“I bought an (expensive) pair of Skechers Slip Ins at the end of June and 5 months later after normal wear, they have worn out. I sent this information to Skechers and its Customer Services replied that they consider this to be normal wear and tear. In other words they consider 5 months life in their products to be normal. I used to be a regular Skechers customer but it appears that both its product quality and customer service are both degraded. I won’t be buying its products again, and I hope that this information is useful to other potential customers.”
“I ordered sneakers back in June 2024 and have been emailing Sketchers for months now requesting my refund of $45.00 as I never received them. They emailed me stating they were lost and I would receive my refund immediately!! Still have not received anything! Is this any way to treat a customer? Waiting months for a refund is absurd! “I bought a pair of Skechers for autumn for over 200 euros. I was hoping for good quality; they felt comfortable in the store. But after just one month, the sneakers started falling apart—I’ve never experienced such terrible quality.
And this is despite the fact that I only wore these sneakers for short walks to the office. I have other shoes for longer walks, and I weigh 85 kg, so my shoes usually last a long time. I might expect this from shoes in the 20-30 euro range, but not at this price.
In addition to the poor quality of the interior materials, these sneakers offer no water protection whatsoever—just walking on wet asphalt, even without puddles, is enough to get my feet wet.
I’ll never buy this brand again.”

Decided on slip-ins figuring the design surely has a more robust and durable heel construction. Was I wrong!!!!! “Have been a Great Skecher’s customer, over a dozen pair, bought a $150 pair back yesterday to Scottsdale store, worn briefly just once , they refused to accept the return , even though they met the “return policy “ of 45 days. Today they replied saying they were “gutted” by my review, but didn’t offer to do anything .. just called them again , giving them another chance to do the “right thing”, No Way.. these guys are BAD, they’re UNTRUTHFUL about their return policy at their Scottsdale store & I’m CANCELLING MY SKECHER’S MEMBERSHIP, their Word cannot be Trusted.”

“My shoes were the wrong size so I sent them back for a refund as per their instructions and using their delivery label (I was too far away to be able to exchange) and the tracking showed it was delivered to them and 3 weeks later no refund, then I contacted them and they said it was 'under investigation'. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager, wouldn't provide me with any further information. Still out of pocket, will never buy skechers again!”
