Order my items over a month ago. I have received nothing. They won’t reply to any of my inquiries. Currently waiting for PayPal to reimburse me. Stay away.

Nothing has gone right. They state that orders ship in 3-5 business days mine took over two weeks just to be sent out. When I ask they said covid but it’s been almost a year they should have solved those issues by now. Then when I received it I got the wrong items in the package. I emailed support and after almost another week I got a very short unapologetic reply telling me I was wrong and that I needed to send them a picture of what I received. I sent a picture of the skin that was about half the size of my phone with a invoice copy showing my phone model on it. That was almost a week ago... no reply yet. It has been I’ve a month total and still no product.

I order a custom ipad sticker, and it was shipped to the wrong address, i contacted them with proof of wrong delivery address, they came back saying check your local post office, my order was delivered in USA and i live in middle east. I tried reaching again with a SCREENSHOT of USPS delivery proof of wrong address, they never replied back. Thank god i paid by payapl, i raised a dispute in paypal which they never responded to, and i got my money back. Terrible customer service, worst. They also recently got hacked and their data (our personal info) got leaked.

Wait! Can’t I give 0.5 star or something. Its already been like 2 months or so and I haven’t received it yet just a shipping number with no tracking updates. I wanted to by skin for my AirPods cause they were no available here in Europe otherwise i usually buy from Xtremeskins

Low quality wrap, doesn’t feel good, shipping took forever. The image printed is low quality and just flat out disappointing. Not worth the money at all.

Tried to cancel order to buy a different product, they claimed it was already shipped and no can do. In reality they shipped it one week after they claimed it was already shipped. Trash company.

Slickwraps took 9 days to ship my item and when it arrived, it did not fit my airpods and when I emailed them to return it they said you can’t return anything that has been used. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered a wrap for MacBook Pro 13". Was shipped in August and its now October, still nothing arrived. Completely ignored emails for first month, finally started responding and saying I have to track it down, without giving any details or info on how to do this. Needless to say I'm unable to locate it 2 months on and they refuse to provide a refund. Have offered to send it again so I'll update this review in January when the second shipment fails to make it too. Just use ANYONE else, even colouring in your device with a sharpie marker would be better than buying from these people.

Same exact problem as everybody approaching 3 weeks item has still not shipped. Its like they don't care that people are using these to prevent scratches 100 hundreds sometimes thousands of dollars devices. Even 2 weeks is absolutely ridiculous for a ship time, I've contacted them three times three times they said we do not have any idea when your product will ship if you do not want to wait we will refund your money. And they are using the Coronavirus as their reason 4 this ridiculous wait. Do not use Slickwraps use dbrand... your order will ship in a timely manner and your device will be protected quickly

Fake Website you will never receive your order if you followup more then will block you in there social website and there website as well So they block me in FB,Insta and on there website and CS messaged me saying you are a cheap person who wants free item. Dont order you will not get your order

Do not order from Slickwraps!!!! I ordered a wrap and it took them a month to just get it out. I emailed them 3 times to just cancel the order. No response. They're terrible at communicating and just don't care.

Well I ordered some wraps with them! What I should done first is read the reviews first and I would have known! I got the same response (lack there off) as everyone else. But I did get a email back from the company saying they are sending it now. But that was after I emailed them stating that if my product was not shipped in a timely matter that I would dispute the charges and get my money back and also call my lawyer and file legal matters! Needless to say they emailed me and told me it was out today. Only 3 hours after my email did I get that response! It’s sad to say that I am willing to spend thousands on this for maybe 50 bucks but it’s the principal! Such horrible business practices!!

Slickwraps is trash. Same problems as everyone else. Placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply. They really are just scamming people. Disputed the charge on my card and got my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Was trying to get my fiancé decals for his birthday so I placed an order a month in advance (the site says 6-8 days for custom orders to be shipped). Emailed to get an update after 3 weeks and got no response from customer support. A week later, I got a notification that my package shipped (a month isn’t quite the same as 6-8 days, but ok). Another month later, I still haven’t received anything, my tracking information hasn’t updated since the day after it “shipped,” I’ve reached out to their support team 2 more times, and no response. Like at this point, even if I get my order, I’ll never order from them again based on their false advertising when it comes to delivery expectations and HORRIBLE customer service. At least have the decency to acknowledge your customer emails. If you’re having known issues with shipping, update your site or reply to an email with this info. Ignoring questions and complaints just makes you look worse...

My order was placed on the 10th April 2020. It is 5 months later and I have still not received my order. I have contacted support repeatedly for assistance but have received zero response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SLICKWRAPS!

Took two months to get the product. No sesponse to my emails. tried to cancel was told I couldn't. Finally got the product. It was a worthless stickon that wouldn't stick.Trashed it. Worthless. Don't buy.

I have had the same exact issues with slick wraps as everyone else! Ordered the skins, haven’t been able to get the item I paid for or a return email. It said COVID may delay shipping but USPS has no record of the item shipping at all and of course customer service hasn’t responded at all outside of the initial email the auto sends when you contact them. This company is a joke and I would highly recommend saving your money. I figured even with the bad reviews that 5$ was worth a shot to see if my experience was any better. Not even close! Slick wraps is a scam clearly. Glad I used a prepaid credit card! Always do this when ordering from a new small company.
