Ordered item. They are not uk based. No telephone number. No customer service. No item. Never use again.

Company is based in CHINA! Nowhere on the site did it say this. I do not want anything from this country ever again

Lovely dress, ordered 2 in different sizes. Returned size 14. Absolute 5 Star Cust Svc. Unfortunately when returning my item I made an error in the returns address. The customer svc representative went that extra mile, nothing was too much trouble for her. So, so plsed with Silk Fred & will defo be using them in the future. Outstanding Cust Svc. Rated 5 Stars for all of the above reasons!!

The customer service is lovingly unique, so personal and always prompt. Everyone who has responded to my emails there has been so lovely!! Fab company and the clothes are lush xx

So far I’ve ordered about 10 different dresses from this website, the orders have came within the time limit and all dresses were true to size. Definitely worth the money.

I ordered three dresses, one of which never showed up, although the money was taken out of my account. When I flagged this, the customer service team advised they needed to liaise with their supplier. Two weeks of chasing, lead them to ask me to fill in a missing parcel disclaimer, which I did. They advised they would endeavour to resolve this within 7 working days. After I complained of the ridiculous process and length of time it had taken I threatened to report to trading standards. Magically, my refund arrived pretty soon after. The ladies I dealt with were perfectly pleasant, but the system they enforce, where the suppliers have to investigate missing parcels before the customer receives a refund is crazy. With people who make the same claim over and over again I would understand, but from reading the comments on here, it looks like many people are in the same boat.

Absolutely shocking, my dress didn’t fit, sent it back, I didn’t get a refund!!! Customer service said this was because I hadn’t got proof of postage !!!!!!! I will never order again , this was the first time I’ve used SilkFred too, looks so classy ! Believe me , it’s not classy ! I’m £55 down!!!!

I bought a top. Delivery was good. Came to iron the top and it burnt . I ironed it on the right temperature. Emailed the company said they give me discount on my next order. So I re ordered the top. Got no discount. I emailed them. Told me to send the new top back when it arrives and re order again. You have to pay for delivery. This top has now cost me nearly £90 pound. This is not on. They are not helpful at all. Don’t think I use this company again.

Ordered 2xruffle neck tops 26th Jan never arrived contacted customer service told me they've chased it up with seller .. be with me next day. Been ongoing now for 3 weeks.. still no tops requested refund-no tops-no refund now won't reply to my emails. It's only £40 BUT MY £40. So disappointed wish I'd read the reviews first.

ORDER A TOP PAID £8.00 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY THE TOP DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THE SUNDAY AFTERNOON, SO ARRIVED TOO LATE. WHEN I RAISED THIS WITH SILKFRED THEY SAID THAT I ORDERED PASSED THE CUT OFF TIME, STILL TOOK THE £8.00 NEXT DAY DELIVERY. ASKED FOR A REFUND OF THE £8.00 - NOT A CHANCE - ITEM ORDERED WAS VERY POOR QUALITY WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN PRIMARK IS BETTER QUALITY

Ordered 10 dresses, paid for overnight delivery. One dress never turned up, 4 were delivered late!!! Trying to return unwanted items is a farce, I have managed to download and print 3 return labels, I sent back and did receive a refund. They also refunded me the dress that never arrived. I still have 3 dresses to return I am unable to create returns labels as the items still show as waiting to be dispatched on my silkfred account. I have to date sent 19 emails to try and resolve this, customer service is non existent. They have really poor control over the invoicing, delivery and returns procedure. I can’t use the 3 dresses and I won’t be forced into keeping them, I will keep on until silkfred resolve this issue. I personally will be avoiding this company at all costs in the future. Maybe if they focused more on customer service than social media posts their ratings may improve!!!

Do not use these people for Christmas Presents. I purchased a top on 24/11/19 as a Christmas Present. Because it was not purchased between 3rd and 24th December they will not allow a return. So beware - if you are buying presents avoid at all costs. I will never use Silkfred again. I am left with a top completely undamaged, that I dont want. I will also need to buy my daughter another present.

The items I ordered didn't even turn up, their customer service is simply non-existent . All you get is a standard reply saying that they will get back to you but needless to say they never do. There is no telephone number so you cannot speak to anybody. Obviously I have seen no refund. Please learn by my mistake to DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. UPDATE: I have since emailed Tamsin 3 times. NO RESPONSE received until 3 days later (7Jan) today I received an automated response email telling me that the query is now closed!! Needless to say, no refund received. PLEASE AVOID.

I ordered some earrings late Sunday and they arrived first thing Tuesday ( next working day) You don't get much quicker or more reliable than that! They look just like the photo albeit a bit smaller than expected but they are great for the money £5.99 plus p +p

Website is very difficult to use and vouchers are difficult to add. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Save yourself the time and energy and shop somewhere else.

DO NIT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYIf there was an option for zero stars this would be my rating. I ordered a dress which arrived- extremely poor quality- dress returned on recorded delivery- automated responses, denying receipt od package, no one stream of communication, closing the account etc! I still have not received a refund. Tonight I looked up the reviews- if I had read up these before ordering i would never have used this company Absolutely disgraceful Service and robbing money from honest people!!

I had a dress for Christmas and they only give you 14 days to return. It is therefore too late and the gift and money is totally wasted. Nobody leaves it that late to shop so I feel this timescale is totally unreasonable and will never shop there again.

Never recieved half of order which were supposed to be christmas presents. I was only refunded one item instead of two. Still in comms with them just seems slow.

Ordered two dresses returned them still haven't got a refund been about six weeks I have email them so many times one minute they say it will be sorted then they say they haven't got the returns avoid at all costs they owe me over £100 not happy!!!
