“We bought two pairs of men's flip flops from Skechers on Military and Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, Florida. They looked like good quality and I've known this brand for many years, but after just wearing them once for two days they completely fell apart. This is a very bad product. I've gone to the store to report this defect and the salespeople have been rude and didn't even pay attention to what I wanted to explain to them. They say that in order to accept a claim the shoes must not have been used, which I don't understand how you can tell they're not good if you never wear them. I'm very surprised because I've known this brand for many years and I've never had any problems, but I will never even look at their products again.”
“Had zero hassles returning a pair of waterproof boots that were leaking. Best customer service I received in years and a gentleman that helped me Yash from the heartland store in Mississauga”
“I took my disabled grown son in to get shoes. He has tumors on the bottom of both of his feet. This makes comfort very important. These 3 wonderful ladies were so helpful. My son found his shoes and was excited that they said Goodyear on them. Thank you for your much needed help.”
“I have owned several pairs, they were all comfortable. The problem is they all came apart at the sole at around one year. Even their
work shoe shed it’s sole prematurely. Too bad because otherwise a pretty nice shoe. I won’t be buying anymore.”
“I ordered the Skechers model Pollard-Osgood size 9 wide from Skechers online because the shoe looks like fairly traditional leather loafer with a strong rubber sole. From the photo below I think I had every reason to believe the shoe would wear like a loafer and have sturdy but cushioned heel. Unfortunately for me the heel of the shoe has no support at all and I feel like I am wearing flat soled slippers. I walk about ten blocks to my office every day. I wore the for the first time today. It was so bad that I went home at lunch time and changed into one of my pairs of ecco casuals. I am so disappointed because I fell for all of Skechers's marketing. I should have read reviews. I will say this, the shoe appears to be well made with good materials. It is just poorly designed as a casual shoe for men.
Also delivery to me in Manhattan took much longer than I expected since they said the shoes were in stock.”
“On Sunday afternoon, I called Square one Sketcher. I gave the information to ZIELD SHE WAS Excellent. I arrived there after half hour she had the issue ready and the gentleman who gave me the shoe was Anthony at square one they were very good five stars.”
“I went and bought a pair of good-looking Sketchers which were about £70.
There were metallic parts of the shoes that caught my attention. When I had used them for the first time, I found out that the two shoes had brushed against each other and had scratched the metallic rose, gold paint and had left the shoes looking quite
different than when I had got them.”
“I recently purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from your store at Lulu Mall, Lucknow. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been quite disappointing.
After wearing the shoes, I developed cuts on my foot, making walking uncomfortable and affecting my daily activities. I also noticed that the model I purchased was advertised to have extra cushioning support, but the pair I received lacks this feature.
I have been reaching out since 4th February 2025, but I have not received any solution yet. This delay has added to the inconvenience, and I request an urgent resolution at the earliest.”
“I bought a pair of their slops, found them to be comfortable and well worth wearing HOWEVER the tongue, the maternal part that goes between the big toe broke off without any warning. Almost zero wear and virtually brand new.
Emailed customer care however no solution, very disappointed and will not purchase their shoes any longer.”
“I've been wearing Skechers for 8 or 10 years. Two pairs of them wore out, and I bought more, but one change in style I did not like. I have a very high instep, and the shoes now putting in elastic instead of laces, and have made them tight. I had to cut out the elastic and buy laces to use them.
Please give us a choice!”
“2 of the last 4 pairs I purchased from Skechers have had sole detached. This is done with just normal walking from a 70 plus old man.
Attempted to work with them so far response not acceptable

“I returned a pair of sneakers that cause bleeding blisters on my toes. This was because the vinyl or plastic material used to make the sneakers was so stiff it cut into my toes whenever I took a step. I immediately boxed up the shoes and wrap them exactly as I received them with all internal tissue and foot forms etc. I tracked the return and found out get yours had the sneakers for over a week but didn't contact me about a refund. When I called, I found out Skechers refused to give me a refund, claiming the sneakers were "slightly worn". When I explained the sneakers were defective, they would not change their decision and still refuse to give me my money.”
“I’ve been buying sketcher shoes. For about 8 years or so but now something has changed in the last 3 years. The glue no longer holds up. The upper part where the rubber meets the leather is separating. I don’t mind paying $140. for a pair of shoes but I do expect them to last longer than a year. I’m 70 years old so I don’t go hiking or anything like that. It’s obvious that the quality has gone down.”
“Dont buy sketchers anymoreeee!!!!!! There is no warranty if you have an issue. I bought a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks the leather inside becomes to shred like I was wearing it for 1 year. Very bad quality!!”
“Bought two pairs of shoes that are both stylish and comfortable! The staff at the Toronto Premium Outlet were excellent and knowledgeable. They made the purchasing process very enjoyable!”
“These shoes at first appeared to be
slip-in shoes. They are NOT slip-in. I have to tug on the loop at the top of the heel to get it on.
I did not use these shoes when I first received them. Now, 6 months later, I have discovered that I can not get them on easily.
I am in my 70s and bought these so I could slip them on quickly, and not have to sit down or bend over to get them on. What a disappointment.
When I shopped for them online, I searched for slip-on/slip-in shoes, and they popped up in that category.
It appears that Sketchers Go Walk 7 shoes are slip-ins, but that is not the case.
I have only worn these shoes a couple of times, and won't wear them again. I will be buying a shoe brand that is a guaranteed hands free slip-in shoe.”
