I usually keep my thoughts to myself, but I had to say something this time. This company totally scammed me out of my investment and then disappeared. Thankfully, AMDARK LIMITED ** COM came to the rescue and got me a full refund. If anyone else has been scammed by them, definitely contact AMDARK for help!

When this organization's assurances of safety and wealth turned out to be hollow, my financial world fell apart. I was devastated when my entire financial wealth became unreachable due to a terrible account freeze. I felt defeated, crushed by annoyance and despair. Fortunately, TREBLESLTD*COM emerged as a rescue alternative. My possessions were painstakingly restored by their skilled specialists, giving me back control over half a million dollars.

product not suit for purpose, was delivered broken and 10 days late. I have asked for a refund and the subpar customer service has the effrontery to offer me a $3 refund on a $30.27 product. This company is shabby, work ethic shabby and are pretty much fraudulent. I would not recommend to anyone. Please for those reading use any other company that exists on this earth you will get a better service.

Over a month later and still no delivery. Company won’t help whatsoever, they only offer half of the shipping cost as a refund. Beware. Product comes from China and the shipping company is a weird company with weird tracking. 100% dissatisfied

Will never shop from here again, waited ages for delivery never arrived got notification to say delivered, picture no idea where it was contacted to advise, service was dreadful they said nothing they can do its delivered I went back it wasn't delivered to the address and the picture shows somewhere else a mistake has been made went back and forth for 2 weeks them advising they couldnt do anything as it was delivered!!!!! (which is was but not to the right house or place) after 2 weeks of back and forth I was refunded half my order as they took off restocking fee and delivery i argued this as none of it was my fault I am warning others and taking them to a claim for a full refund as its not the money value but just the principle of the service and theft of my money!

Wasn't sure how this would be, that being said. I denied the shipping insurance, but it showed up on my invoice after I had entered the card number. Now I am on the hook for shipping insurance? I will be canceling the order and denying payment with my credit card company. Know I couldn't trust this transaction. Oh and no way to contact the company directly. Don't do it!!!!!

I am deeply disappointed. This company shows no regard for GDPR compliance, despite operating in the European market. After placing an order, I sent them a request to delete my photos, including all associated data. The company responded with empty phrases about respecting my privacy and other meaningless statements. Another week has passed, and my photos are still on their servers. If you value your data security, do not order from here.

I had my bank card compromised after making a purchase with this company. I had issues with delivery which when contacting them was made clear that was my problem and not there’s. They do not give a damn about consumer rights and customer care. I did - eventually - receive my order only because I went to the couriers local depot and collected it. Unfortunately gifts were as disappointing as the service. I ordered a photo frame having provided a high quality photo and the picture I received looked like it was painted in a nursery - the quality was shocking. The photo image looked like it was painted and smeared. The other gift was a charm which was a much better image bizzarely but the engraved writing required a magnifying glass to read - just pay the extra to Pandora and get the real thing and a longer retention of your hair line!

Plain and simple I ordered an item and paid for it. It is faulty and sent photographic evidence and to return it. They have point blank refused to do anything for me. Do not use this company as they are happy to take your money and do not want to know if you have a problem. If an item is received faulty then you have the right to return it.

Ordered a personalized keychain for my husband and he didn’t even have it for a week before the keychain broke off and he lost it. Waist of money. Don’t recommend. Super cheap product obviously.

I ordered a personalized item off this site and also purchased a gift bags for an additional cost. Once both items were received, the gift bag was too shall for the item. I reached out to the merchant to advise my issue and the solution they proceed to me was to keep the item or if I ship it back I would be responsible for the shipping cost. Or if I get my refund I would only receive 4.00 back and I paid 9.99 for this item. Why should I have to keep an item I can’t use and also get cheated out of what I paid for the item. This is not good customer service nor customer satisfaction. After reading the reviews this is a pattern from this company according to the BBB. They are also scammers. Please save your money and take your money elsewhere.

My bubblehead doesn't even resemble 5% of what i look like nonetheless they cannot do anything. Its like ordering tomatoes from a supermarket and receiving bananas and u cant do anything about it. Its a scam.

I can not begin to describe the frustration throughout the whole process with soufeel and their customer service. I ordered a customized heated blanket in March as a gift, and it was supposed to arrive within 6-9 business days. A month later, when I reached out to soufeel they insisted the package was on the way and every email received stated it would arrive within 6-9 business days. The tracker for the package showed the package had arrived to my town of residence, but customer service insisted it was stuck with customs (tracker showed it cleared customs a week prior). After 2 months of back and forth and them copy/pasting responses I asked for a refund, but was told since the package had shipped already that I could not get one. Another month of copy pasting email responses and an offer of $15 (which I never received) for my frustration and their lack of help to me resulted in an investigation on where my package actually was. 20 days later I was offered a new package to be created and sent, to which I responded I would rather get a refund and take my business elsewhere. 8 days later I received an email asking for my address for the new package to be sent, to which I responded I did not want a new package, I wanted a refund. They are now offering me $15 less than the full price of my package because they allegedly sent me the $15 prior (I NEVER RECEIVED IT!) and are refusing to provide any links to leave a review on their official site. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from soufeel or be prepared to be frustrated beyond belief dealing with their customer service and hope/pray you actually receive your package. From the other reviews I've read it seems like the quality of the package is less than to be desired anyway.

Absolute Trash products, shipping misrepresentation as the orders seem to come from China, and not US based, and the customer service is terrible as they refuse to give refunds.

These guys are scammers. Immediately after checkout and payment they requested addition funds for shipping based on my location, which is metro Melbourne. I cancelled immediately by email as per their process. The are still refusing and trying to charge me two days later as they put into production even though they acknowledged my email immediately to cancel - trying to continue extorting funds. They parade as different company names over socials and all do the same thing. I ordered again on another page - thankfully via PayPal and got exactly the same email. Found out it was them and managed to retrieve the funds via PayPal. Buyer Beware!!! If you want to loose money, then go ahead but they are nothing but Scammers trying to mislead and extort from the general consumer.

Deceptive. Not a UK company. Have been waiting weeks on my order, not very confident that it will ever arrive. I would advise you to AVOID
