“As other reviews have stated, if I could I would award slickwraps zero stars I would! The wrap for my Apple Pencil 2 does not fit correctly, this is not a ‘goof’ error but simply a defective product. It took slickwraps some 20+ days to have the courtesy to get back to me, I supplied clear images showing the defect but despite that they refuse to provide a refund. They offered to send another product out or credit me with 11 points, after the terrible ‘service recovery’ I simply wanted my money back. I am now disputing the charge with my credit company who will hopefully issue a chargeback, I would encourage you to use a credit card with this company to at least have some protection for when things go wrong! My aim here is to warn other prospective customers, think carefully before ordering with slickwraps as if you have an issue expect slow and unhelpful customer service responses. Hopefully someone senior from Slickwraps reads these reviews and starts to investigate!”

“2 months since they took my money and not a single word from them. The worst bit is the keep advertising but have shut down comments on Instagram because they were getting slammed on there as well. Possibly the worst online company I’ve been conned in to buying something from. Do not believe the 5 star reviews.”

“Ordered a skin cover for my daughters MBPro, originally it says shipped in 2 days, I paid extra and it’s been 2 weeks and we have no words from the company. I send 4 emails and got no response from Slickwraps. Congrats, you guys just scammed a 10 year old.”

“Great wraps, but if you need customer service, good luck. I ordered a wrap and asked to cancel it before 24 hours of ordering it. Ordered it 2 weeks ago, no one contacted me back. It shipped today. So now I have to go through the process of returning it.”

“I ordered a wrap for my iPhone with a buy one get one free screen protector code. I never got my free screen protector. Sent emails and never got a response! Then I just received an email from some unknown source with MY ADDRESS and PERSONAL information saying that slickwraps got hacked and they tried to tell SlickWraps that their network was compromised and they didn’t do anything. This is ridiculous and SCARY. This company needs to be shut down.”

“This is a scam, you have to be practicaly perfect when putting the wrap on AirPods and even then the edges get bends and the whole thing looks ugly, dont buy”

“Takes literally FOREVER to get the product. I've paid for the expedited shipping, and a week later haven't gotten an email about my order being shipped. I've sent multiple emails to their customer service with no response, and this has happened twice now. They really need to fix their customer service and shipping methods because this is absurd.”

“Probably one of the worst companies to order from. I placed an order and was told the processing time was 11 days. I waited a month and a half after sending multiple concerns about it being a scam. Finally received the product. Sadly, it was of the utmost horrible quality. As if someone bought those proactive stickers you put on books and shipped that. The installation was completely messed up and after I emailed them telling them I was unhappy with the product. I got an e-mail from a 'hacker' and then got a follow up saying they've been hacked and they're working on it. Never buy from these guys. Go for Dbrand. Love the service and product from those guys!”
