Useless company do not buy anything from them. Ordered nearly £300 worth of items 4 weeks ago, still waiting for them to dispatch the items. Cannot get through to anybody to speak to just a waste of time online chat with a bot. Simply do not buy anything from this terrible company.

I've tried many phone Numbers in trying to Contact studio Customer services All of them Connect to financial services which gives you know help whatsoever. I've never felt so stressed trying to find email address or phone number that doesn't connect you to outer space Is there anybody out there who can HELP

Bought the Maya Mango Rocking Chair. I've not even had it a month and the runners along the bottom have cracked. The colour of the cussion is alot darker than it was in the image also. I was given a delivery date for a week after repurchase. Spoilers it didn't show up. It did eventually come about 16 days after purchase but there was no communication. Not sure what the point of saying it would be delivered on a specific day if it was still going to be in the warehouse. The chair is cheaply made and even tho I got it at a discounted price I still don't think it's worth it. Avoid

Totally useless company received a damaged fire and still waiting weeks later for someone to contact me to send it back non existent customer service no phone number to ring useless

sadly studio use evri to deliver and my order has sat waiting for delivery by evri for over a week after i diverted to delivery to a collection point because i was away the weekend.This has really thrown a spanner in the works and my parcel has got stuck in limbo.Studio dont take calls evri take 1 call and after that its automated to say we will nofify you of eta when out for delivery thas been the constant reply the last 7day from evri and you cannot get ant response from studio to sort it out because they only dealwith the financial side on the customer service number so its a crapppy deal.Update Good morning As promised I've checked your parcel this morning and I'm sorry it wasn't delivered. I'm pleased to see this is now on it's way to you. As soon as the courier has your parcel, you will receive an ETA. I trust that this resolves your query and the delay wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Kind Regards, Evri Customer Services thereafter you just await eta and wait and wait day after day email and call after call and i,m still waiting its a hopeless service

Disgusting customer service. I will NEVER buy a thing from this 'company' EVER again. Seriously guys save your money up and buy it outright or go to somewhere like littlewoods who actually have customer service skills. No telephone number and takes on average 5 days for an abrupt and rude reply. I am one incredibly angry customer. I am leaving reviews everywhere I can to go along with all the other 1 star reviews. Hopefully everyone sees sense and this poor excuse for a company goes out of business. I'm not going to go into the issue my full review is on trustpilot. This used to be a good company I have been a customer for years but account will be closed.

I have never had a poorer shopping experience than this. I placed a large order and paid £29.99 for delivery. Over the next two weeks, 6 items were cancelled, not all at once, just individually. A bistro set arrived without its table, I’ve been fobbed off and told someone will contact me but they never do. The towels were absolutely dreadful quality, thin as paper, never ragged hems and horrid fabric. The dog bowls were completely different to those on the website. The desk chair was broken, filthy, scratched and chipped. Out of 24 items, 6 were “out of stock”, 1 had the most important item missing from the set, 4 items were faulty/ damaged, and 7 items had to be cancelled as they couldn’t manage to get these to me in the two weeks delivery time before I moved house. I’ve spent hours checking emails as they send everything separately, waiting around at home for deliveries, on the live chat trying to get sense out of customer service, had my emails ignored, no phone number, they refuse to call you, and I’ve just spend £30 on delivery for a few items I could have picked up in the local shops for the same price or less and far less headache. This company are scammers and fraudsters who lure you in with bargains and discounts, hold onto your refunds for out of stock items and get you to pay an exorbitant delivery fee when most of what you order will never turn up. An expensive mistake ordering with Studio and absolutely never will I again.

I placed an order numerous stuff cribs and drabs for nearly two wks still waiting for an electric stove fire and two lilac topiary balls ,customer service is hopeless gave them order number said that it was wrong ,that’s the order number I was given for the item s two separate it’s an nightmare trying to get a response then fob you off

I bought a 4 piece bedroom furniture set, costing almost £300 with delivery. We put the bedside tables together which were very small but fine. Spent 2 hours putting the wardrobe together, came to put the doors on and found that ALL 3 doors are damaged. I could have bought better condition second hand. I have contacted studio several times and each time I get told to 'wait for a response by email.' I have told them I want either new doors sending or a full refund. Customer service is appalling!

Absolutely shocking. Couldn't get on to pay my account saying I had wrong email wrong password. Clicked on forgotten password and did not respond. In all the previous years I used studio before they had this dire site they were fine, I have now closed the account for good as nothing but issue after issue. You need to sort this out studio.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! my order arrived with a damaged swimsuit. There is no number that I can find to call, so I've emailed and heard nothing. Customer service is non existent!

Ordered an expensive Lego set for a gift. Received an email that the package had been delivered, on Checking the picture it was abandoned at an incorrect address. Informed Studio within 40 minutes. 4 months and 40+ emails later I still had no refund so luckily I had purchased using my credit so was able to do a charge back. This process with RBS was smooth. Studio I would give minus stars if possible. Please check the most recent reviews before purchasing as you then more than likely won't. If you do please use a credit card then you have some cover as Studio will never refund you regardless of the circumstances.

Ended up going to the financial ombudsman reference studio. Item wasn't delivered, studio pay still charged me, after months of going round in circles studio retail - studio pay both stating not their issue it's the others, no contact, when you do mange to get an email response they ask the same questions over and over, end result nothing sorted, it's now with the financial ombudsman, I would recommend anyone having issues to use the financial ombudsman studio retail and studio pay need shut down

Poor customer service waiting times reaching over an hour and half before I made the decision to end the call as couldn’t wait any longer. This is the second attempt to contact Studio to discuss my account with the same outcome.

I didn't receive my delivery the courier in the area that not to my address I was in all day I have bought this up on several occasions and keep getting told it has been rejected even though I've proved it was not my building shown videos of my building and the entrance which looks nothing like the entrance of the building they was delivered to I don't have a concierge so it was not left or should have been left with anyone and yet they still expect me to pay for this this won't be happening again can't trust to delivery courier that they use contrast them

6 months ago ordered tv unit never arrived but was threatened with legal action if didn't pay the bill plus delivery late payment and interest still got no satisfaction from them shopped with them for years never ad trouble before dont seem to care about there customers it was my daughter in law who ordered for me cos i culdnt get through to them .

Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is non existent. Dealt with Studio for years and never had a problem but now it’s the worst company out there. Account closed now. This company should be shut down
