“Brought a pair of shoes at the factory outlet it was very good for 5.4k.that started to release colors after washing.it was a machine washable one. Returned and brought another pair for which I paid additional 2.6k. That sole turned out to be harder. Returned thta again and brought another pair paying 1k additionally. Despite having archfit and cushion my planter fisia has increased with this shoes. Wonder if it is really fit for such case. Ended up paying 9k. Not worth! Tried them on in the house and walked around, they didn’t help so I returned them. My refund was in the form of a gift card, after calling and waiting on hold for one hour I was told it’s a gift card because they determined the shoes were slightly worn. How is one supposed to determine a shoe fits and will work for them if I can’t walk around with them. Unacceptable policy. Now I have an $87.00 dollar gift card that I can’t use. “I have been a long time, loyal customer of Skechers - no more! I placed an order for a shoe because the order kept being cancelled -- stated "due to high demand" but each time it said "in stock". After hours on hold & finally a call back, I am told there must have been a criss-cross in inventory & assured the are back in & that I will be receiving a 20% off code via email to reorder (for a 5th time). I wait for the code, but it doesn't work. I call customer service who tells me code doesn't work on this shoe since it is on sale & then tells me I must of heard what I wanted to hear from the 1st rep. thinking I could use it on this shoe. Rude! I know the 1st rep. said she was sending the code as a courtesy to my mishaps with last 4 cancelled orders & that I could use the code to reorder the shoe. Conveniently I couldn't speak to a supervisor because they was no one on hand so said 2nd rep. & advised that he would email, but the price of shoe goes up in 2 days & can't count on someone getting back to me by then. Really? So unprofessional. What was my favorite store... is no more! Hours waiting for customer service, lying no supervisors & give me a code doesn't work after 4 cancelled orders -- by Skechers!”
“I purchased a pair of sketcher sandals towards the end of last summer. I have hardly worn them and the stitching has come part on one of the sandals. I have taken them back to the Merry Hill branch who their Assistant Brach Manager Ian was very rude who requested a receipt which I did not have due to the time which has elapsed. He had no customer service and kept repeating this!!! I have sent an email to their CEO who todate I have not received a response to. Beware of the quality of their footwear as they have no after care !!!!”
“I bought goga mat slip on shoes from sketchers outlet store…the shoes are the most comfortable shoe I ever wore plus very stylish with a lace up. Only thing is my toe went through the right shoe in which was embarrassing to say the least.
Never had that happen to me in a sketcher shoe. Disappointed that I can’t find the exact shoe again. It was a very nice pair of shoes!! I went back with the shoes at the outlet but of course they would do nothing to help!!”
“Waterproof golf shoes are no longer waterproof after 6 months, worn about 30 times. Skechers offer is insulting. 35% off another pair. Really!!! Or take them back to the retailer who will have a look at them. God knows how they will see if they’re waterproof as there are no splits. Just rubbish shoes from a rubbish company.
