Customer services amazing. SilkFred go above & beyond to offer great fashion styles. Clothing great in style, true to size. Good quality clothing. All my orders have arrived on time, perfectly packaged.

Awful returns policy!! Not happy with this company at all! Purchased items for my wifeā€™s Christmas present on the 27th November, ordered early due to covid delivery times. Turns out that some of the items are too small. Tried to return and was told that I hadnā€™t told them within 14 days of purchase and the Christmas returns policy doesnā€™t apply because it was ordered before the 1st December! How could I didnā€™t know until Christmas Day! So I am penalised for doing my Christmas shopping early! I donā€™t even care if I get credit for the website but thereā€™s no point in keeping the items which are too smalland it wasnā€™t cheap at over Ā£100. Is this how they make money? Refusing refunds and keeping peopleā€™s money! What a terrible company!

I was sceptical about ordering from this web site after reading a lot of negative reviews. In fact Iā€™ve looked at clothing on off for months and never ordered due to these reviews. I have since taken a leap of faith and ordered at different times two black tops.. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with these products, not only are they true in description, they are good quality and even on me look great. Itā€™s a thumbs up from me. I have sent another ordered item back and still awaiting a refund so watch this space...

I paid Ā£55 for a lounge suit on the 4 th December, I'm still waiting delivery. I have chased this and emailed at least 7 times. Have been told one lie after another . Told yesterday it's coming today and still my order hasn't arrived.Now going to complain to trading standards. Do not buy from this company , when things go wrong they don't care!

Still no delivery and no update on when I will get the items. It has now been almost 2 weeks. Most retail businesses can deliver within a week so wonā€™t be using SilkFred again.

I ordered a green dress from silkfred but it was a completely different colour of green. I was very disappointed, and then I just noticed they charged for delivery when it had said free delivery when I had bought it. Wonā€™t be using this brand again unfortunately.

Such poor customer service. Repeated ignore emails, or say they will chase up non delivery and update but never do. Ignore repeated emails requesting a refund. Avoid this company. I will not order again.
