“I bought a pair of Outdoor Skechers that the toe separated from the shoe and the sole. First in the left one and then in the right. The sole is glued only and not secured to the shoe. This caused the underlapping of the shoe toe to separate from the sole since the glue of the sole failed to keep it's adhesion. I am very disappointed but really like your brand and overall fit.”

I returned a pair of Skechers that were never worn. I should have taken a picture of what I returned because they take pictures of shoes when you return them that our not your shoes and say this is what you returned to us. They do this as not to give your a refund on original payment. They email you a E gift card. It is a scam! Do not buy anything from them.”

I asked would I get my birthday points with this purchase, yes she said! I did the online enrollment- after I retrieved my phone and waited again. I clicked Join, Buzzer sounds, Wrong Answer and then I proceeded into Skecther App Hell. Due to my phone number I had to remember email address used, 4 Buzzers later no wrong answers. Finally yes only password needed to be reset. App says could be 30 min! Wrong answer! It made me rethink my entire purchase. Online merchants have mastered the consumer relationship. Not Sketchers! $257.00 in the register and due to a stupid app I left in frustration!”
“Do not buy these shoes if you walk on a path,driveway or road that is not paved!!
Pebbles and stones get embedded in sole. Not so sure that they are washable, after several attempts still very dirty looking.”
