Bought an Oculus Quest skin from slickwraps. It was the worst product, company and experience i had to deal with online. First of all there was no instruction on how to properly stick this useless smelly skinwrap. After searching online and attempting to properly attach it myself using some online forum advices that didnt help much. And don't forget, you only have one try. if you fail nothing will make it look good. I tried reattaching it back, tried heat to soften the vinyl but nothing helped. It looked like a horrible mess. Not only the sensors where covered but also you have to find and make sure you dont cover the small microphone hole on the Quest that you have to figure it out on your own otherwise you have to remove the whole skin to fit it again that ruins everything. Luckily I payed only 11.84$ as 50% off on black Friday. After multiple attempts to communicate with costumer support the only thing they could do is offer me to pay 9$ for shipping replacement out of those 11$ or ship back out of your pocket for a refund :) this is ridiculous. I tried to dispute it with Paypal but they also want me to ship it back to them. At list be nice and send a replacement free of charge. No, they still want you to pay for their crapy skinwrap. Anyway, dont lose your money on this junk. Hope i was helpful.

I placed an order on December 22nd 2019. On January 1st I contacted them as they had not bothered to send any type of order tracking info but they replied using a bot or at least a readymade response since they sent me the exact same answer when I asked for answers almost 2 weeks later. Today is January 17th and they are not even answering to my emails anymore. Safe to say I will never buy from them anymore and neither should you. It's a scam. Get a dbrand skin or a case something. Just don't buy from them, it's ridiculous. BTW, order # 3856961.

Ordered in December, paid for 1-2 Day Express Shipping and the order still has not shipped, today = Jan 10th, 2020. Their support phone number is disconnected. Filed a BBB complaint (they have over 130 BBB complaints). Filing fraud complaint with the Witchita Attorney General. Their support ticket answers basically is... we're busy and will ship it "eventually" - "maybe" .

I ordered a skin for my Iphone 8 Plus back on December 2nd. That package didn't show up until December 16th. I open it and it's the wrong wrap. It's for a totally different phone. I undertand things happen so I emailed about the incident and didn't get a response until December 30th. I sent over very clear photos of the mistake and was told they couldn't see a mistake and asked what the problem was. THE PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Then after emaileing a few more times I finally get a response that they have shipped out the correct order. That was on January 2nd and the status of the order has remained the same ever since. I have no idea if I will ever actually recieve my item and at this point I can only imagine it will be a number of weeks before I have anything in my hands. This company was never like this before. I have ordered several things in the past and while they have never been the fastest at anything, I have at least gotten what I ordered and was not made to feel like I was bothering someone by giving them my money for a product. I'd say stay away and just go to D Brand.

order never arrived.. no response from slickwraps. I brought it up with PayPal as a dispute. slickwraps sent PayPal a fake tracking number to resolve the dispute, I sent PayPal the actual one with the email they sent. I think it's lost in the mail, but pretty shady business practice to send fraudulent shipping info to try to get out of $12.. I don't expect I will be refunded or another product will be sent. this is just a warning this is the kind of company slickwraps is. also further to this, after they sent PayPal the fake tracking number I google searched it. it appears this isn't an isolated incident. they have faked tracking numbers before. PayPal is to toothless to help prevent this.

Worst customer service. Ordered an item almost 15 days before and they already took money but haven’t shipped it. Contacted them last week via email and it took them almost 2 days to reply back that it may take 10 days to ship. Contacted again but no reply back yet. 2 years before I ordered and it was delivered on time. This time it got way worst. I do not recommend this business.

Terrible company. Paid for fast shipping and still didn’t get my package till a month later. Please do not waste your money on this company. It’s say 2-4 day shipping but they take weeks to ship it out. The reason they have so many stars on here. Is that they write fake reviews. They don’t try to hide it either. If you read most of the good reviews they say word for word the exact same thing. They try to hide bad reviews with fake good reviews. Please don’t waste your money

VERY BAD COMPANY. I think WE ALL should report this "verified" instagram account to instagram so that they can no longer FOOL us customers. This company is a scammer, and should be closed before it victimizes more people.

Just stay away. These guys will take your money and you'll be waiting over a month for your item to even ship. No answers to tickets or messages, this company is a complete joke. I paid for expedited shipping and not only did it take them a month to ship but they sent it via standard shipping. Will NEVER be buying from these idiots again.

SlickWraps, you guys are a bunch of big time cheats with no moral values. I had ordered a couple of items from your website in September and haven’t received it yet. When inquiried about it , I get a response telling it has been misplaced. Since then I have not got any update on the status. Neither are you guys refunding my money. I suggest people reading this review to avoid Slick wraps if you are ordering from abroad. A careless attitude displayed by this company

I put in an order for a laptop skin, ended up seeing all the bad reviews and tried to cancel, I emailed twice, and sent a message via PayPal to cancel the order. They completely ignored all of my messages and ended up sending the skin i no longer wanted anyways. Because they sent it my dispute on PayPal was denied, terrible company and terrible customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst company ever. Customer service? Expect them to sleep on you for weeks and feed you a bunch of bull after that wait. Return policy is terrible, they ended up just stealing $40 dollars from me since they had me pay for the return and never refunded. AVOID THIS SCAM VENDOR

Takes forever to ship. I finally had to open a dispute with PayPal because customer service DOESN’T RESPOND. Two days later, they shipped the product. Google them. This happens to EVERYONE. Notice how they do not even list a phone number on their site.

I would give Zero stars if I could. Ordered a month ago and my order hasn’t even shipped yet. Customer service is also refusing to reply to my requests. Horrible customer service, horrible delivery time.

It’s a scam run by a greedy CEO. He pushes sales, but doesn’t have enough material in to produce. That’s why so many have to wait weeks for their product. Don’t buy here. He posts fake reviews on every website and will attempt to have other people’s reviews removed.

Order a simple black wrap that took over a month to get a reply from them. No automated email or anything. Then one guy reply’s with just a screenshot of my order showing it’s ready for shipping but yet still no tracking. Waste of time...

Horrible customer service. I should have known better than to buy from these losers. The quality is good, but their customer service is non-existent, and they are still processing my expedited order I placed 22 days ago for a standard in stock item. I have placed 3 orders with them and this has happened every time. Don't deal with these losers. I think they have a fake address in Kansas and they're really in China, as they don't have a working USA phone number. The phone number on my receipt is a non-working number. Buy from a legitimate US company that ships when promised. 3 out of 3 have been bad for me... BTW, the positive reviews are probably fake
