SQUEAKS and LEAKS.
I have seen sneakers that leak a bit when its raining, but not like Sketchers. And I don't remember any other footwear that still squeaks after 4 months of wear.”
“I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers…
I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers work boots from their online store. These boots are specifically made for construction/standing etc. they are work boots. They lasted about 3 months, after that, whatever cushioning they advertised was gone and now they are like wearing concrete pads. I have severe back issues and these boots only made that worse as well as making me exhausted all of the time. I reached out to the customer service website and spent way too many hours gathering photos, receipts, explanations, etc. at their request only to find out that the customer service was for Sketchers in India only. So, I started the process all over again with a different Sketchers customer service website and again supplied all the same information. This time, I supplied the information many times at their request via numerous emails, only to be sent (after wasting another 3 weeks) a form letter telling me that I needed to return them to the place of purchase and that had to be within 45 days. The revelation of 45 days from purchase date was never mentioned in the 3 months that I've wasted trying to return them. So, I'm guessing that Sketchers only expects their products to perform they way they are advertised for 45 days. I would not buy any Sketchers products ever again. What a waste of my money, time and certainly my health. Way to prove why people hate customer service Sketchers. Well done.

I bought a great pair of shoes that i love. Unfortunately the shoe laces frayed so i went to the local Skechers store to buy laces and also a new pair of shoes
I was told that Skechers does not sell laces.
They do however sell candy
so a shoe store does not sell shoe accessories but does sell skittles.
I now will take my business elsewhere”

“Cheapest quality shoes I’ve ever gotten! And a few of my co-workers got same ones, ALL FELL APART WITHIN A WEEK! And I bought sneakers for my kids and they fell apart instantly also.! Don’t buy Sketchers products, they obviously don’t care about making a quality product, or making customers satisfied. Can see why they have so many bad reviews/complaints.”

I have had a really unpleasant experience with Skechers shoes!
Few days ago I have bought a pair of Skechers (in Westfield, Stratford). When I got home I realised they are not as comfy as I actually thought. I came back the next day with the receipt and the manager told me off I worn them already and nothing can be done! Im still waiting for an response as I wrote an email. They did not offer me any possibility instead. Honestly don’t ever buy from the shop! They look expensive but they are really uncomfortable. I still have my shoes worth £80 hahaha”

“That rating for this style of their brand alone. I have never had the disappointment I got from Sketchers- work-max-cushioning shoes just short of $100.00. I have been a loyal customer since before the internet existed. There is a design flaw somewhere or? I have never had a pair of shoes support in such an awkward way. After wearing it in the house for bout an hour, it felt similar to shin splints. Very painful to keep walking forward. This is not the quality Sketchers spoiled us with. I was so happy to finally receive them, having them turn out to worst pair ever bought.”

“Bad quality and service. I bought mine a couple of months ago. Paid 65 pounds to wear them 2 or 3 months.. Went back to question the quality, the manager told me is because of me and how I put my foot in. Is just riduicullos, clearly the quality is really bad, as you can see the glue and all but I though there is a chance... I asked the manger 65 pounds for 3 months of wearing?! And she said YES. I just left, bad customer service, they don't listen just trying to get your money. Any other brand is better then this one.”

I had been searching for a good wide shoe that was skid and slip resistant that would be comfortable for walking on hard floors for.hours on end and Sketchers really saved my feet. Thank goodness. “I bought a shoe from Skechers shop in Glasgow two weeks back and after wearing it very first time I developed pain in lower band of my foot. I took the shoe back to the Skechers shop from where I bought it (Glasgow Buchanan) the lady at the counter not only refused to take the shoe but not even ready to replace it or give me an alternative. I told her that this shoe has a design fault but she refused to listen and start ignoring me. “The shoes are exceptionally comfortable and I would recommend them for people who have sensitive soles to their feet. I have spent a lot of money on insoles and arch supports etc. but have found that I don't need any of these when I wear the Go Walk range.”
