“Your steal toed boots are sub par. I've had them for 2 months now and the soles have worn out and leak through. Here in oregon working in mostly rain Your work boots were comfortable as your tennis shoes are but your work boot are less desirable. Bought Skechers for years, I got one defective pair and they refuse to exchange them or credit me for another item. I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted some shoes. Funny how they have my name, address, phone number, email address but can't look up the shoes to verify that I purchased them from there. Plus they say Skechers on them. Amana appliances had bad service and after they ripped me off it's funny how they went out of business about three years later. You guys are on the same track. I Hope you fail!!!! “In March 2021 I spend $200 on sneakers and shoes and was supposed to rec'd a $20 reward. It took Sketchers til May 27 to issue the reward. This weekend I went to use the $20 reward on a purchase and it wasn't there. Contacted the company C/S and they said the rewards is only for 60 days. All other companys give rewards and you have a 1 yr to use it. Why does Sketchers bother to give promo rewards if the company doesn't stand by their name. I feel 60 days is not long enough especially when you spend $200 to get the rewards. This short window is unacceptable, then give the reward at the time of purchase.”
“I bought my trainers on a Saturday 27th November 2021 (195204925263 ARCh FIT Baxter-YORE). I wore them on Monday for couple of hours.
When I tried them again on Tuesday, the back was defective. I took them to the Nottingham shop in the Victoria Centre to be replaced. A lone woman assistant was in the shop and seemed very well rehersed about the problem which must obviously be a common occurence. She told me the reason it was defective is that I might have shoved my foot into the shoe! She refused to replace them. £75 down the drain.”
