Totally agree with other peoples experience. Ordered 2 boys personalised tracksuits in October on the 7/12 said no stick so had to cancel.. so I preferred 2 alternative tracksuits. 7 days later all 4 turned up, I’m trying to get a refund for the 2 tracksuits studio emailed to say we’re cancelled, I don’t need 4 tracksuits and only ordered alternatives through studios mistake. Customer service useless… was the delivery a house? Sorry you only received 2 coats? Lol no one knows what they are doing… they are reading off a screen or a customer service book and cannot deal with issues outside of the content. Absolutely useless. This was my first time and last… I have also wrote a blog regarding my experience to warn others off purchasing!!!

Bad customer service as none of them seem to know how to actually solve anything, seem like they follow a list of 'set' questions. Had some returns waiting for collection outside my house for about 7weeks now and each time they contact me and assure me they will be collected by a certain date and they are never collected. Meanwhile i am probably paying for the items as well as interest. Now waiting for a call from a 'manager' Also waiting for a call from Resolution centre that was arranged for about 5 weeks ago Other than this i have had little issue with them in the past, probably covid!!!

Brought a digihome 32in smart tv .just out of warranty it tottaly died .the tv was hardly used .ive emailed studio several times was told in so many words tough its out of guarantee a complaint has been made not heard anything.di not buy this brand of tv total rubbish surely a tv should last more than 13 months

Shocking customer service paid for item then told via email the items weren't in stock then they sent other items which were the wrong size and wrote on the invoice out of stock for other other terms all in all I received none of my items at all all other than the incorrect ones I gave them the benefit of the doubt and try to order again recently and the same incidents happened again therefore never using this company again

I have used Studio for many years and they have always been good. However, this year I ordered a Xmas tree, it was nearly £200. The tree did not turn up on the specified dates, having looked at the tracking it appeared Hermes did not have the parcel registered on their system so I called Studio. I was told they would raise and investigation with the courier and it could take up to 30 days. 2 days later I called again, it was now the beginning of December and I advised for them not to bother delivering the tree as I needed to go purchase one as I had children. I was told the item was already dispatched but I could return it, however the tracking was still showing that Hermes did not have the parcel. 2 days later again Hermes said 'we have your parcel, it will be delivered today' great! But no, it was delivered, it now states they ran into a problem and it will be delivered the next working day, its said that since the beginning of December and still I dont have the tree. Studio have still charged me for this tree against my account even though it hasnt been received so thats bumped my payment up by £15 a month. I have emailed them about 7 times each time getting the same response that they are sorry but it is being investigated. The last email i sent i threatened then with trading standards and social media exposure so they raised a conplaint on my behalf. This morning they responded saying its under investigation so they consider the complaint closed! Their customer service is absolutely atrocious, i will never use them again

Please do not order from Studio still waiting for my order placed on the 11th November delivery time 5 days!!! chased several times the Call Centre is a nightmare no one knows what they are doing, if items are out of stock let customers know so they do not order but it appears they continue to take orders knowing the items will never arrive. How can this company continue to trade with such bad service and have no trained staff to deal with the numerous customer complaints, Avoid Avoid.

Ordered a Christmas present in November and it kept saying it was delayed.Phoned studio multiple times but kept being told I would have to wait 8 weeks to see where the parcel had gone!!I had paid in full and at this point just wanted either a refund or the parcel which clearly had gone missing.After phone calls emails and messaging via Instagram I got resolver.co.uk and my bank involved as it seemed studio just did not want to respond. Got a refund eventually but will never order from here again.Massive company so they really should look at their customer service better

I paid £125 for 3 coats over 6 weeks ago and still not received the order which was acknowledged by email. I have tried to reach contact via email for an immediate explanation or a full refund. No reply. I do not want a credit account. Just my order or a refund. Absolutely infuriated!

So Today I’ve still not received my refund of £5 postage and my 20% = £11.99 from the item I’ve purchased back in November. This refund was due today as a little compensations for not receiving my item on time, but still nothing! So I’ve now spent numerous times calling you, So not only have you failed to dispatch the item when said…..3x time, last date given now is 27th. That disappointing when it’s my little girls main gift! But I will now have a very upset little 4 year old girl on Xmas day due to not having her main present. How do I explain to my little girl that’s asked for a play shop that she can’t now have?! When you guys said it was being dispatched on 27th, I have not been able to find anything the same to replace it. Everywhere else is out of stock. I ordered in November. If there was issues with stock then this should be made clear which it never was at the time of the order. This is absolutely disgusting, and your customer service is appalling. Having one of your call handlers huff at me down the found when I’m complaining and also ignoring me whilst I could hear her typing. Not at all sorry or anything. Don’t be in custome e are if your going to be rude to your customers!!! You have low lied to me numerous times now. You should be ashamed of yourself. I’m a single mother. I Earn very little money. So I’ve tried to get what I can, as much as I can with what I’ve got and you’ve taken me for a fool, you’ve taken my money, actually stole my money as I have not received my item. This is disgusting studio. I will never be ordering from yourselves again. NEVER!! And I will be warning people from ordering form you too!!!!!!!

I ordered a item, paid in full then for the next 2 month i chased studio for the item , lots of calls and emails which they never returned . I then cancelled the order made a formal complaint . they never came back to me instead they sent the order out damaged . I am still trying to get them to answer . the worse customer service i have ever had .

Sent the wrong item twice and ruined our daughters Christmas. Avoid at all costs. We have now paid twice for an item we didn't want, 2 days to Christmas and no present for daughter.

Paying for an item that I have never recieved and have asked them numerous times to remove it from my account. Their customer service is none existant. Multiple emails. I've one email back asking for the same details I provided then nothing else. Great if you get stuff or have no broken stuff then you don't have to sort anything but if something goes wrong you might as well just burn the money.

Terrible telephone manner to start with was on phone too for over 30 mins they just hung up when asked to speak to manager was told item was in stock when ordered rang severall times over 2 weeks told me had been dispatched phoned today to be told order has been cancelled has not in stock was ordered 5th november days before Christmas not good so someone was lieing still waiting to speak to manager
