“I ordered a moon lamp and a mirror that reflects a portrait of my choosing when turned on. The order was placed in early December as Christmas gifts. Little did I know that these items are made overseas and it took until mid January to receive them. So expect to wait a VERY long time to receive them. When I received the items, boy was I shocked when I saw the packaging. Both items were taped together and put inside a single shipping bag with no padding or bubble wrap or anything. Absolutely no care was taken into the packaging of items that weee about to be in transit for weeks. When I opened the package, pieces of the items began falling out. I knew things were broken in shipment immediately. The stand for the moon lamp was broken into many pieces. It was quite easy to put back together so that was ok and forgivable. Once assembled the moon lap was actually VERY nice and gorgeous. My friend LOVED it as her Christmas gift. However the mirror was completely shattered and all of the electrical components of the item were gutted and completely useless. My other friend never got his Christmas present and i had to go pick out a new gift for him. Normally this kind of service would receive one or no stars if it were possible. However when I reached out to customer service, Tracy was very kind and helpful in rectifying the situation. She was always professional and understanding. It is because of her that they get the extra star. I would not recommend buying UNLESS they get their stuff together and come up with a much more careful way of shipping the items. Also, to be up front when ordering and on the website the extraordinary amount of time it takes for the items to arrive. I wish I could be writing a better review. But this was genuinely a 2 star transaction and only because of Tracy.”

“After waiting almost 2 months for my package it did not only arrive late, but broken. So after all this frustration it got even worst when they told me that they wont give me my money back and that if i wanted to send it back i NEEDED TO PAY THE MAIL FEES. It is a company of scammers that fake most of the reviews online and just send items to influencers to clean a bit their image. So now im left with a horrible product that is damaged, 50 euros less and alot of frustration. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.”

“Do not buy from this company the jewelry is cheap and turns colour after wearing it no more than 3 times. I bought it for my mum as a birthday present engraved. She has had it less than 6 months and its useless now. Waste of money! don't waste your money or time on this company. I did reach out to them but again they wasn't interested in sorting the issue just happy to take my money. I certainly will not be ordering from that cheap place again. I have photos of my order.”

“I will never order from this company again. Shipping took longer than promised, and although the puzzles are pretty, the pieces don't interlock which makes them difficult to assemble. The slightest touch and you may lose your progress. I sent a request to return my puzzles but never got a response. There is no number to call, only an email address.”

“I ordered my product at the beginning of December for Christmas, it is now almost half way through January and I still have not received my parcel or even an email back with any information on its whereabouts. I have tried to contact "customer service" multiple times now to no avail. This is clearly not a business that anyone should be purchasing from. I am almost worried that it is a complete scheme to steal peoples money. I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed.”

“Ordered first week of December, still nothing.. Yet they sent an email asking if I can review the items I ordered. I would if I had them!! No way to track them either.. Would like my money back atleast if I am not going to be recieving my items..”

“Do not order anything from this company. I ordered my sister and my best friends Christmas presents from here on The 5th of December. It is now January 8th and I still not have received my order. The tracking is also terrible it’s telling me my package went from France to unknown ?? I do not live anywhere near france. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. It’s super embarrassing when I keep having to tell people that I have not received their present. I never ever write reviews on company’s but I had to for this one. When I emailed them to tell them my problem I got a crappy email back from them that didn’t make me feel any more reassured that I was going to get my package. Terrible company”

“I wish I read all the reviews before ordering my item! I placed my order on 12/14/20 and paid 23.95 for 2-4 day shipping. After not receiving my item, I contacted them and they said it takes 5-7 days and then once the item is complete then it will be here in 2-4 days. The product did not ship for 11 days, and then it took another 10 days to arrive! The company said it is out of their control and would not refund my shipping fee. How do you charge someone more than the actual item for expedited shipping if it is not guaranteed and not in your control? This company is located in China but it says New york! Complete scam! The item was not even the way I was hoping! A christmas gift to my boss that did not even arrive until after New years! I will never order from here again”

“My father passed away suddenly the end of November. I placed 2 orders. One for some items for me and one for gifts for family members in rememberance of my dad. Now we are into January I haven’t received either order even though I got emails that they shipped. I have emailed and called soufeel customer service several times. No one has called or emailed me back. I am so frustrated. I will never order from this company again.”
