“Never responds to emails. Ordered over a month ago, dropped $48 and still have nothing but a tracking number that hasn't shipped. Never again!”

“This is by for the worse company I have done business with. Save your time and money, DO NOT buy from this company or whatever it is. They will take weeks to ship your sticker out, it literally a sticker that does not form to your phone. I would not take a free product from this place, I swear it a 1 guy operation from his basement.”

“Absolutely terrible service. It took almost 2 weeks to get my wrap and when I did it was very cheap. Emailed customer service to receive a rude response with no apology 2 weeks later. Lost my business!”

“My wrap actually CAME... but it is not the best fit for my 20 ultra. The color is nice and quality is really good I am just unimpressed with the fit! I was able to get in touch with customer service!”

“Customer service is non existent... I called to get an update on my order and the number seemed to be disconnected. I emailed to attempt to get an answer. I promptly got an automated email that stated they would get back to me within 2 to 3 days. It's been over a week now with no answer...... what a joke.”

“Don't buy from these people. It takes them over 2 weeks to cut a project and ship it. Run by children. Call your CC company and cancel the payment. You'll get a refund.”

“5th or 6th email. No answers back. I see the debit in my account so they can take the funds. This was ordered on Jan 26th and no return emails, or product. Terrible company to deal with. Stay away!”

“Terrible company! got valentines discount code but then the shipping was $5 so came out to same price and took almost a month to get here, when shipping said 5 days, what did I pay for? Contacted them multiple times asking where it was, no tracking, asked for refund but nothing!! When I got it, it is way too thick to fit correctly on my phone, even while using heat gun. Waste of my $ and time. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOSERS!”

“Poor customer service and delivery. I ordered a plain, clear wrap for my phone on Jan 11th, two months later still haven't received the product. Made multiple attempts to follow up and received information/status to no avail. Received their auto email and later a tracking number that never moved.”

“shady company. emails are automatic emails. placed order in the beginning of Feb. still states "process" when checking order status. will be filing a dispute with the bank and send them the notices. FYI ordered NON CUSTOMIZED product "If your order is a standard, in stock item, (not customized) most products take 4-6 business days to ship. If your order is a customizer item - it takes approximately 6-8 business days to ship. *Please note that during our busiest holiday season and year-round sales, these time frames may vary. These are approximate dates - which we strive to abide by." totally wrong information. please be aware. do not order or shop from this company. they dont even reply to your email and cant even contact them at all.”

“Purchased naked wrap for my MacBook over two Weeks ago and still have not received it. This is not good. Think I’ve been burned. Going to contact PayPal and file a complaint. Do not buy from this company. There are others to buy from run away now before you get screwed. Even if I do get it the wait time and lack of response from customer service sucks. They should be shut down.”

“Very bad product and company. I bought the Naked Wrap for iPhone X, it comes with no Naked Juice. I emailed them few timesto ask for it, the replied to none of my emails, although according to the automated reply they did receive my emails. As i waited more than 2 months, i thought i will give it a try without the Naked Juice as they will not answer. The wrap stick to the iphone but the quality is so bad. I read online that many customers didn’t receive the Naked Juice too, so it seems they do it on purpose. Moreover you cannot comment on their Instagram. No doubt about that cause they will receive just negative comments. Waisted money!!”

“They don't tell you that they have to make or buy your wrap after you pay for it. So after a week when you contact them asking where it is they respond (4 days later) that you have to wait for it. -Notice how they give you 1 hour to cancel your order - really shady company”
