“I visited the store in Chicago on 95th and Western and I had the most awesome time with the help of an manager named Monique when I say she went waaaay above and beyond with helping me find my shoes to asking me where I worked which was soooo very nice of her cause my job was in the book they have to receive a discount when she got done adding on the discounts my bill went from $210 to $120 I'm so grateful for her she saved me a lot of $$ matter of fact I didn't catch the other associates names but I did watch how they interacted with the customers and I have to say 5+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to them all thanks Monique for making my shopping experience easier and more satisfying 💜”

Finally found a young male helper leaned against a wall on his phone. The check out young lady must have had a hard day. NEVER smiled, nothing. Will never shop or buy Sletchers again. “Shoes are cheaply made. Overpriced and don't hold up. If they really want your business as a customer, they would sell a product worthy of use. I for one will not purchase these poorly made trash shoes again. 1/8 inch of so called memory foam can also be found in a $20 pair of Walmart shoes. At $65 a pair I would have expected more from Sketchers.”

“Skechers: I purchased a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in the same order. I only received the boots. I waited to receive the shoe delivery because I never had a delivery problem before. Time passed and I didn’t receive anything else… I tried to call the # provided in my email that said my order was delivered but the # was no longer valid, neither was the email address to contact Skechers regarding this order. I couldn’t find any other way to contact Skechers except for an automated chat box. I was informed by chat that since I did not contact them within 30 days, I’m outta luck. I won’t be receiving my shoes nor a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor but of course one is not available!! I gave all my personal information for contacting me but again was I was told to contact my banking institution and that I’ll be contacted in 24/48 hours… I replied with I doubt it!
I feel this is very bad customer service because I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 30 year’s and buy 10/15 pairs of shoes per year sometimes more!! Considering I had a stroke very recently and finding out the whereabouts of my shoes was not my priority…I think I’ll find another company to buy my footwear from. This is one dissatisfied customer!!! If I could give Skechers a zero rating I would!!!”

I called customer service, they don't ask for any information from me, to try and help me. They're useless. I don't want any emails from you guys anymore, and I want you to close my account.”
“I loved my Skechers until I realized they were causing serious damage to my feet. I started researching the shoes and low and behold, I found out that Skechers is not recommended by Podiatrists due to the root cause of foot problems. I could barely stand up due to excruciating foot pain, so I tried Adidas, which is recommended by Podiatrists. Sure enough, the pain went away after wearing my new shoes for a short period of time. My advice, if you have Skechers, don't donate them to charity, throw them in the garbage to avoid giving someone else foot problems.”
