Item arrived smashed. Was not packaged atall so was bound to get damaged. Live chat, 3 different people all with an attitude and none helpful. Will not use again.

Ordered a tv for my youngs birthday this sunday. 12 days now and order still processing even though they took my money. I can not afford another present and his birthday is on sunday. No customer service at all. Wish id never purchased from them. Feel like crying. I hate studio, don't recommend to anyone. Boycott this sham awful company

Ordered an air fryer and a child’s bag cost 110.00 never got the items they have vanished of my order list but they have put it on my bill tried contacting them numerous times and got nowhere

Absolutely the worst place I have ever ordered from, ordered 3 piece wardrobe set nearly 3 months ago and third part still not delivered. The webchat and email to contact them is absolutely useless. Do not use this company ,complete rip off!!

Incorrect order was sent to us. Our order never arrived. Spent WEEKS trying to contact Studio but they are ignoring their emails and ignoring all facebook complaints. There automated response asks you to message privately and they ignore that. At this point, and given the level of reported issues on facebook, this is nothing more than a scam company.

Pity I have to leave 1 star. They are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! Wish I had read all of the terrible reviews before I ordered. Like many others I ordered items, received an email saying the courier had got them then on the day of delivery I get an email saying 2 items are out of stock. They are getting innocent customers to buy things, knowing full well they are out of stock. They are taking their money , gaining interest in the bank then not refunding the money. I think it's about time Trading Standards were involved .

Terrible to contact ..no telephone customer service ... been trying to change my password (as requested by email from them last week .. no luck still ... they will soon sort it when the bill is due . .. longtime customer who's very Unsatisfied with studio

I placed an order on the 17th september 23 and every thng was in stock then got an email to say two items were out of stock and other item will be posted in a few days I have constantly been on to the web chat and got the same auto rubbish saying they have moved to a new system and items will be sent out within a few days .I had to phone financial department as i got a statement in to say i owed them for the goods I had not received I had to pay the full amount as they would charge me interest even though I have still not received the goods and it is now the 22 november 23 The company is a complete sham when this is all sorted out i will never shop with studio again

Minus10 stars from me, DO NOT order from this company they take your money and don’t deliver your goods. When you e mail them you get a generic response, phone lines have been taken down. People getting ripped off and it’s up to us victims of these pirates to make sure that we don’t let others suffer at the hands of these Ruthless people. I am reporting this to Trading Standards and urge of all you to do the same or they will continue to do this. I fought with them for over 5 weeks, they still didn’t get back to me so I have sorted it out another way now, I’m not putting up with their rubbish YOU ARE A ABSOLUTE DISGRACE STUDIO

Ordered a present for my daughter. It was in stock when I ordered but next day my account said it was out of stock. The following day it said no longer available. I sent them a message through FB and was told it was in stock and I would get it shortly. Nothing changed for days. I messaged again and asked for a refund. They said no and that it was in stock and would be sent out shortly. Today had an email to my old email address saying it had been cancelled due to lack of stock. I sent them a message as there was no mention of a refund. They said they had a new system and it would take some time to get my refund. Disgusting company. Will never use again and will advise everyone I know not to use them too.

I have to agree with all the other complaints, what is going on! Since the take over it has been diabolical. Ordered something and not arrived, tried chasing and like everybody else get the automated message that I will have to wait. Luckily I've not paid for it yet but have received the bill which is due by 11th Dec. My guess is they will charge interest on this item that I'm not in receipt of. I told them I'm not paying anything until I receive the item and they can whistle for any interest they add to it, but my message won't go anywhere so it's a waste of time really responding. Apparently you can't cancel the order so I can't go and buy another one in case it does turn up (not holding my breath). I feel sorry for the people who have ordered Christmas presents for children that it appears they are unlikely to get any time soon.

Avoid! Absolutely scam! Order still has not been dispatched after 3 weeks. Item does not even exist. All they seem to do is take your money and lie to you. Speak to an agent on the online chat and all they do is end the chat.

Avoid them All I can say is once you've bought item.... The only time you'll get a human.... Any problems and you've had it. Sent airfryer back faulty after a couple use... Took weeks to collect and now over a month with no communication or recourse. I've cancelled account.. Via email again... To be ignored. If happy ordering items you'll get no help from if any problems carry on

been waiting,for 2 months now, delivery as they tried to make out I have,had the delivery, then another apology saying they are having problems on a new system used to be a great company and use to get excited about ordering from them but never use them again anything since they have been taken over shambles

I ordered an 'in stock' item 10 weeks ago, had no communication from them until I chased up my order. Had every excuse from them so far, and apparently cannot get a refund until my non-existent item is delivered. Will be contacting trading standards, as I don't believe the item was ever in stock, and so they took my money without having the product to sell in the first place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

If I could give a zero I would. Appalling service from start to finish. No updates of any kind on orders. Send you a statement expecting you to pay when you haven’t even had your order delivered. Absolutely zero chance of communicating with anybody. Autobot… rubbish. FAQ… not relevant to some query’s. App… not even showing my order (infact it says I haven’t got any orders for the last 3 years!) I have messaged on Facebook, instagram, emailed and autobotted…. All to no avail.

Returning items with studio is so difficult and I don't think today they will help with returns. Contact us form is designed with irrelevant choices you can't get through on. Evri deliver studio parcels but they don't recognise studio retail if you try to arrange return Evri collection. You cannot arrange collection because of this. Terrible terrible company both studio and Evri. Dissabled or elderly customers have no rights with these two companies.

Absolutely shocking company. Money taken and goods not dispatched. Weeks later and still no t.v yet they have my money. No able to get a refund without delivery. But it hasnt been delivered its a big scam!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Take your money and do not send the product. Good luck trying to talk to them as the telephone number is dead and the webchat ignores you and repeats itself saying wait abit longer. I just want my money back. Hundreds of people are having issues months later my advice is go somewhere else theres better offers and more trustworthy companies 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤

I ordered and received 4 Wine Tasting Treat Boxes - what I received was not the same as the image Studeo show - 2 items missing in each box ? plus gift box was different from photo image ( tacky cardboard ) Nowhere worth what I was charged £25 each. I will contact Supplier/Company to make them aware of this as this is false Advertising. Will cost me a fortune to return.

I did not receive the order confirmation notification after buying some items. So I ordered again and still no confirmation. Well, 10 minutes later I received 2 emails confirming 2 purchases. I contacted the customer service immediately and they refused to cancel the order even after I explained the error which was on their side. It's evident I won't be refunded the shipping fee or return postage fee. I am very disappointed. DONT SHOP WITH STUDIO !!!!@
