Part of my order is missing cannot speak to anyone, online customer services cut me off. Terrible services. Been a customer for a while but would never order from them again

Took my money no sign of my order ! Endless time an effort trying to chase it .As for speaking to a human no chance .A customer for ten years plus not any more

My first two TV orders were canceled due to shortage after many weeks of waiting. I decided to give it one last chance and order it for the third time. To my surprise, the order was shipped after just 4 days. I received an email from Evri that they were expecting my parcel on November 13 and then on November 15 that they had received my parcel and that it was at the hub and in procession. At this point the parcel got stuck and the tracking status remains unchanged to this day. Already on November 20, I started to worry that the TV still had not been delivered and I started contacting Evri. After repeated contact with the courier company and after several investigations, they confirmed that the parcel would not reach me because it was lost and I should notify the Studio so that they would refund the money or send it again. And this is where the fight with customer service began. I've been writing emails to them for a week, explaining that the parcel is lost, and they keep telling me that I shouldn't worry because it's on its way with a link to track its status. A real comedy. Please, I'm begging you, I'm sending photos with e-mails from Evri and I want them to give me the money back or send me again. They can't even forward the case and conduct an investigation or contact Evri. My hands are dropping. I write the same thing over and over again in capital letters and they don't read it and don't help me by writing that it's with the courier. I'm starting to lose hope, but I won't give up. I will report the matter and I will provide this feedback to all institutions until it is resolved.

I have returned some items in August and September I am still trying to get a refund of £168.cant speak to anyone.i have been in touch with trading standards and citizens advice so that is were everyone needs to go to get everything resolved I will not be shopping with studio again it is disgusting customer service

I placed my first order and had a email confirmation, after that I had no updates and the tracking was unavailable. I tried to contact studio and their customer service would begin the process of asking me my details, but never came back to my emails and I’d have to start over never finding out the information I needed. It took 20 days for my order to finally arrive. Thank goodness I ordered before my sons birthday. Don’t get last minute deals for upcoming events!

Never never use ordered a garden set never arrived but charged 19.99 on my studio account can't get through to anyone. Keep fobbing me off. I can't ev3n refuse to pay it as it will affect my credit score. Total.scammers. will tell everyone I know never use this company. Should be shut down

Absolutely useless sham company. Ordered 5 items on the 29th of October. 3 of the items arrived in good time with the 2 most expensive items (a dining ware set and baking tray set) not arriving at all. After weeks of trying to contact them via email and Facebook chat they told me the items were out of stock when I placed the order. Now I'm trying to chase them for a refund for the items I didn't receive, they gave me a contact number for their "financial services" spent 45 minutes on hold with no answer before giving up. I moved into my first ever home 2 weeks ago and been forced to eat off paper plates since where I can't afford to replace the items I ordered. Please don't order from this company they take your money for items they simply can't provide. As for the customer service it's non refundable existent

Ordered tv on 20th September told delivery 14 days 4 weeks later tv arrived opened box to find tv had been returned by previous customer because it was damaged hadn't had time to be removed from delivery van but sent to me. Contacted studio through Web chat took 3 weeks of run around to finally get it returned 65in tv stuck in my living room. Another 3 weeks and still waiting for refund to my account while they are charging me interest and delivery costs from 28th Sept. Asking for inflated payments on my account for something I haven't got. Back on web chat to get the now usual round around from pathetic customer service. I am now seeking legal advice over this matter.

I ordered two Christmas inflatables on the 4th November on offer at £10, I didn't pay as I have an account with them. Despite them then showing on my orders as out of they were still showing as in stock to order. I complained, after a few emails crossed I was told I would get them. After numerous times on way 3-7 days on my orders to out of stock and yet no correspondence from them I told them I was going to report them for false advertising, i was told I was going to get them both, Checked my account one said out of stock the other will be with you. Checked again today both say out of stock but surprise surprise still showing on website to order as in stock. I will never order from them again

A long time of going back and fourth with no order, tried contacting studio many times via email and live chat only to be told will receive email when item processed. Delivery states 3-5 days. 3 weeks later, no item and I'm chasing them for a refund. But now they're saying I won't receive a refund on my delivery even though they've admitted to having a "technical fault". Rogue company, rude staff with no support or updates. Studios name should be changed to SCAMMERS!

Worst customer services ever, the list goes on and on. Still awaiting order other turned up no invoice, cancelled order as out of stock Damaged order, missing order. Just terrible service. I will be now cancelling my account

Cant speak to a human,i have been ordering items and paid up front,it didnt even say (OUT OF STOCK) i have been a customer for 20yrs but i will have to re-think,this year i am sick to the teeth of studio,they are beginning to spoil peoples christmas,out of the orders i had in my basket i received one item,and i wish i hadnt its a little penguin sitting on a ball iceberg he has a scarf on dont go near it,its a rip off,i am so angry with studio i am spitting nails here,they just dont care anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an inflatable reindeer for grandchildren as it was reduced to £10 but they have charged me £30 . The live chat was stressful and no help whatsoever, they asked for a screenshot of the offer . I haven’t got a clue where I would find this now as I clear my data every week, no humans to speak to . Also got to pay to return the item because it’s definitely not worth £30 , they typed sorry can’t help you , this company has gone downhill fast , will not be ordering again as there is no customer support,

Ordered 2 sofas and a coffee table on the 5 of November. 27 today and I still haven’t received my order every time I get in touch with them they keep saying we will look in to in. Ask for refund no answer will be going to trading standards as they have kept the money without delivering the goods keep away from these scammers.

Orders 2 units 6 weeks later still nothing after trying to contact them constantly saying wait a few days. Then they told me they were delivered and to write a complaint then I spoke to someone after that telling them I want tracking evidence photo evidence times as I have cameras then they said they hadn't been sent and they'll get in touch with warehouse. Then they said the warehouse was having issues then I'd have to wait abit longer then said there not available. Bit I was still paying for these items and the whole delivery disappeared off my account and they wouldn't answer me why or yo get it back on considering that was more items in that order. Very shady. Also waiting on a return for a bin that went rusty within weeks. I shopped here for 15 years and no more can't trust them

I placed an order did not receive two of the items only way to contact was live chat who were extremely unhelpful and kept repeating "yes we see its ordered please be patient" or e mail customer services who only reply with "you need to contact financial services" when you contact "financial services" they tell you to contact "order dept customer services" so obviously none of the staff know whats going on or have an answer !!! The order then disappears off the system but they do not remove the outstanding items from your balance and have the audacity to charge you the for the item plus interest (for items you have not received !!!!!!) for NON PAYMENT ...also beware of ordering larger items as you have to contact customer services for return of item instructions...they DO NOT send you any instructions so again charged item plus interest for something that you wish to return so my advice AVOID AVOID AVOID I certainly will not be purchasing again they have ripped me off

Ordered a Christmas tree on 7th november payed in full for it and heard nothing since opened a credit account and got all my goods in 3 days so if u pay in full u don't get ur order

I’ve already posted my views on here regarding this Ruthless company, I just wanted to say, if you haven’t already done so, please make sure you take screenshots of your account as once you query anything with them, your order and your payment will disappear from your account. Please look on citizens advice page, it’s so helpful and will guide you all the way, It’s helped me and saved me having to deal with these savages,Good luck everyone
