I've made 2 separate orders from studio, took weeks for part of my order to come, there's still a couple of things that have been paid for but not received, I'm fed up with the chat box, absolutely useless, WHY CANT I TALK TO A HUMAN.....I'm still waiting for a couple of Xmas gifts to come and I need to know one way or another wether it's going to arrive, or I will go and buy elsewhere but there's no communication with anybody, this will be the last time I ever order from them, they are going to lose a lot of custom.....

They sell things that they don't even have in stock, they part refund your order with no alternative. In my case I brought a family set of Xmas PJs, 5 days after purchase I was advised via an email they didn't actually have them in stock, they refunded the 1 pair, when I contacted them and advised them that they are part of a set, what's the point in only have 2, they refused to cancel the order, even thou it's not been dispatched, and when it comes, I have to pay to return it, I've already paid 4.99 for it to be delivered in the first place, even thou what I ordered isn't actually being delivered . Still no sign this and it's been over a week since I ordered. FB chat is pointless, the chatbot is useless, no number to speak to anyone. Disgusting. Don't risk getting your important Xmas gifts from Studio

Absolute joke of a company sent an item back unopened, tracked delivery studio received it on 3rd October and I've only got a partial refund and all they keep saying is it's being sorted now getting letters for late payments. 1st time using studio and will never use them again, trying to rob people of money and making ridiculous excuses

Ordered an air fryer in the black Friday sale for collection at my post office. Had an email off Evri saying I had until 28th November to collect it. Then had an email 24th November to say it had been picked up by Evri (4 days early) and was on the way back to Studio. Can't get through to an actual human at Evri and the chatbots are awful, had to leave a message and received an email from Evri apologising and saying that they would re-send the parcel back to the post office. 4 days after, still no news on delivery. Then had an email from Studio saying they are processing my return! So it was clearly never on the way back. Got on to Studio straight away to try and intercept it before the refund was processed in the hope that they would resend the air fryer. 2 days later get an email from Arun at their customer service saying the order was cancelled and I would get refunded as soon as possible. I replied saying as stated, I don't want the refund, I want the item and if I had to reorder it they should honour the black Friday sale price as its their error. All I had back off Arun was the same...order has been cancelled, prompt refund and keep an eye out on the website for updates and product availability and "feel free to reorder at my convenience". No thanks. No apology, no attempt to help or resolve my issue and clearly not listening. I won't be ordering from Studio again. I had vowed to never order from Studio again after having to return an overbed unit in 2021 that cost £270 and arrived damaged and couldn't be replaced as it was out of stock, and having a refund for crackle glass solar lights that stopped working within a few months. Decided to give them the benefit if the doubt but that's it for me now. Dreadful customer service this time. At least Evri has the decency to apologise and admitted they had technical errors their end!

I have been a customer for years and all l want to do is place an order l am quite hard of hearing and they seem to be asking the same questions over and over again surely when they have my account no and then l give them my name and address that should be sufficient

Please do not use!!! If you do get to speak to anyone don’t hold your breathe as Customer service is awful and they are so rude. Missing item from delivery and they will not refund. Absolutely awful company

If I could give zero stars I would as that’s what they deserve. I used studio for over 15 years with no problems. Since the take over they are diabolical. What customer service? Just automated, scripted responses to my 30 emails not to mention the chat feature. What an absolute joke. I received a totally wrong order and all they keep stating is my order was delivered. Yes I received a delivery but not what I ordered. Keep repeating this which they don’t seem to understand. It’s exasperating! Trying to sort out something that should be straightforward has been a nightmare. This has been going on for 3 weeks and still no further forward. Will now be putting in a formal written complaint which I was advised by trading standards. What a shame it has turned into such a terrible company. Used to be brilliant with the previous owner. Avoid and save yourself the stress and hassle!

Think there are issues with studio, and though the prices are tempting avoid at all costs, orders don't arrive, 8 weeks in now and an automated email to my complaint says they are " investigating" the mysteries of the universe were discovered quicker, paid order off even though not received, as no doubt my credit rating would be effected for non payment, as asked for order to be cancelled twice..to the same " be patient" automated message.

purchased 2 toys snowman on shelf and reindeer on shelf both very disappointing poor not good at all nothing like picture would return but reluctant due to postage cost already paid for delivery of these poor items

Please don’t order off studio, ordered a tv 4 weeks ago for my son for Christmas hasn’t came and they won’t refund me and keep saying my parcel is on its way when it’s clearly not no tracking number has been provided, disgrace of a company can’t get in touch with anyone no phone number and countless emails ignored!!

Order was never sent, money taken right away but nothing to show for it. Created a ticket with their 'support' team to be told its being dispatched, that was four weeks ago and any email sent after that has been ignored. Judging by other reviews I'm not the only one so avoid this scam of a company at all costs

My first two TV orders were canceled due to shortage after many weeks of waiting. I decided to give it one last chance and order it for the third time. To my surprise, the order was shipped after just 4 days. I received an email from Evri that they were expecting my parcel on November 13 and then on November 15 that they had received my parcel and that it was at the hub and in procession. At this point the parcel got stuck and the tracking status remains unchanged to this day. Already on November 20, I started to worry that the TV still had not been delivered and I started contacting Evri. After repeated contact with the courier company and after several investigations, they confirmed that the parcel would not reach me because it was lost and I should notify the Studio so that they would refund the money or send it again. And this is where the fight with customer service began. I've been writing emails to them for a week, explaining that the parcel is lost, and they keep telling me that I shouldn't worry because it's on its way with a link to track its status. A real comedy. Please, I'm begging you, I'm sending photos with e-mails from Evri and I want them to give me the money back or send me again. They can't even forward the case and conduct an investigation or contact Evri. My hands are dropping. I write the same thing over and over again in capital letters and they don't read it and don't help me by writing that it's with the courier. I'm starting to lose hope, but I won't give up. I will report the matter and I will provide this feedback to all institutions until it is resolved.

I have returned some items in August and September I am still trying to get a refund of £168.cant speak to anyone.i have been in touch with trading standards and citizens advice so that is were everyone needs to go to get everything resolved I will not be shopping with studio again it is disgusting customer service

I placed my first order and had a email confirmation, after that I had no updates and the tracking was unavailable. I tried to contact studio and their customer service would begin the process of asking me my details, but never came back to my emails and I’d have to start over never finding out the information I needed. It took 20 days for my order to finally arrive. Thank goodness I ordered before my sons birthday. Don’t get last minute deals for upcoming events!

Never never use ordered a garden set never arrived but charged 19.99 on my studio account can't get through to anyone. Keep fobbing me off. I can't ev3n refuse to pay it as it will affect my credit score. Total.scammers. will tell everyone I know never use this company. Should be shut down

Absolutely useless sham company. Ordered 5 items on the 29th of October. 3 of the items arrived in good time with the 2 most expensive items (a dining ware set and baking tray set) not arriving at all. After weeks of trying to contact them via email and Facebook chat they told me the items were out of stock when I placed the order. Now I'm trying to chase them for a refund for the items I didn't receive, they gave me a contact number for their "financial services" spent 45 minutes on hold with no answer before giving up. I moved into my first ever home 2 weeks ago and been forced to eat off paper plates since where I can't afford to replace the items I ordered. Please don't order from this company they take your money for items they simply can't provide. As for the customer service it's non refundable existent
