Probably the worst company I have dealt with. Took a month and a half to get first one made then it smashed without telling me. After three weeks of exchanges we eventually got a replacement. Yet again, heard nothing about despatch so reached out. Received it now. The picture quality is awful. And was not worth the hassle of the month and a half I have been emailing this company. Do not buy from here!!

I will never order from this company again! i ordered a charm a mnth ago !! Has never arrived. I asked for a refund was basically told yes but after all the costs I would get nothing back which is disgusting I wouldnt advise any one to buy. Never again

Delay with order even though I paid for express delivery. When it came it was very poor quality, not fit for purpose and damaged. Sent photos and explained just back and for emails asking for pictures I have already sent. Telling me the marks that are prominent and ingrained will disappear over time! Disgusting service!

Worst experience ever! Picture is horrific, looks like a 2 year old painted my face red. Talk to customer service and they said " looking at your order details it's what you ordered" haha!! I did not order a picture that only my face is bright red while the rest of my body looks normal. Not to mention I paid 56.00 for these boxers and it took 2 months for them to arrive. Don't waste your money. I will never order from this company again. I wish I would of read reviews before ordering from here. Lesson learned!

I assuming this company has never shipped to the United States before. I made an order, I was told there was an issue with the shipping address and it could not be delivered. I was told there was an issue with the name of the town on the address, of which I know exists. This is where my wife works, and we live in said town. So, I changed the address to my son, in North Carolina (USA), and I am sure I will be told it does not exist either. I ordered the same item from a company that has shipped to my wife's address. This other company has delivered to this address in question by Soulfeel before, and there was no issues. I will just have to make sure I refrain from ordering anything from Soulfeel again. I am hoping the item might show one day. I find it easier to ship an item from the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia then this place.

Item took almost 2 months to send when the average time is 18 days. When I tried to contact customer service they took over a week to get back to me and said they would update my shipping information but then did not get back to me for another week. The communication was confusing and the shipping process was distressing.

I haven't got my item and no one is giving a answer as to what's going on it says it's in transit but it's been in transit. I’m really disappointed ... don’t waisted ur time

I ordered end of last month I got a shipment status which said they are sent out But the tracking status has not changed since Feb 2nd I asked them, they said the order has already arrived in US, Custom has been completed But I made sure this with local post office They said they have not received my order yet They l lied to me I am really suspecting that they may be scammer

SCAM ALERT!!! Never made or shipped item. Stopped responding to emails.I ordered in January Items was suppose to ship 2/5. It still hasn’t even been made. The one response I got was it might being getting made, it might have been made and failed inspection, or it might be waiting to be shipped. They would send me a tracking number when it shipped. That was on 2/9. I have to dispute the charge with credit card company. SCAm

I wish I had researched legitimate reviews before purchasing from Soufeel. I ordered a heart pendant for my daughter for Valentine's Day On February 3rd, paid for expedited shipping to get it here in a timely manner. I just looked up the order on Soufeel website and it won't even ship until after Valentine's Day. Based on the other reviews I have been reading, I am not confident the item will even be shipped. I will wait until next week and then contact my credit card company to resolve. At this point, I definitely warn potential shoppers to beware and avoid this company!

I just received my order, is the worst purchase I ever made in my life. The item that I received has nothing to do with the item that is advertised on the website and I paid for. I am really really disappointed, is the 1st time that I feel to feel such a rwally bad revision but you deserve it as a company because you are just lying your customers. I wish I never had made a purchase with this company. It was my first and the last one.

Here is another review after they say I left a review I got an email from soufeel to take it down and they will refund me, this was 3+ days go, I replied with I want a full refund and if they issue that and a written apology I'd consider removing it, this is a pure 100% scam after reading all the reviews, and my last one, they asked me to remove it, because will cause there company problems in the long run, a racist company, and wouldn't even let me speak to a manager, dont waste you money or time, dont order from this site

This company is a scam, I ordered a Personalized diamond painting for my girlfriend, of our kids, they make my kids black and multiple colours, when I ask for a refund they offered 10%, i paid 6.99 for postage to have it delivered within 5-8 days, toke 3 weeks after sent to arrive, this is a racist company with now respect for people, I warn people who are going to buy from these people, dont, they dont take responsibility for there mistake, they take more then 48hrs to reply, and the company contact number doesn't work, I've asked for a manager several times, and they didn't provide one, this cause my family to be upset because the item made our kids look horrible, dont buy go somewhere with no bad reviews, this company has tons of bad reviews

After waiting almost 2 months for my package it did not only arrive late, but broken. So after all this frustration it got even worst when they told me that they wont give me my money back and that if i wanted to send it back i NEEDED TO PAY THE MAIL FEES. It is a company of scammers that fake most of the reviews online and just send items to influencers to clean a bit their image. So now im left with a horrible product that is damaged, 50 euros less and alot of frustration. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company the jewelry is cheap and turns colour after wearing it no more than 3 times. I bought it for my mum as a birthday present engraved. She has had it less than 6 months and its useless now. Waste of money! don't waste your money or time on this company. I did reach out to them but again they wasn't interested in sorting the issue just happy to take my money. I certainly will not be ordering from that cheap place again. I have photos of my order.

I will never order from this company again. Shipping took longer than promised, and although the puzzles are pretty, the pieces don't interlock which makes them difficult to assemble. The slightest touch and you may lose your progress. I sent a request to return my puzzles but never got a response. There is no number to call, only an email address.

I ordered my product at the beginning of December for Christmas, it is now almost half way through January and I still have not received my parcel or even an email back with any information on its whereabouts. I have tried to contact "customer service" multiple times now to no avail. This is clearly not a business that anyone should be purchasing from. I am almost worried that it is a complete scheme to steal peoples money. I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed.

Ordered first week of December, still nothing.. Yet they sent an email asking if I can review the items I ordered. I would if I had them!! No way to track them either.. Would like my money back atleast if I am not going to be recieving my items..

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered my sister and my best friends Christmas presents from here on The 5th of December. It is now January 8th and I still not have received my order. The tracking is also terrible it’s telling me my package went from France to unknown ?? I do not live anywhere near france. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. It’s super embarrassing when I keep having to tell people that I have not received their present. I never ever write reviews on company’s but I had to for this one. When I emailed them to tell them my problem I got a crappy email back from them that didn’t make me feel any more reassured that I was going to get my package. Terrible company
