Not a real company from what I can tell. Ordered on black Friday never got contacted. Had to go through Pay Pal to get a refund 30days later.

lie about sending out product they have clearly not even made yet. Spend weeks refusing refunds; had to go through paypal dispute.

The vinyl is Slickwraps uses is far thinner than 3m vinyl. It's so thin that it can rip when peeling off the skin. It makes applying the skin a pain because you get bubbles underneath it. Go with Dbrand instead.

If I can give it NO STARS I would I have been waiting over 8 weeks for my order!!! They are simply wanting to refund my order due to the discount they put on during sale and now knowing that it's probably better for them to refund me rather then sending me my product.

I ordered from you guys 11 days ago , and didn’t receive any tracking emails to track my order , are you guys serious ??????! Am I gonna receive my order or not , please let me know I’ve been waiting for so long ! I tried to contact them but there is no way to even talk to them !!!!!

My order never arrived and I contacted the company, they originally told me that I would get another package sent out if USPS once they get an update from USPS. Then I waited about a week as stated from Dolores, she never replied so I reached out multiple times (they had closed my complaint responses without an answer and said it was resolved which was a lie if they never answered) and then was told since I didn't contact them within 30 days, and that even though they contacted USPS and was told by them(USPS) they don't know where it is, that there was nothing they could do. That makes no sense when there is clear evidence from USPS that they lost my package. Also there were notifications around the whole entire world that packages can arrive weeks later (cause you know Covid) I have lost all faith in this company, no longer will buy from SlickWraps and will tell those that I referred here not to shop there either. There are other stores out in the world that you can trust. Slickwraps were good at one point and now they just don't care

i bought a wrap for my samsung note 20 ultra and i was satisfied with the product, the shipping and the delivery. subsequently i placed one more order for my iphone 11 max pro on nov 18, and asof today it has been more than a monthi and i sill have not received it. i reached out to the customer support and got a single liner response with the tracking details and the tracking number provided also seems fake. hate a see a good product going down because of bad after sales service and follow up

This site is a scam !!!!!!!!! Please everybody watch out and don’t order anything from them!! We bought an XBOX wrap And we didn’t get it and we try to check on the items we couldn’t and nowhere to be found and they stole our credit card number too and bought a stuff From Costco for $498

I Ordered a laptop and iPhone skin last Nov2 and forgot to read the reviews before checking out. So I got scared when I saw all the negative feedbacks after and I'm like geezzzz what's going to happen then? Tried contacting them but couldn't reach them. I'm like what about my money?!! but then I received an email last week that they have shipped it out! yey!! and today I received it tho the packaging is not that good. but still I receive the items! and they're great actually!!

No information on my order (over a week), charge on credit card occurred already, no way to contact. Not sure it is a legitimate site.

The wraps did not fit and there was a 1mm excess around the Apple Watch. I requested them to send me another one. They responded with saying “we can send you another one or we can give you credit for our store” and then they ghosted all my emails.

I've ordered a couple of wraps on the 11th of November and I have still not received anything. My order is still saying 'processed' and I've asked for a refund. Their response: "Hello, Unfortunately, I am currently unable to cancel your order. It has processed too far throughout our warehouse for me to be able to stop it at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your understanding!" Of it has processed in the warehouse why is it not coming my way? SCAMMERSSSSSSS

Order my items over a month ago. I have received nothing. They won’t reply to any of my inquiries. Currently waiting for PayPal to reimburse me. Stay away.

Nothing has gone right. They state that orders ship in 3-5 business days mine took over two weeks just to be sent out. When I ask they said covid but it’s been almost a year they should have solved those issues by now. Then when I received it I got the wrong items in the package. I emailed support and after almost another week I got a very short unapologetic reply telling me I was wrong and that I needed to send them a picture of what I received. I sent a picture of the skin that was about half the size of my phone with a invoice copy showing my phone model on it. That was almost a week ago... no reply yet. It has been I’ve a month total and still no product.

I order a custom ipad sticker, and it was shipped to the wrong address, i contacted them with proof of wrong delivery address, they came back saying check your local post office, my order was delivered in USA and i live in middle east. I tried reaching again with a SCREENSHOT of USPS delivery proof of wrong address, they never replied back. Thank god i paid by payapl, i raised a dispute in paypal which they never responded to, and i got my money back. Terrible customer service, worst. They also recently got hacked and their data (our personal info) got leaked.

Wait! Can’t I give 0.5 star or something. Its already been like 2 months or so and I haven’t received it yet just a shipping number with no tracking updates. I wanted to by skin for my AirPods cause they were no available here in Europe otherwise i usually buy from Xtremeskins

Low quality wrap, doesn’t feel good, shipping took forever. The image printed is low quality and just flat out disappointing. Not worth the money at all.

Tried to cancel order to buy a different product, they claimed it was already shipped and no can do. In reality they shipped it one week after they claimed it was already shipped. Trash company.
