I bought personalised charms a few times for myself and for present. They are nice with a good quality. I also have a good Customer service experience with Tracy.

The personalised charms are nice and good quality. My first order is from 2 years ago and still nice and same color. Good customer service ( Tracy) is there for you , if there is any issues.

So I wrote a review about three weeks ago because I had never received my item. I finally received it after the second time of them making it because the first never came spent about $45 on it supposed to be real leather wallet engraved picture on the front it is not engraved it’s a print picture horrible quality not real leather if I could give less than one star I would

I bought products from them a few times. For the first 2 times it was ok however Some diamonds were lost and I didn't complain. Last time I order a moon lamp And just turned it on a few times and it stopped working but no replacement because it is more than 90 days! However it took more than a month and I have it for less than 90 days. Policy is policy but there is no point for me to spend too much money to receive a product that doesn't last long and no customer service. THEY ONLY HAVE 90 DAYS RETURN POLICY and usually they deliver late! So in fact no return policy if you find any issues specially for these kind of product which rake time to have any issues!

Awful customer service. Excuse after excuse as to why my item has not been delivered. 2 months late at the moment and then now I'm having to pay a customs charge after paying Express delivery. This item was supposed to be a birthday present and now because it didn't arrive in time I have a very disappointed partner. Ridiculous company! Would not recommend at all!

I purchased items from soufeel on the 5th feb, i recieved my items on the 26th march, ideally i wasnt planning on waiting that long for my items, but due to the back log of what has happened to there production team, i decided to wait it out, & it paid off! Customer services team were brilliant, they answered every elmail i sent them, & kept me updated with the purchase, they even sent me the tracker number for me to track it, which i did do, & now they have also refunded me the full price of the shipping payment, for good meassure of waiting so long, So i would like to personally thank soufeel for being so wonderful about this all ordeal, & want to thank them for my items, i am so in love with them, they are absolutely amazing, thank you again for everything soufeel.

Order was placed on 2/10 and I still didn’t get it!! It’s 3/24 today! They keep coming up with excuses and keep pushing it!! A complete waste of time and effort! I should’ve taken reviews seriously!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY Don’t waste your money. I bought necklace for Christmas and first week of having it the cursive “M” bent because it was very thin. At that time I emailed them and they stated they would replace it, I choose a thinker style it hopes the second would be the charm. This was in January!!! I tried reaching out to them and nobody has responded to my emails!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a necklace and the beginning of February and it is now March 19 and I still have no received it nor any information about its whereabouts. I contacted the company to get a refund and they said I could not get it because it is too late to cancel because it had already been shipped out yet I haven't received it.

Service could not have possible been worse. I tried to order an item before Valentines day, admittedly late, but the website stated guaranteed delivery by at least the day after, but expected before. When trying to order, it twice told me the order had failed. I therefore decided to go with Annalise Jewellery. They were more expensive, but the item came within two days and was brilliant. However, i then discovered my account had been charged for the Item with Soufeel. I tried to contact them 3 times without getting any response to cancel the order, explaining it was down to a failure of their website. I got no response. I eventually gave up assuming i'd been scammed. I got an email over a month later saying the item had now been sent, again i replied to this email and finally got a response. The most they claimed they could do was refund postage. Two days later i received an email saying the item had been delivered. It hasn't. I still haven't received the item, and they won't refund me. Stay well clear.

Do NOT waste YOUR TIME!!!! I am FURIOUS!! My order hasn't arrived and it's been TWO MONTHS!!! They emailed and said it was in the mail a MONTH AGO!! RIP OFF!! Do NOT order from this Coronavirus infested company. They will NOT issue me refund and keep delivering EXCUSES as to why they didn't follow through. This company is horrible!!!

Doesn’t deserve even one star I didn’t even want to give them one star. I order an item in January for Mother’s Day. Keep delaying order and I won’t receive anything until April. What a waste and a huge disappointment. The worse part, if you try to cancel they won’t refund you the totality of the item. I will never buy from this company again. A friend a mine was going to buy from them I told her to stay as far away as she can. I had to buy another present Because of them. I am so angry. I am still waiting for the shipping cost to be refunded. Not that’s going to fix anything. Read all the bad reviews. This company is a scam. Stay the hell away

Awful quality, product not as described and the company is refusing to refund. We ordered a 3D globe ( https://www.soufeel.co.uk/photo-moon-lamp-custom-3d-photo-light-lamp-moon-love-you-touch-two-colors-15cm-20cm-available.html) in early February. Not only the item arrived in March, but the product is not 3D or at all as described. The customer service is refusing to refund, despite receiving the video and pictures of how far away the product is from what it is described and sold as. Instead of a 3D glove we received a cheap sphere with our picture stuck on top of it in approximate 5x3 cm size of space. The rest of the globe is bare, despite the website advertising it as 3D. PLEASE BEWARE The company attempts to convince customers that the photo they sent being of poor quality, despite the photo being in tact. Our photo's actual size was 10.0MP 2736 x 3648 6.2 MB.
