 orders with Shein over the past 4 months and spent around 600 CAD dollars. Overall, I'm happy with their "Plus Curve" line. I noticed a lot of reviews are saying the clothes are too small. Each item has a sizing chart, so you need to order based on the sizing chart. For example, my bust is 126cm (around 48 inches). Most of the time, I order 4XL at Shein which is listed as a bust around 135cm. In North American sizing, I fit into 2x or 3x, US size 22 and UK size 26. It's also possible that you could be a large in North American sizes but be plus size at Shein. For example the 0XL in the plus curve section has a bust roughly around 110cm. I need to stress that every single item of clothing has its own sizing chart. The 135cm number I mention above for 4x is commonly the bust measurement. However, the bust measurment can be higher or lower in some cases. Out of my 9 orders, they made a mistake with one of my orders where they sent the wrong item. All I did was go online and use the automated system which asked for a picture of the wrong item. Then it connected me to a person who said they would resend the right item. The entire process took about 5 minutes. All 8 other orders were perfect. The fastest I have received an order is within 10 days. The longest I've waited is 3 weeks. Most often it is 14 days (2 weeks). The reason why I only gave 4 stars out of 5 is because the site can be hit or miss. I've had a lot of success using the size charts and reviews for each item (especially the reviews with pics of people about my size wearing the clothes on their site). Out of the 41 items I ordered, I was only unhappy with 2. So around 95% happy. Lol. Good luck”

“I ordered a variety of items (a couple of tops, silk flowers, collapsible bowl, etc) to see the quality and delivery time. I received my shipment in 8 days (Indiana). Everything was of the quality that I would expect. The two tops were not thin at all. I would like to order more but do have my reservations due to the number of negative reviews. However, my first order has been quite adequate.”

“I have ordered many times. No issues and I have returned goods for a refund no problem. Clothes are cheap some not the greatest quality but for a very fast growing 11 year old ideal. I have no issues at all thank you shein”

“I placed 3 orders and they all arrived within 3 weeks to South America. All very good products and true to size. Well packaged and quality. My 4th order (largest -19 items) was sent at the end of Dec and has been "stuck" with the Delivery service for over a month. I followed thru with Shein, and asked me to wait a few weeks (a couple of times). After waiting 1.5 months, I decided to cancel the order. I was refunded immediately to my chosen account. Overall, happy with this company.”

“I would reccomend shein. I have gotten 3 orders with them and have never been disappointed. I have never returned something so do not know that process but the clothes are cheap and can be really nice. Some clothes can be a little cheap but i always read the reviews first but really like their trendy clothes whilst still being within budget”

“Order came almost 3 weeks before expected which was good, it took about 2 weeks to get here. The material isn’t great quality which was expected for the price but you get what you pay for. I’d definitely shop here again”

“I ordered a belt, one shirt, and a pair of shoes. Belt and shirt were perfect, but the shoes were a bit small. Reviews said to order one size up and I did, yet the shoes were still small around the toe area. It could also be i thought i ordered a size up but i didn't...my order also came a day early! overall my experience was pretty good!”

“I ordered a little tartan skirt fitted beautifully nice light material so I didn't look bulky. I also ordered a teddy bear sweatshirt. The sleeves are rather long but I love it. I have never felt so snuggly and warm, I ordered another one. Haven't washed any yet so don't know how they will stand up and yes it is cheap and cheerful but what do you expect at these prices.”

“I love all the different types of styles they have. I also love how they have a good size variety for plus size women not many websites do. I love how there's always something for everyone. Not to the Mansion you can buy all kinds of stuff not just clothes. Witch is nice”

“I ordered a swim top and bottom... the bottom fits me so perfect I am seriously in love with it!!! the top is a wrap around top, and it fits me awesome too, the pads that are in the top are of awesome quaility, it's not that foam stuff that always gets bunched up, the only reason I am leaving a 4 star review is because it was 3 days late but other than that awesome awesome product and quality!!!”

“I ordered on a Monday (6/01/2020), clothes came in on Friday (6/05/2020)! Material is a little cheap but everything looks just like the photos and fits true to size. One pair of shorts fit a little weird, but the majority of it is exactly what I expected.”
