I am not a cash customer of studio.but I have shopped with them for years.and they have recently taken money from my bank account with out my permission? were is the money because my account balance is still showing? I am emailing studio can't get no reply.this is a scam firm.they need to get in touch with me but they don't. it is bad customer service.bad firm.would not recommend to anyone

Took four months after me chasing every week to get a resolve on an item I returned via Evri they were given every single bit of evidence of my return no aplogy zero utterly disgusting

The studio 88 website is terrible and needs improvement. I tried to order 2 sport jerseys, large in size. I qualified for delivery. The 2nd jersey seemed not to be available in large so I purchased medium but only a few seconds later the option for large size appeared. Right after that, I requested to make an exchange. 3 days later the delivery man was sent to collect items from me which I never received, it's 9 days and I'm still waiting. This the worst experience. Logistical Solutionist Delivery Company is horrible. I am so disappointed. Studio 88 do you know RAM deliveries? I need to stick to Bash because with RAM they do the job exceptionally well. You can keep those items

After being a customer with Studio for probably 40 years, I won’t be ordering anything more from them. I’ve been getting letters & recorded phone calls telling me that I owed £15 67? or something for which I have no idea what this relates to. I have no paperwork & cannot find anything about it on my account. In the end I went ‘old school’ & sent a cheque as I can stop it easily. The paid it in the day it was received. When I complained on an online forum as I couldn’t get how of them, the stock reply was sent to that page. Then I was asked to send more details which, foe the most part I couldn’t, as I haven’t a clue what it relates to. HAVEN'T HEARD A THING SINCE! 40 years as a customer & you get treated like this! I’m closing my account!

Absolute corrupt company. Sent for tv unit what my mother in law asked for in November never came!! Keep sending me threatening letters with court action! No reply’s to emails, virtual assistant a joke, even added interest. Well u can take me no one pays when no goods

Ordered a cabine, upon building it parts were missing. Studio customer service responded two weeks later and wouldn’t send missing parts out. Offered no solution. Do not order from this company poor customer service and products

This company needs to be investigated for their inability to fulfil orders yet still affect your credit rating and charge a default payment for not paying what you do not actually owe. Automated emails promising all sorts and after countless emails they go back to the original email saying they are not responsible. It’s the financial department. Have spoke to them and they blame customer services. The amount owed is minimal but this is not the point. Their incompetence of only partial refund started this stressful experience

Beware do not use these I closed my account and due 94 pounds by cheque they still not sent contacted them 15 times no reply there customer service is shocking and a disgrace

Studio are a joke, A christmas item never received, even the courier admitted liability, yet they haven't refunded me I have emailed loads of different people chasing refund. They told me refund on way several times. Order now vanished off my account so there is now no evidence of order in first place. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Parcel was dumped by courier Evri and studio will never give me a refund.

Worst experience with this company ever. Any information that you need, you cannot find such as a returns form. They just send you in the loop round round again. This includes their online chat service which again only gives you default answers and you can’t actually speak to a human. Absolutely terrible company. I will not ever ever ever be ordering from them again and would not recommend anyone to also do so.

Studio used to be amazing - what's happened??? The website is now impossible to use - three times i have had to change my password, the website saying it was incorrect & it wasn't. Forget the phone app - it does not work. such a shame, it used to be a brilliant company. The website needs to be sorted out & hopefully it can get back to how it used to be.

I ordered bedroom furniture in September last year, the items were out of stock, I got an email on the same day to say the items were out of stock and that I would get a refund to my account in 3-5 days. That was it as far as I was concerned, never thought anything more of it. I get a message in November to tell me to go online and make a payment. I checked my studio account and my balance was showing £268.99 for the furniture that was out of stock. I was told by email to contact Fraser finance who would mark as a dispute for 30 days, i did this, I get a further message in December to say late payment again, I phone Fraser Finance who apparently put a dispute for another 30 days, (this was an absolute waste of time calling Fraser). I’ve now got two red crosses on my credit score. I also paid the minimum payment of £65 in December as I didn’t want another Red Cross on my credit score for January. I have now lost 70 points on my credit score and £65 out of pocket. These people have caused me so much stress, I have asked for my refund, I have requested the red marks on my credit file be removed and I’ve asked them to close the account as I no longer want to purchase anything from Studio, everything I’ve asked for has been ignored, appalling customer service, you cannot speak to anyone on the phone. I’ve stopped contacting them now because it’s stressful, I have registered a complaint with the financial ombudsman and hope they will get this resolved. I will never purchase anything from Studio again.

Studio are by far the worst online retailer I have ever come across and I warn prospective customers of studio to check the many negative reviews on this company before giving them your custom.I made a purchase last November with a 3-5 delivery time, after a month of been told that it was on it's way studio cancelled the order stating it was an out of stock item and unavailable,it then took over 3 weeks to receive a refund but postage costs I had paid were withheld (the item was never sent). After over 30 emails to so called customer services stating I would not be paying, this amateurish outfit have still not refunded it 3 months later.I have now received countless emails, text and calls demanding payment or further action will be taken, the amount owed is tiny but as a matter of principle I do not pay money I do not owe, but true to their word they have affected my credit record something I couldn't care less about,I have now blocked all communications with studio.

Order placed on Nov 6th 2023, to date 18th Feb no order received depsite numerous emails and cancellations - when I review the courier website arrowxl (just as bad) it shows my order has been cancelled and I quote " Order Cancelled - System Change" Studio also keep changing the mobile app so I have no history of my order on there app - the customer services team are deliberately evasive (in my opinion) and the virtual assistant that you get through to is next to hopeless - I have demanded a refund (again) and will be taking them to a small claims court AVOID STUDIO LIKE THE PLAGUE - QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT TRY AND GET IT BACK..............GOOD LUCK

I have been a customer of studio when it was a good company but I had not placed any orders in the past year so my oh my did I get a surprise. When I tried to log into my account nothing happened. I even tried to registar a new email and still no luck. I have now tried for over a month to get through on the phone which is a laugh. Once you get the machone to answer your call and go through all the choices you are told we are really busy and you will have to wait at least 45mins and this is all the time. I am so disappointed as up to a year ago studio were great. I am fed up and have tried a number of things to get my account working so I could place an order. This new company have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not even have the manners to let me know that I could not get access to my online account. I thought when I read other bad reviews people where making things to be worse than what they were but my oh my O full agree with all that you have said. shocking company, ordered in Dec item never arrived Endless emails trying to sort it out, the item is still on my account and now impacting my credit as it needs paid. promises of escalation but nothing happening, repeated emails ending in no resolution. stupid useless chatbot that wont work. the order is no longer even showing on my studio account but i am still being charged through their finance team. on hold for 45mins to still get no where with the finance team as they say studio need to sort it ......... do not ever ever use this company

Beyond shocking! Items ordered in October, countless messages from myself in October, November, December etc to see where my orders are. Today I received this message (attached) Absolute joke, save yourself a headache and DON’T order from these scammers and save your money

If I could score you less that 1 star I would! I have been trying to resolve a discrepancy with unfilled orders since Dec 23 but I have been met with an inept Customer Service system where you can't speak with anyone just endless emails filled with empty promises, frustration and incompetence.

Never ever use this company! I am chasing a refund which they’ve told me to be patient for since December!! Secondly, I ordered and received a “6ft Christmas tree” which as you can see from the photos is 5’6! I have contacted them every other day since December to chase my refund and enquired about how to return the Christmas tree as it’s not as described but I’m not even receiving emails back now. Avoid Studio! They need shutting down.
