I purchased from the website on 2 of Dec and still didn't receive my package (11/01). The delivery company did a mistake and returned my item, Now neither Shein nor the delivery company are answering my mails. I am so frustrated and I will not buy anything from it again. I just want a refund or somehow to receive the package. you have the worst costumer service ever!!! this automatic answering machine that you got in your website is annoying and is not helpful, and getting information in how to contact you is impossible! and even after that you do not respond! this is the most frustrating experience for me on online shopping

Like flushing cash down the toilet. I ordered a small print from Shein months ago. I received an empty package in my mailbox that was gaping open and the delivery company had put a “damaged” sticker on it. I used a 3rd party company (designated by Shein) to open a case with Shein immediately. I just wanted either a replacement or refund for the print but I’ve had no response from Shein at all.

Haven’t received my order. It was suppose to arrive 12-18, today is 1-7. They gave me 50pts=$0.50 I guess for it arriving late lol. Where is my order!!

Received many orders, HOWEVER i have been waiting since Dec. 27th with a big item still in preshipment yet numerous packages are almost here .... They lost one of my packages that I ordered back on Nov. 30th horrible customer service not buying from them again not trustworthy very gamblish.

I ordered some cushion covers and they arrived pretty fast but i didn't like three out of 10 cushions . I was planning to return but they charge $7 for return which means i will get only few dollar refund and don't know how many months it takes to get it as per refun bad reviews. I won't buy again bcoz they don't have proper and organized refund policy. If u don't like item and u can't return , it's a total waste ordering online

I never recieve my order..if im going to contact them theirs no use im just wasting my time..i did everything what they want me to do..i contact usps and usps message me that it was return by its original location that means my order was return to them so i email dem to resend it but until now no action..no refund..i just wasted my $63 for nothing!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with . I ordered a Christmas gift for my granddaughter November 30th , it did not arrive until today January 5th. I had to go out the day before Christmas and buy her another gift. I couldn't tell her "Sorry your gift did'nt arrive".THERE IS NOT A PHONE NUMBER to contact anyone. EMAILS GO UNANSWERED .I received the gift today ,January5 and the quality is poor!BUYER BEWARE!!

Don't order anything from this company if you want to receive what you ordered!! I ordered two items 30 Nov. 2020 and account was charged for them. They were supposed to get here by Christmas and as of 5 Jan. 2021 the items still have not arrived. They have no way to talk with a Company Rep. are even email them. So Buyer beware, you will be sorry, order from honest company that cares not this one.

I've been trying for over a month to return some items, there's no way of communicating with anyone. All you get is an automated message & There's no phone # to contact customer service. I got stuck with a purchase worth $170

I purchased an item in September and returned it for a refund as it was not the right size. I have not received a refund. I sent 3 emails, but no reply. I would have given them a zero if I could. Will not be buying from them in the future. Buyer beware.

I was really disappointed with the quality of their clothes and I returned it. It was a horror experience to pay $24 FOR THE RETURNS 😡

The return and exchange policy is criminal. $8 to return items and can't consolidate orders so fees add up. Nobody available to speak with and chat is never working. Never easy to return or exchange items. They make it so frustrating you use the items as rags just to not have the pain of returning them.

My daughter ordered some items, did not like them and decided to return them but she cannot seem to be able to access her account in order to print out return label. No way to otherwise figure out how to make a return. I think Shein makes this difficult on purpose and takes advantage of young kids. I’m going to return the items to the shipping address on the label, which says “do not return”. I’m going to do it anyway I feel scammed.

In addition to very slow delivery with no information to track it. The synthetic fabric wrinkles like a rag. You wake up in the morning looking like a used lunch bag. Looks like the picture if you steam it daily.

I’ve ordered from Shein since July of 2020. I love the quality. Easy to replace if items don’t fit. Excellent customer service. They carry a nice variety for extra small. Love the company

Order came almost 3 weeks before expected which was good, it took about 2 weeks to get here. The material isn’t great quality which was expected for the price but you get what you pay for. I’d definitely shop here again
