ES UNA ESTAFA NO COMPREIS.Me gustaría compartir con vosotros mi experiencia la cual ha sido nefasta. Encargue una puzzle después de un mes y medio me lleguo. Me gustaria poder compartir con vosotros una foto porque no hay palabras que puedan describir lo que recibí.. es una mancha negra en la cual no se diferencia nada. Reclamé enviándoles la foto original y me dice que era muy oscura la cual no lo es... He pedido una devolución del dinero y solo me han ofrecido 3 euros de los 20 euros que pague... En mi vida he puesto una mala valoración en ningún sitios pero esta empresa me parece unos sinvergüenzas y unos ladrones y gente así no debería tener un negocio aprovechándose de la buena fe de la gente.. espero que mis 20 euros por los menos sean invertidos para que nadie más compre y que no os engañen

I purchased a Mother’s Day gift over a month in advance and was tracking it over a month later it gave me my last update that it was “processed through the facility” and nothing after that. It’s been 3 months and I have called them 7 times, left emails and I have gotten no information from them so not only did I spent 80 dollars I will never see again but my mom didn’t get a Mother’s Day gift this year. Sorry mom, this place sucks. If I could rate it 0 I would. I have never written a bad review but if this will get someone’s attention so I can at least get an answer for a refund that would be great. 0/10 Dont recommend.

This company is a scam! No product delivered. Stole my money! BUYER BEWARE! They don’t answer their phone calls or emails. I’m not one to write negative reviews. This is actually the first. But the fact that I completely lost over $60 with no explanation is unacceptable. Avoid this company.

SAME AS BELOW: NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDERS AND NO ONE WILL CONTACT ME! VERY UNHAPPY THAT I DID NOT HAVE MOTHER'S DAY GIFTS TO GIVE.

Ordered a puzzle 6 weeks ago, still no sign of it and zero communication from their customer service team when I send my weekly inquiry to check on ETA. Beyond disappointed.

I ordered a photo puzzle for Mother's Day for $42 on April 25th. The description on Soufeel's site said processing would take 4-5 days and shipping would take 8-10. Even assuming worst case scenario (and only counting business days) it should have arrived at the very latest Friday, May 15th. It still has not arrived as of 6/1 (37 days later!!!). When I go to the tracking link, the most recent update is 5/13 when it was marked as "shipped." The page has not updated in weeks. When I sent an email to the company, I only got an automated response saying: "Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has greatly affected global shipping, resulting in a sudden reduction in flights, a serious logistics backlog. According to news from each countries' postal service and customs, all orders recently will be delayed due to the virus and it is normal if there is no update as most of orders are now stuck in customs. We request your patience in waiting for your order and your understanding that we are trying our best to push it." I would not have ordered it had I known it would not arrive in time. If the shipping schedules had changed this drastically, Soufeel should have updated their website to reflect those changes. I have been completely unable to get a person on the phone or in a chat. I only get automated emails with no additional information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order anything from the website. I ordered 4 charms April 29 and paid for expedited shipping. Today 5.29.2020. I recieved a package from them that's not even my order. I've been calling & emailing them for past 2 weeks with no response.. terrible!!!!!!!

DO NOT order the canvas pictures!! They come rolled up and wrinkled. You will have to get them mounted as they are just the canvas paper. It would be like hanging up a poster, but after the poster had been rolled up, stepped on and folded. Also, do not order anything expecting it earlier than 21-30 days minimum. I heard some never received their order at all...

I ordered puzzles that finally arrived after 6 weeks. It's a little explainable with the current crisis, so I tried to be patient. Then they arrive with NO PICTURE. The pieces are in a plastic box with zero idea what puzzle you're putting together. I wanted something to keep me busy but this is ridiculous!

I got robbed! I ordered a gift and never received it! Called my bank and they wouldn’t cover me for the purchase because I did make it! However the USPS TRACKING number comes up invalid and the when I googled the phone number given to my bank it came up as an Escort Service in Las Vegas!! Stay away from this company!!!

I ordered an item for Mother’s Day on May 2nd and have yet to receive this item. It was so say shipped on the 12th and the company promised to email me a tracking number, now it is the 23rd and have not received my item or a tracking #. STAY AWAY BC I AM THINKING THIS IS A SCAM. What company needs 21 days to get an item to a customer’s door steps? View below the most vague tracking info. with no tracking number to track my package.

If you plan on buying a piece of jewellery from Soufeel, I'd highly suggest that you don't, spend your money elsewhere. I ordered their rose gold name necklace, had problems with the colour fading a week after receiving it and was sent a replacement. I received my replacement on the 14/05/2020, I have worn it twice, taken it off when showering and sleeping and yet again the rose gold colour has faded and it is starting to tarnish, after 2 days of wearing it. Very disappointing. Soufeel should probably write a disclaimer stating that it's best that you DON'T wear the jewellery because clearly it's not made for wearing.

Almost a month on my order. Since I emailed them, all of a sudden my email doesn’t pull up ANY tracking now. Luckily, I used PayPal to check out. So I am have them investigate and they will refund me.
