“Wore for the first time yesterday. Ended up with water blisters on the tops of both feet. Tag on tongue of shoe is very abrasive. Can't remove it either.”
“They look great and slipping your feet in was easy. There seems to be plenty of cushioning for comfort. The only draw back I have is they are a loose fit. So my feet move around a little. If I tie them to snug up onto my feet while wearing them it’s really hard to slip in the next time I wear them. So do I want easy slip ins or a shoe that snugs your feet for a tighter more comfortable fit. I can’t have both evidently”
“Earlier in his year I purchase a pair of Skechers. The sole is two-toned with part of the profile in a darker tone which is laminated to the base. On one of my shoes a part of this laminate is beginning to delaminate!! I need a replacement!!!”
“I ordered 2 pair of slip in extra wide shoes and my feet wouldn't even fit in them. It was like I bought extra small besides extra wide. That's false advertising saying they are extra wide and can't even cram your feet in them and my feet aren't that wide.”

“I bought a pair of Skechers for pick up at the DFO Homebush Store. When I got there, they quickly located the order but they could not give them to me (even though they are paid for) due to their computer system is down. I have waited for more than half an hour and the system is still down I told them I can see why I can't pick up my shoes as they are paid for and they are there. I can pick up the receipt at a later date and they can process their computer when the system is up but they refused to let me take the shoes. I have wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Skechers does not offer a cancel order option on their website for any reason as well. As a result, I have to waste another 2 hours of my time to go to the store to pick up another day - I hope their computer is working this time!!”
“Enfield Skechers Associates, and staff are very responsive and Knowledgeable. Associates were very helpful upon entering the store.
The store manager Samantha was very helpful and supportive with all area of the store. I told my family about the store and bought 5 pairs for family members. I really like the store and shoe.

I asked them about the return policy and they said within 14 days you will be able to return the shoes. After less than a week I went there to change the size of the shoe, and the manager rejected. We even didn't want to get refund. we just wanted the change of the size. That is an awful brand and company that does not care about customer.”

“I am so impressed with these shoes I just wish they didn't cost so much to replace. I bought these suckers used at a thrift store 10 years ago so I'm not sure how old they are. However this may be their last summer. OMG! 10 plus years and they didn't even rip out like they normally do between the toes. Highly recommend 😊✌️”
