“I honestly don’t understand bad reviews. It must be scam or competition. I ordered from shein many times. Awesome quality for the price. I always got my order under two weeks. The refunds/ return is easy and free if it’s under a certain weight and if its the first time for the order. By example Let say you order 3 times, for each order it’s free for one return under a certain weight. I returned items from one order and got my money back(choice of credit card or shein wallet) under one week. Also one time a belt was missing of a dress and they offered me to refund me half the cost of the dress or to exchange my dress. And through my the short process (24 hours), the person I was talking with by email was really kind and respectful.”

“Wow, these reviews though! 😳 I've ordered from Shein multiple times. I absolutely love them! I've ordered clothes, bedding and even eating bowls. In regards to clothing and accessories, i.e. bags and shoes, sometimes the sizing is off. But one should ALWAYS look at reviews to decipher what may or may not work for him/her. Sometimes, the quality of clothing may be subpar. However, in my experience, most items I've purchased have been inexpensive and decent quality. There is a higher end version/category of the website. I believe it's called MOTF for anyone who is interested. Shipping is pretty fast. Sometimes, items may take a while to arrive to me based on the company delivering my items. I've found the USPS takes longer than say, DHL. Great thing is that I usually get my goodies in about 2 weeks or less. You get points for shopping with the company and reviewing and even confirming that you've received your items! Those points can be used for future purchases. :) The site is navigable. It may be overwhelming because of the large amount of inventory the site has available. -So take time to look when you are able to do so. I often have found myself impulse buying when I see a couple of cute things, and then finding more cute things after I've placed my orders. Lol 🤦🏾‍♀️ If you are uncertain of whether or not you should purchase from the website, start off small. Rome wasn't built in a day, and your trust for any new company may not be either...The company offers low-priced items as it is. However, on a daily basis, they offer a "flash sale". Clothing for men, women and children are offered at insanely low prices. A lot of the clothes are beautiful! I'm always excited to see unique items as low as $3.90 or so. It's simply amazing. I love Shein. I should be an enthusiast. Lol Happy shopping!!! 💓”

“The coat I ordered didn’t look as nice as the picture. I logged onto my account to arrange a Return and refund and a message can back saying it was on them and that I didn’t need to return it and that I would receive a full refund. I didn’t really believe it but within 2 days I had my money back, I was so impressed.”

“The product is great if you consider its low price. I would say the 5 orders I have made so far have been satisfying, except for one item (which I contacted the online customer service and was issued an immediate refund). So it really doesn't hurt to give it a try - faster delivery than I estimated, decent quality, and efficient customer service - also you can earn points to redeem in your next purchase!”

“I think SHEIN is absolutely amazing !! You get exactly what you pay for ! They run specials all the time. I’ve bout at least 9 different orders of things from home essentials to maternity clothes ! My whole wardrobe of maternity !! Sizes run smaller for me but I think they do an amazing job !!!! Thank you SHEIN for making my pregnancy so comfortable!!”

“I ordered, from shein,very reluctantly,firmly 14yr old son. I have to say I am very impressed He was over the moon with his purchase. Fantastic place if you have a teenager. Great choice very good value. We received our package within the week.”

“I ordered on Shein on 1/09/2021. I ordered 8 items and all were pretty good quality. Including the jeans I purchased they were amazing. My package took 10 days to deliver. (estimated to be delivered on Feb 4) I was nervous since it was my first time shopping but I had a great experience. I will definitely be shopping again.”

“While my order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, it was the fault of USPS not moving the package. I just received all my items today and my daughters are very happy with all the items. I’ve never had any issues with this company and I order a lot. Everything I ordered online for Christmas was delayed at the USPS and not the fault of any of these companies and in defense of USPS, everything was backed up and they did the best they could under the circumstances.”

“Shein has kept me from depression this pandemic. Gave me a splash of style without emptying my wallet! The material is not always the top quality, but I’m ok with that, as their clothes fit and look exactly as described and the reviews are very helpful. I recently had one shipment lost and they refunded me without any issues. I’ll continue to shop with Shein as they haven’t let me down so far!”

“Since the pandemic, I have bought from SHEIN once a month. The items are always in mint condition and exactly like the photos. I get so many compliments every time I go out wearing their clothing. It takes around a week to get to Canada. DHL is very convenient and has never lost any of the packages. If you are thinking about buying from them you need to look at the sizes for each piece as they often vary.”

“I ordered something that said it was going to be shipped in the next month. Turns out I actually got it 6 day later!!! The prices are amazing, although for future reference you might want to order a size up despite if it says true to size. Although Shein is a great shop and I believe you will be pleased with your purchases!”

“I have ordered from them multiple times. I always read the reviews to see if I need to size up. I’ve been happy with everything I’ve received. Shipping is always pretty quick ( 2 weeks most). For the price I have no complaints. The quality has been surprisingly good, and again I always read reviews before purchase so I have no surprises.”
