Scam company operating with other scam companies making custom products. Not an Australian company, and their 90 day guarantees are on show to lure you. They absolutely do not offer anything they promise, they make your order incorrect as they ask you to pay fees to fix their mistakes. They tell you to pay a fee to be able to get a refund!!! This company is dodgy and money scamming. AVOID THEM!!!!!

I am disappointed. I ordered 2 personized puzzles and 2 personalized cushions with covers. Package was delivered with one cushion missing. Box was all taped up like it was opened before delivery. When reported, I was asked to send a picture of what was received and a picture of the packaging. This was a gift shipped directly to the receiver. Quite obviously this cannot be done. I have never heard of any company mistrusting their customers as they did. Quality of the product is nothing to write home about either! I will not be ordering from them again.

***DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY*** Awful quality product. Received some awful kind of canvas paper when I ordered a proper canvas to put on the wall. When I contacted customer services, they made out that it was my own fault for ordering this when nowhere in the description does it say "printed on canvas paper" After days of unhelpful communication with "customer service" I was offered a £4 refund on a £40 product. Also, be careful at checkout as they add random things on so that you don't notice. My order went up £10 extra just before paying.

Am so Dissapointed, a $90 photo necklace that I bought for Xmas has broken, not the actual necklace it’s the picture, the picture just broke half out, I paid extra for a longer warranty as I thought 90 days was a joke on any product, Soulfeel have informed me today they won’t help even though it’s a fault of the photo, Worst customer service worst product, spend your money elsewhere because this is disgusting

At first i was very skeptical about going online to buy something due to so many scams. So i was at first hostile when my tracking number and basically any form of knowing where my product was nonexistent, but when it finally arrived i got to see first hand how insanely amazing the mousepad is. I kid you not its full fledged quality and im obsessed over it. Wish i bought a bigger one to cover the whole desk.

I'm dumbfounded, socked and shaken by the customer service of this company ..... I was told that I would be shown the dolls during the process, and even that I would have the opportunity to approve of the creation before the product was completed, but I was never shown the bride, ever. Why would I gift the bobblehead(s) to someone if when they themselves saw the doll(s), could not recognize themselves in them? I don't know what to do.... Suggestions would be a great help..

This company is a false advertisement. I ordered the Fathers day babble head for my husband for Fathers day/Birthday and they sent me an email with the picture of my husbands face and it was so different from the picture that I sent them. NOT EVEN CLOSE to the picture I sent them. When I emailed the lady she stated she couldn't cancel the babble head because it was already made, and if I wanted to cancel it they would still charge me a 30% of my purchase which I spent 109.82. HOW? AND WHY?? If the mistake wasn't me? Please read the reviews on this site! I will continue to tell the world about this company.

Item was nothing like advertised. I ordered a projection necklace with it advertising both a color projection and black and white photo. What I got was a resemblance of the photo in black lined etching. The couple in the photo look like cartoon characters. Also I was charged for the vip service after opting out of it. The company is telling me they are sorry and that it’s not what I hoped for. I would not spend a penny at this site. Terrible quality and excuses for their terrible products. Not to mention they literally charged me for that arrive I intentionally declined. Do not give your hard earned money to these people. I ordered one before from the website trendscoming and it had the actual photo inside color and everything. This site is terrible, misleading, and very cheaply made!

This company is a complete waste of your time and should be avoided at all costs. I spent 40$ on a gold bracelet with a Morgan Wallet song as the QR code. I received a Silver necklace with a QR code of a song from a musical with Ryan Gosling in it. I thought it was a joke.

Omg!! Soufeel is the best. Response time is great when you have an issue they Get you squared away quickly. I Love having them as my first choice for charms. Very inexpensive and great quality.

They auto add charges and when you remove them and continue shopping they re-add the charges. Then when I called them out on it they were very condescending and rude. As if all that wasn't bad enough they won't let you complete your order without tipping them for their shifty service. Steer clear these people are professional crooks and dirt bags!!!!

Stay away from this company. I ordered a personalised bobble head of my girlfriend as an inside joke. Her eyes are hazel the eyes on this were blue. Her hair is light brown the hair on the bobble head looked black as night. The sculpting was messy and like it could have just been made for anyone. Upon trying to return or switch the item customer service was rude and abrupt and said it could not be done. There is a reason why this company is so low rated online. They are terrible. Do not use them.

My Order was damaged, I ordered the Spotifyglass. When it arrived, I contacted customer service immediately via email and provided pictures of the 3 little scratches on the left and right side of the 'centred picture' on the Spotifyglass. I sent 4-5 pictures to the customer service representative MULTIPLE TIMES!.....Meaning I had to explain my issue and story to the customer service representative in three different ways, SO THE REPRESENTATIVE COULD UNDERSTAND my complaint. I received a response in 24 hours for all three emails that were sent to the SAME representative who kept asking to SEE PICTURES AGAIN AND AGAIN about the damages because the customer service representative was under the impression that the film on the glass was not removed...I KEPT INSISTING THAT THE FILM HAS BEEN REMOVED AND TO PLEASE LOOK AT MY FINGER PRINTS ON THE GLASS FROM THE MULTIPLE PICTURES THAT WERE SENT. ANYWAY...I WAS SUPER ANNOYED WITH THE BACK & FORTH EMAILS OF THE SAME COMPLAINT!! Eventually, SpotifyGlass - FINALLY, understood my complaint and decided to send me a new SpotifyGlass through express shipment. My order arrived on the expected date and it has no scratches or damages to it. I am giving a 3 star, due to the fact that I had to explain and describe the damages to my order to the customer service representative via email more than once...repeating my story about the same complaint multiple times is annoying!!! I have no idea why they can't have a Customer Service Phone Number.

The product is great, but I’m giving it 3 stars because the order took 2 and a half months to deliver to my house. If you are patient and contact them to make sure its actually on it’s way like I did, you will receive a great product!
