I placed an order on February 7th. It’s April 13th and the order still hasn’t arrived. The oder shipped on March 14th. I understand a pandemic started so I’ll forgive the delay in shipping time but your shipping timelines state 5-8 business days....it’s been 21. Don’t even want the product at this point just my money back.

No item delivered taken my money and then say I haven't clicked the insurance on the item I never seen or heard of ever says delivered I live in apartments that would need fully gained access to get into my home and nothing has arrived soufeel is not bothered what so ever and says it royal mails problem they have taken my money and fobbed me off disgusting do not order from them what so ever my family has before and the quality of the item and pictures are not great at all go else where

My product was lost during transmit and they quickly responded and said they would ship a new one! Looking forward to receiving the actual product, but customer service has been great!

I contacted soufeel in regards to an issue and Tracey was amazing and helped resolve my issue instantly within the space of 24 hours. Great service.

I spoke to a lady called tracy throughout my time with soufeel. She was amazing at her job and got straight down to the point of what was wrong and if i needed any help. I always order from soufeel and nothing has ever been wrong apart from one necklace i ordered, the picture was fading after just few months of wearing it. Tracy sent out a replacement free of charge with no hassel. Will still order from soufeel in the future.

I bought personalised charms a few times for myself and for present. They are nice with a good quality. I also have a good Customer service experience with Tracy.

So I wrote a review about three weeks ago because I had never received my item. I finally received it after the second time of them making it because the first never came spent about $45 on it supposed to be real leather wallet engraved picture on the front it is not engraved it’s a print picture horrible quality not real leather if I could give less than one star I would

I bought products from them a few times. For the first 2 times it was ok however Some diamonds were lost and I didn't complain. Last time I order a moon lamp And just turned it on a few times and it stopped working but no replacement because it is more than 90 days! However it took more than a month and I have it for less than 90 days. Policy is policy but there is no point for me to spend too much money to receive a product that doesn't last long and no customer service. THEY ONLY HAVE 90 DAYS RETURN POLICY and usually they deliver late! So in fact no return policy if you find any issues specially for these kind of product which rake time to have any issues!

Awful customer service. Excuse after excuse as to why my item has not been delivered. 2 months late at the moment and then now I'm having to pay a customs charge after paying Express delivery. This item was supposed to be a birthday present and now because it didn't arrive in time I have a very disappointed partner. Ridiculous company! Would not recommend at all!

I purchased items from soufeel on the 5th feb, i recieved my items on the 26th march, ideally i wasnt planning on waiting that long for my items, but due to the back log of what has happened to there production team, i decided to wait it out, & it paid off! Customer services team were brilliant, they answered every elmail i sent them, & kept me updated with the purchase, they even sent me the tracker number for me to track it, which i did do, & now they have also refunded me the full price of the shipping payment, for good meassure of waiting so long, So i would like to personally thank soufeel for being so wonderful about this all ordeal, & want to thank them for my items, i am so in love with them, they are absolutely amazing, thank you again for everything soufeel.

Order was placed on 2/10 and I still didn’t get it!! It’s 3/24 today! They keep coming up with excuses and keep pushing it!! A complete waste of time and effort! I should’ve taken reviews seriously!!
