Ordered two picture puzzles a couple of weeks apart. The initial description said it took only 5-7 days. After purchasing I get an e-mail that it takes at least a week to produce, then it would ship by May 8. Before May 8 I get an email that has a tracking number and that shipping takes up to 25 days! So far the tracking indicates that a label was created but USPS has not received the item. Trying to cancel my second order and the site refuses to recognize my email and there's no way to get ahold of someone. They have stolen my money and there's no assurance that I'm getting any product.

I ordered two puzzles one month ago. The puzzles were for Mother's Day so I made sure to order in time for the delivery date I wanted. When I submitted my payment Soufeeljewe was the merchant that charged the payment although the order was placed on https://getphotoblanket.com/. This has been the worst online shopping experience. The website is a scam. I never received my items and have only received generic emails from customer service. No one has contacted me to help track the order. Soufeeljewe is a complete scam.

I have no way of determining whether or not the order has been received. Ability to track the order is nonexistent. It’s been over one month.

No way to track, they keep telling they don’t have my email address in the system. They’ve taken my money and there’s no way to contact them directly. I’m very 😡 angry

I ordered 3 picture puzzles! Money was taken out of my account 4/30 ($114) Today is May 13th! I never received them (they were gifts for mothers day) I cant get a hold of anyone via phone,email,messenger, or bitrate review! This is my 1st time & last! Send me my package or give me a REFUND!! FURIOUS ! The absolutely worst part is I CANT GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE

Product was not as described nor looked like photo. Waves in middle of all 6 canvases. Customer support pretty much let me know I can reorder, no refund no replace. Do not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased a customized moon lamp on 04/10 and it supposedly shipped out on 04/20. However it’s 05/04 and I have not received anything. I emailed three different times and I get automated responses that it’ll arrive within 3-6 business days. The tracking number they gave me is useless because all I see on the tracking information is “on its way to a USPS” it doesn’t confirm that a USPS has received my item. The items are being shipped from California - it makes no sense that it’s taking all this time. I came across this website AFTER purchasing through Soufeel’s website and I really wish I would’ve came across this website beforehand. I saw everyone’s reviews and I’m amazed at what a scam this company is. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Terrible!! ordered photo puzzle a week ago as Mother’s Day gift. Just got email tell me the size ordered is not available and has been cancelled. Also My PayPal was charged by a company All Chinese characters first. I wonder if it’s an online scam.

I ordered my necklace over 5weeks ago I've emailed a few times now the only 1 response i got was it takes 5to8 business day well it's fair to say it's gone well past that at this point I don't want the necklace I want my money I'm not happy at all and will never order again

This company is very shady. It lied on timing (not delivering for almost 1 month 20 business days), I called 5 business days in and they said they have not created the puzzles yet, that it would take another 5 business days. Then when I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to pay a 30% fee for materials even though the puzzle wasn't made yet. When I called them out on that, they lied and said that actually the puzzles were made. Just so they could take 30%. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

THEIR 100% GUARANTEE IS A LIE!!! I asked for a refund right after ordering because I noticed the website pricing was not right with what I was charged. I was told they would not refund because the order was in production (but 10 days later they haven't even printed it yet). The 100% guarantee is a lie. No reason I should not have had a refund, they don't care. Get your puzzle else where!!! I still have not received puzzle, and still do not have a refund. I am posting my review EVERYWHERE I can so others will know you don't care about customers, only their money!

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. I never received a confirmation email that they even got the order, but they took the money out right away. I had to email them to see what was going on (after paying expedite shipping), and they said it would ship out April 12. Never got an email so I emailed April 14, and they said it was in “quality check” and it would be another 4-5 days. After six, I still hadn’t gotten an update and emailed to just cancel the order and send me a refund. They refused and claimed that the coronavirus was delaying the order (why give me those shipping dates then? And this was the first time they said it was delayed due to covid). They said all companies are delayed because of covid (UNTRUE, they’re the only online order I’ve placed that seems to be delayed). Well, here we are 24 days later...still no tracking number, can’t access my order and they’re saying that I basically just have to sit around and wait. They’re refusing to refund me, even for the shipping. 100% do NOT recommend.

I placed an order on February 7th. It’s April 13th and the order still hasn’t arrived. The oder shipped on March 14th. I understand a pandemic started so I’ll forgive the delay in shipping time but your shipping timelines state 5-8 business days....it’s been 21. Don’t even want the product at this point just my money back.

No item delivered taken my money and then say I haven't clicked the insurance on the item I never seen or heard of ever says delivered I live in apartments that would need fully gained access to get into my home and nothing has arrived soufeel is not bothered what so ever and says it royal mails problem they have taken my money and fobbed me off disgusting do not order from them what so ever my family has before and the quality of the item and pictures are not great at all go else where

So I wrote a review about three weeks ago because I had never received my item. I finally received it after the second time of them making it because the first never came spent about $45 on it supposed to be real leather wallet engraved picture on the front it is not engraved it’s a print picture horrible quality not real leather if I could give less than one star I would

I bought products from them a few times. For the first 2 times it was ok however Some diamonds were lost and I didn't complain. Last time I order a moon lamp And just turned it on a few times and it stopped working but no replacement because it is more than 90 days! However it took more than a month and I have it for less than 90 days. Policy is policy but there is no point for me to spend too much money to receive a product that doesn't last long and no customer service. THEY ONLY HAVE 90 DAYS RETURN POLICY and usually they deliver late! So in fact no return policy if you find any issues specially for these kind of product which rake time to have any issues!
