“Just visited the maldon branch and was served by the most helpful, polite lady named Joanne who I understand is the assistant manger . She is a credit to your store and i sincerely hope this feedback goes to the top and that Joanne is made aware of my comments”

“I was shopping in Llandudno store, they didn’t have the size I wanted in stock, so the young lady with blonde hair very helpful said can order free of charge & have it delivered to my home address, great service & very easy, nothing was to much trouble .”

“I ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon (shoe zone) arrived & they were to big (my stupid feet can be a 5 or a 6) so sent them back. Contacted the shop in Camborne & was dealt with by a fabulous lady called Sally, she acted immediately & put a pair of size 5 aside for me, I also enquired about a pair of sale boots but on the web site they could not guarantee delivery in time. I went down to camborne and this wonderful lady not only got my shoes she helped me order the boots to be delivered to my house tomorrow. She was amazing. The help desk on line were not helpful at all. It’s good to deal with staff in the store.”

“As someone who works at Shoezone I can say that half of the complaints here are fake and the people who post them on here are complaining about us because you’re not getting your way around thing. For delivery the CUSTOMER has to put THEIR address in so we don’t mess it up. For returns If the bottom of the sole splits that’s because you’re RRAGGING your feet. If the stitches brake that’s because your feet are probably too big or you’re not putting/takeing them off right. I have no clue why you lot are being Karen’s for no reason and putting shame on a company that sells shoes at a low price. So stop being so cheap about it.”

“I bought a white pair of wedge sandals recently on line, delivery was due the following Thursday, they arrived on the Wednesday, they fit perfectly, in fact I love them so much I ordered the red pair, they were due to arrive tomorrow but arrived today. I love them. Thank you Shoezone for great service. ( and great Sandals )”

“Hi, I would just like to ‘sing the praises’ of Shoe Zone. I ordered a pair of Skechers trainers at an extremely good price on line on Thursday and was amazed when they arrived the next day! Free postage on ALL deliveries AND by EVRO who have been having such a bad time with reviews recently. Well done to Shoe Zone and EVRO- unbelievable service by both!!!!!!”

“Today I walked into your South shields branch where I was greeted by two lovely ladies , Emma and Joanne. They asked if I needed assistance. I asked for sandles in my size, which unfortunately, they didn't have. Emma then asked me if i wanted her to ring the gateshead branch as it come up on the computer system, that they had them in my size. She rang them and got them to keep a pair for me which I collected on my way home. Both ladies were so lovely and so helpful. Well done for great customer service. She even gave me a bobble to tie my hair up as I was hot and bothered. Having worked in sales for years, I always gave 100% and I have to say alot of places disappoint me with their dreadful service. But not today! Very happy with your staff and my lovely new sandles!”

“I bought the green grange Cotswold Wellington boots.. they were posted and arrived promptly.. The quality appears good... they are substantial enough for bad terrain but are not too heavy.. a good choice and reasonable price compared to more top of the range wellies...”

“I ordered the rieker women's brown calf boots, fast delivery, I have not had the chance to wear them often yet but I love them they are better than I expected, and so cozy and very comfortable best comfort fit I have found!!!! Very happy will buy again!”

“My right foot has a crooked toe which means l cannot wear almost every sandal.l found Shoe Zone by accident and purchased a lovely pair of flat T BAR sandals,they arrived 3 or 4 days after order which was excellent.The sandals fit wonderful and l have immediately ordered another pair..”
