I placed an order on nov.24th and it is now dec.19th I still haven’t received my package.I spent over $150,I have shopped here before and everything was great,but this is just unacceptable.

I have two orders with SHEIN. The one I ordered first is yet to arrive and the big order was supposedly singed for and delivered but I never received it. So sad because I always buy from SHEIN and up until now everything was always good.

Shein has kept me from depression this pandemic. Gave me a splash of style without emptying my wallet! The material is not always the top quality, but I’m ok with that, as their clothes fit and look exactly as described and the reviews are very helpful. I recently had one shipment lost and they refunded me without any issues. I’ll continue to shop with Shein as they haven’t let me down so far!

Can you give no stars? I placed an order for $150.00 almost a month ago and have not received my package. You can’t speak to any one directly. The “texting” customer service they have is automated answers. I am out 150$ with no package and Christmas is next week so I have to go spend more money now. USPS is saying they haven’t received it at all and tracking is saying that it shipped. Wont order from them EVER again.

10 days ago I ordered I gift card. Money has been taken from my credit card, but the gift card has not been delivered! I sent massage every day, but only automatic answer. No way to solve the problem: to receive the gift card or to get my money back. The worst experience on online shop in my life!

ordered a gift card for grand-daughter .. 5 days later i found a message under customer service on their web site that i needed to prove my ID .. i had checked my order status for 3 days in a row and there was nothing about any problems .. they asked for copy of my driver's L or passport or other gov't ID ... or credit card bill showing the order was placed ..i sent them my payPal receipt ( from payPals web site) for proof that i placed the order and asked them to cancel the order... next day i received a thank you for my response and could i submit a copy of driverL or passport =same message i received before etc ... IMO they do NOT understand english . what part of CANCEL don't they understand... 2 more times i have asked them to cancel the order... i have submitted a dispute ticket to payPal for refund ... they say they have a chat but it's not with a live person , they gave me a USA phone number in the message but it doesn't work = rings once and then disconnects ..

It says my package was delivered and signed yesterday but I still havent gotten the package!!!?? I've shopped from them before (standard shipping too) and i received it so I'm really disappointed about this. My tracking # doesn't work apparently either?? Customer service is literally just talking to a robot too which makes this all the more difficult

I started shopping at shein 4 months ago and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the goods, the price, and the quick delivery. I see several comments here on how they are a scam but so far, they have been very professional compared to other Chinese online merchants that I have ordered from. I liked their way of doing business that I started buying more and more from them (about one order a week), until recently. There have been serious shipping issues on my last few orders all made in early November with no resolution despite some amazing client service reps who tried to help, but I still haven’t received anything. This has caused me to refrain from making any more purchases from shein. Although I’ve been a top fan of shein prior to these shipping problems, it pains me to have to give them 3 stars for these recent shipping delays. I’ll come back to rate them better once the backlog is cleared to my satisfaction.

I used to shop from Shein honestly the clothes have a very poor quality. Online shopping are little difficult sometimes. Special if the return label is not free.im not satisfied with those items that I received from 2019. Unfortunately this is the honest truth.

I ordered a belt, one shirt, and a pair of shoes. Belt and shirt were perfect, but the shoes were a bit small. Reviews said to order one size up and I did, yet the shoes were still small around the toe area. It could also be i thought i ordered a size up but i didn't...my order also came a day early! overall my experience was pretty good!

Since the pandemic, I have bought from SHEIN once a month. The items are always in mint condition and exactly like the photos. I get so many compliments every time I go out wearing their clothing. It takes around a week to get to Canada. DHL is very convenient and has never lost any of the packages. If you are thinking about buying from them you need to look at the sizes for each piece as they often vary.

My Daughter bought a top from Shein. They sent something that a.) smelt of someone else's B.O. b.) Had a stain on it. This is obviously an Item that has been returned, and has been sent straight back out again without any checking. I'd recommend that people avoid this company.

It's a scam, do not order from them! I never received my package and customer service does not exist. The website says if it's still 'in transit' that means it hasn't arrived in US yet. After looping around and around their problem solving options, I found a box to type my problem and sent 7 messages. Eventually, I got an automated response on the site, (not emailed to me), that read, once it's shipped the package it's not their responsibly. I should contact the carrier myself. They gave 4 phone numbers of possible carriers to contact. None of their carriers listed have a record of my package. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Now I have to contest the charges on my credit card. I suspect any positive reviews are fake.

Terrible shipping delays, if you receive your order at all. Ive been waiting fir my order over a month now and I will never order again. Unacceptable. Im sick of everything being blamed on Covid. If they cant come up with an excuse for their poor service, they just blame it on Covid...I don't buy it sorry
