Avoid buying at Siroko at all times. After sending back a jacket (at my own expense) I did not hear anything. After mail and mail. Nothing. No reply, no return of my money. Aweful company!

AVOID AVOID AVOID . Ok stuff but horrendous customer service 4 emails over weeks nothing back to exchange due to sizing being off size 12 needed xl snow jacket 😑 heard nothing. I've got more chance off losing the tad bit off pork needed to fit more comfortably than hearing back from these . Stick to Dope for a similar style

Horrible return policy and customer service! My items arrived and were too big. I paid $40+ to return and got an email from the company saying it would cost another $40+ in fees. I had a few days to reply or they said they were shipping my items back to me. I responded right away and they did not respond back. I emailed everyday sometimes multiple times afraid they would ship my items back. Did not get a response until the due date saying sorry they can’t help me and my items were being returned. So now I paid $40+ in shipping just to get hundreds of dollars worth of stuff back I can’t use. Horrible experience!

The jackets were full with make-up, I retourneren it and I Nederland received any money in return ! Do not shop here.

I'm in the same situation as most of the customers on this review page. I ordered two pairs of goggles from Siroko on November 27th which amounted to £117.83 and still had no goggles or no reply to my request of a refund nearly 6 weeks later. I'm off to Morzine at the end of this month and will be forced to order two more sets. I havent heard a peep out of them still. Fuming to say the least.

Tienda española que trabaja a nivel internacional, pero si compras en España hablamos de precios gama alta con alguna apreciada y generosa excepción, por lo que exijo calidad de producto, diseño, variedad, tallas y servicio cliente/comunicación. Entiendo que no cubran el envío de las devoluciones, no son una gran empresa y cuando yo compro en Patagonia, me informo antes y sé a lo que me arriesgo, y cuánto. Algunas cuestiones cumplen muy bien, otras bien y algunas mal....como en mi última compra. Con 178 cm y 88 kg olvídate de algunas prendas de ciclismo, pero no sabrás cuál hasta que la tengas. Aspecto que también entiendo porque cada cuerpo y prenda son un mundo. Rebuscando y con suerte, en China encuentras casi lo mismo desde un 5% más barato en las prendas top y hasta un 20% en otras, pero tranquilos que ninguna abeja va siempre a la misma flor. 7 sobre 10

I purchased two ski jackets from Siroko in different sizes and tried to return the smaller size that didn’t fit. 4 attempts were made to contact someone to make a return. Siroko never replied to any of my emails sent through their website or via their email found in the terms of service. From the comments posted on this website, it looks like I will never be able to return the second jacket or get a proper reply from the company. I will never buy from this company again and do not recommend them at all. About the jacket: The pullover ski jacket from Siroko is difficult to get off. It is really comical to see me try. My friend has to help me. Similar pullover jacket designs have added a zipper in the side and neck to help cool off without taking the jacket off and to help when you need to take the jacket off. Siroko ski jacket would be benefit from adding these design elements. Siroko in general would benefit in hiring communications person to properly deal with all the complaints issues on this website. Until then, do not buy from them.

Ordered merchadnis eon November 30th - have yet to receive ! Have tried contacting Customs Service on three (3) different ocassions without any type of response whatsoever ! Maybe this will get their attention.

Ordered a week before Christmas. It was clearly stated that the delivery will be on 20th of December, at the latest. It is 27th, not only the delivery did not take place, I have no response from the company, no further information and I only see more and more comments about people in the same situation. Additionally, I can't even see the previous messages I sent to the support, since I used the form on the website and did not send it as an email. Leaving for a skiing trip in Italy today and I have to go out and buy myself different goggles since SIROKO overpromised and underdelivered/not delivered at all. Honestly, it starts to seem like a scam and I am even worried if I see the ordered product or my money ever again. PS - I would not be mad if I got an informative message about delays or so. I understand that sh*t can happen. But I've received nothing.

I ordered a pair of cycling bibs and never received my product. I reached out to their contact form twice and never received a response. Absolutely horrible experience and I will be sure to voice my experience to others.

The product is fine, but the customer service is terrible. I have been trying to return a product for two weeks. Tried all different routes but nobody responds to it. This is absurd, because of their awful support service I will be too late for returning my product and then they will of course tell me it is my fault. I just want a smaller size. Why does nobody respond to my messages????

Bought a few items now from Siroko and have been very impressed with the quality and design of the cycling clothing. Latest order took less than 3 days to arrive in Ireland from Spain.

Buyer beware! You must pay the shipping for returns or even exchanges. Company is in Spain, it costs more for me to return than it did to purchase it in the United States!!

Vous êtes fort pour les publicités cependant pour le service client pour les retours juste uniquement pour changer de taille impossible 🙈😡 du coup j'ai du acheté un nouveau pentalon en magasins pour être sûr de partir au chaud Decathlon m'avais dit que dans 48h j'allais recevoir un mail pour faire un retour 10 jours plus tard toujours rien et dans 20 jours il ne pourra plus être dans les conditions pour un retour conclusion être volé merci Siroko 135€ à la poubelle!

the jersey has come smaller than other bands and for 2 weeks no response on returning have messaged them 3 times already I would rather never ever buy from them again and will not recommend you do too looks like they sell rubbish from the reviews hence give free products to youtubers for marketing
