“Subject: Warning: Lack of Professionalism, Delays, lost items and damaged goods at SportPursuit I am writing to share my alarming experiences with SportPursuit, highlighting a persistent lack of professionalism that potential customers should be aware of. Over the past two years, I have placed three orders, and each one has had significant issues, including delays, damaged goods, and lost items. In my most recent order, after waiting two months, I was offered a refund along with a €5 bonus and was encouraged to repurchase the items. This €5 offer barely covers the delivery charges, and to make matters worse, the same items are now priced at over €30 more than when I originally ordered them. Despite bringing this to their attention, SportPursuit has shown an alarming inability to acknowledge the problem or offer a reasonable solution. This experience reflects a total lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and absurd after-sales practices. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from SportPursuit to think twice. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!”

“I have used sp for many years however note items poorly described, no advice re sizing resulting in returns. Returns system is like their deliveries slow. Often they cancel an order about one in five. Price is no longer enough to put up with their systems. I would rather pay more for guaranteed delivery and easy returns”

“Bought a Marmot Solaris Gore-tex jacket for £140 and wore it once. It's slacked through the outer layer in places after just 10minutes in a medium shower on my first wear. I've been told that I need to respray it. I argued that I accept that these jackets need to be sprayed but not on the first wear. Poor quality outer shell and poor quality customer service.”
