Sent me an item that was damaged. It arrived at my door with the liquid bottle dripping at the bottom. I sent it back. Same order an item was also missing. No direct contact number for studio so emailed instead. Studio have sent me 18 emails saying pretty much the same thing for over a month now. Apparently they are dealing with it. Still haven’t had either of the items replaced or a refund. Horrendous customer service.

Still going on. With the financial ombudsman at the moment. I don’t owe anything. I cancelled the account as is my right within the first 14 days of opening it and 5 months later they’re trying to default and continue to report poorly on my credit profile. I’ve never had anything from this company. How can they just decide to ruin my credit profile. The staff haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. I’ve not had any information sent to me that I’ve requested. I asked for information to be able to send to the financial ombudsman and still nothing. Unbelievable.

Did not deliver my parcel, no contact phone number to speak to anybody, countless foreign email signatures stating computer generated responses that have nothing to do with my complaint or my money or my parcel, then commiting fraud using a photo years old of a random parcel getting delivered years ago, asked for a time stamped photo, nothing, Studio did not fulfil our contract and I'm owed money!

Never used this studio.co.uk before ,wish I had checked the reviews 1st no wonder they went into administration last year ,not sure why Fraser group bailed them out, anyways 1st order 3 items trainers were split and 2 t's with holes .looked like someone had warn and returned. sent back obviously as faulty had to pay myself which was a bit of a shock , thought nothing of it ,2 month later get threats to damage credit file if not pay them the original £4.99 delivery, tyring to sort this out as we speak ,what a nightmare 8 emails and counting.....to be continued

Everyone needs to report studio to the financial ombudsman. You don't need to have a final response from studio to report them. Just report they are not sorting out your complaint and sending you to studio pay then studio retail. They're trying to charge me a minimum payment for items returned but I'm having none of it, no one is taking the complaint seriously and they are just sending random emails asking for same information time and time again, or replying to contact studio pay then studio pay say contact studio retail. People think you cannot report them because you didn't get a final response but you can. If they are not responding properly to your complaint in a normal timeframe report it to consumer rights or financial ombudsman.

Studio are still harassing my pensioner mum for goods she returned in November 2023! They are not interested in helping and tell you to contact Studio Retail, they then say they have nothing to do with Studio Pay! They are threatening BALIFFS even though it has been proven the goods were returned! No one is interim helping even after web chats, emails and letters showing all proof!

Studio are the worst company ever to deal with. You have No return note in with your order . The website does not give clear instructions on returns. Or what couriers to use . The post office charge s a fortune for returns . If customers knew this they would not place orders . The APR is ridiculous if you get into financial difficulties. Plus no charge companies should b allowed to charge Apr like this . You can not get to speak to anyone. I want to return goods that should be a simple task like other companies do with return leaflets on delivery. With return labels and full instructions. Never again will I put an order in.

Purchased two pair of the same trainers as Eid gifts but in different sizes on 24th Feb. Gifted them on Eid (10th March). Worn for a couple of days UNTIL they got damn due to a drizzle of rain. A white cast that looks like glue showed up all the way around the front on both shoes. When contacted studio via the webchat, they claimed it is not the manufactures fault! I sent photos but they weren't interested!

A warning to anyone who is thinking of ordering anything fro STUDIO, Please DONT order anything, The company is a complete and utter shambles, Been trying to pay my studio account online since january, unable to access my account online, its telling me my password is incorrect, (no it is not!) phoneing up and actually speaking to someone who can actually understand and speak english back is a nightmare, This company is beyond a joke, i am sure it wont be long before it goes into administration again,

I have been waiting since January to get a problem resolved regarding not receiving goods, and they are requesting payment, even though they have said that they have put a cancellation through. Tried to phone but having to wait between 45mins and 1.5 hours. Disgusting customer Service

Studio delivered a damaged TV in Dec 23. After contacting them they sent a replacement TV and collected the damaged TV via Evri on 15th Dec 23 (no confirmation slip was left although I know the drivers name). I have paid in full for the replacement TV however Studio have never credited my Account for the returned one, despite several emails, web chats, they always revert back to the beginning asking for a photo of the damaged item?? The customer service is horrendous! I have tried to call a few times and the wait times are over 90 mins. Subsequently they have now started charging me Interest. I have contacted them again (4 months later) and they have again emailed me asking for photos of the damaged item!? I am totally at a loss of what to do? By looking at threads on Money Saving Expert there are 100's of people whom are in the same boat as me. My advise is AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have shopped with this company for nearly twenty years. Most of time things have run pretty smoothly but I have had to take them to the financial ombudsman twice in the past and the decision made has always been in my favor. I subsequently learned from my neighbor that Studio were going into administration and then on the internet I learned that the Fraser Group had stepped in. At no time have I ever been informed by letter of this matter by the new owner. Customer Services is run by complete morons at the best of times but things have got considerably wore since the buy out. I ordered some earrings in August 2023 and to date I have not received them but like many of the customers who have written reviews, I have been charged for them. I have written to them twice and have been ignored. However, they have no problem sending out a statement wanting their monthly money. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I don't know whether or not to be pleased or alarmed at the amount of customers who all have the same complaint as I do - at least I know I'm not alone. I can't even complain to the financial ombudsman again because I have to allow them time to respond to my complaint - I think it best not to hold my breath. I'm going to pay the account up and leave off the money they owe me and hopefully they will take me to court and I will have the opportunity to state my case.

Returned faulty item in January and still not received refund. Chase weekly and each time given new customer service number and asked to supply all info again, rediculous. Can't get into my account which I have had over 20 years. What is happening?? Will not be ordering from studio again as they don't care about their loyal customers, well from the other reviews any customers.

I have been a customer for years but since they emerged with frazer group i can’t get into my account! There’s no way of talking to anyone or even email address?? There’s definitely something not right? I’m going to ombudsman, I don’t know when my payment due or how much! When you ring the financial dept they say 1 and half hours to wait I have never got through?? I never had any problems before so angry!

you can not get through to this company i paid off my account in January now on sunday said i owe 52pds and today 62 i owe them nothing been ringing only to be told it would be an hour wait time tried to close my acc but cant because there saying wrong date of birth which is a lie dont deal with them there awful
