“I purchased a pair of Skechers a2 weeks ago. I tried to return them today. The store is at Opry Mills Mall in TN. I drove 20 miles to get to the store and walked approximately one mile inside the mall only to find out they were having technical issues and their doors were locked. I'm 75 years old and they have a time limit on returning shoes. Although they're were people inside the store, their customers were last on their priority list therefore they would not answer the door to even try to help. I have spoken with not so nice person at their Corporate Office who also was no help at all. You'd think I would be able to ship them the shoes and receive credit for them, but they don't want to even try to work with their customer!”
“Bought a pair of sketchers slip ons from Sports Direct, I am disabled and I needed shoes/trainers that I can easily get off and on, these are not them £63 and a bloody struggle to get on, can not recommend and I will personally not buy again from this company sorry 1 star but it would have been 0 stars if the option was there....”

Bought wide cushion shoes have had for over a month no cushion hurt my feet so much. “In March 2024 (today is July 15 2024) bought a pair of mens Garza Fontaine shoes. Love the shoes but the laces shriveled after only a few months. Went to a Skechers store, only to be told that 1) they don't replace laces for free; and 2) they don't have those round laces. I had to buy flat laces that don't go with the style of the shoe.
That the laces shred with casual use is unacceptable, and that Skechers doesn't replace their faulty product is equally unacceptable. Had I known that this would be the case I would not have purchased the product.”

“I have over 20 pairs of Skechers but am so annoyed at their awful customer service. I have 3 pairs of the same sandal in different colours which I love. I was in a hurry and bought a different colour from a shop without trying them on. I 'saved' them for a holiday but when I wore them there was a rough part which wore a hole in my foot! I'd lost the receipt when I got home so the store won't help. Why won't Skecher? Its their product. They can see the issues from photos. I shall endeavour never to buy more. Why do some companies think proper customer care is unimportant? 🤬😡”
