Returned a faulty Tablet, and after loads of hassell and consistent misinformation given by their overseas call centre, stating that the refund was returned into my bank account and would take 72 hours, i am still waiting for it after 16 days. Reading all these negative reviews i will probably never see my money returned. Avoid this company at all costs.

Received 5 boxes floor tiles, half was different shades only noticed when laid!!! After 40 plus emails and countless phone calls they still can't resolve this!!! They offer only 10% off and I now have to pay for a whole new floor at my own expense. NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Bought a new PS5 console off Studio, never heard of them before finding stock available and since the console was impossible to find I gave it a go. Order placed on Tuesday, processed on Wednesday, dispatched on Thursday 4am and delivered again on Thursday at 11am. I couldn't be more happy, speedy delivery and goods received in perfect condition, thank you Studio, you've just won a new customer.

Ordered and paid for 3 items - 2 which were cancelled by Studio as no stock. 3rd item was now no use so I phoned to cancel. 3 weeks later received item regardless. Returned using hermes, which has gone missing!! 4 more phone calls, forms filled in and still not resolved. This has been more than 2 months since order. Will never use this company again!!

I got sent two Nintendo switches instead of one in October. I returned one to a delivery man they sent. Unfortunately the parcel as been lost in transit. After near on ten phone calls going through the same scenario and filling forms in they said they would refund me. This as never happened and it is costing me money with these waste of time phone calls.

They use hermes. Lying deliver guy said he had attempted to deliver in the 3 hour slot I've been waiting in for and didnt even come. No card no knock as he was never here. Ive been waiting all day. Wont order from here ever again. They use useless deliver companies it deflects on them. Absoutely raging about it.

Called them 10mins after I placed a order as I noticed delivery address was wrong they said they will be able to change the address once it’s been processed and to call back once it had. I called back to be told they can’t change the delivery address or cancel my order or refund my account even though it hasn’t been dispatched. I now won’t recive my order that has already been credited to my account I no long live or know the person who lives at the address. I admit my mistake in clicking the wrong address however customer service had told me they would be able to change that which they now can’t.Very unsatisfied. Customer service give false information.

If I could give zero I would. Atrocious company. Still waiting on a refund since January. They say they refunded me but the account for that card was closed months ago. I have provided evidence of this but they are continuing to find excuses not to refund me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Sent a faulty Tablet back, not received my refund, all they say its gone back into your bank account. Sent them bank statements showing no refund, they said they would investigate it. 2 and half months now ,no refund. Sent around 30 emails and called them 20 times. I will never buy from these again. Very Very poor service from customer services.

New customer. Ordered a bed that was IN stock with a 10 day delivery time. I'm on day 15 now, no bed. No help from studio who are saying it will come we don't know when. Terrible service

If I could give 0 I would, they took my money, promised delivery by Hermes and sent a tracking code but 5 days later and Hermes haven’t even had my item from Studio. Now Studio won’t let me cancel the order and they won’t help me with when the item will be delivered. Luckily I paid on a credit card but have to wait 30 days to be able to claim, back. Steer clear of them!!!!

Highly disappointed I ordered for the first time 3 items coming to the value of 21.46 for my bathroom they took the money out of my bank in which I have a authentication code for & are saying they can't see the money in there half have spent 4 days on the phone to them an the bank sent proof of payment and still waiting for a reply. I would advise no one to order from here here will be taking this matter to court!!

I ordered two mirrored chest of drawers on the 6th of April, the order specified that delivery will be within 10 days. Today is 22 April, 16 days later no delivery, no explanation or apology. Checked my order its saying, awaiting dispatch,how? They are not professional, never order from them ever, unless if you want disappointment. I paid £278, i wish i ordered from another company.

Will never use this company again , bought my grandchildren sand pit to be delivered to there address in a different part of the country, they delivered to me, ask the to collect it and was told it would take five day to collect and another ten days for them to revive it and then it will take twenty one days before I get money back, unbelievable.
