I had ordered a three piece kitchen set and when I received them I noticed that the microwave was not only noticeably damaged but faulty - it did not work. The kettle and toaster worked fine. When I enquired about a swap for a working microwave they explained that this was not possible and they could only offer me a refund if I returned the whole set or a 10% refund if I chose to keep them. How ridiculous. This is even after me explaining that the kettle and toaster had already been used. Their customer service is shocking - you are passed from person to person so it is difficult to get a correct answer to your questions. I gave up in the end and returned the whole set. My first and LAST time ordering from Studio. Avoid.

Ordered a carpet cleaner in December that never arrived and was told it would be refunded to my account in January. It’s now June and still not been removed. No one is listening to me and keeps telling me to wait until next months statement for it to be removed.

Shocking company that I have had to complain to the financial ombudsman over non payment of my credit balance because they never delivered anything to me and after my data Subject Access Report shows they have no record of a delivery. Steer well clear they are in such a mess the company is up for sale

Shocking company, I placed an order which got left on my doorstep whilst I was at work I contacted the company and explained I didn't get the parcel as it had gone by the time I got home. I've asked Studio to re credit my account which they have not done and asked me.to wait 30 days for the goods...which won't turn up as they have clearly been taken. Took 6 attempts to speak to someone as their call centre kept hanging up on me. The company needs investigating avoid at all costs.

If I could give it a minus score I would. Been waiting since 19 th March to have an incomplete roller blind uplifted and my refund. I’ve had 5 letters and return labels sent to me, and they’re still saying 5-7 days, 12 WEEKS ANS STILL WAITING. Its a farce!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!! Shocking customer service I’ve been waiting nearly two months for them to pick up a damaged patio set and each email and phone call all I get is the same standard response. Now they are telling me my complaint will take 8 weeks to look into!!

terrible company. just in the past two weeks they sent me a pack of six pillows that were only five and filthy dirty and a size six pair of personalised summer pumps that were a size five . They also want me to pay to send them back when they are not fit for purpose

Impossible to get a refund on faulty good, scam artists. I bought a greenhouse that was leaking and unsafe, when we had strong winds the roof collapsed. I asked for a refund and to return the item and they have passed the blame and said I should have placed in in a place that it would not have been affected by the wind, although their advertisement clearly shows their greenhouse placed in nearly the exact same spot on the grass. We also followed the instructions perfectly to ensure safety. Do not use Studio for credit and please look elsewhere. The products are not up to standards and clearly some are dangerous, but not just that; they will use any excuse not to give you your money or credit back.

Ordered a fridge freezer via my daughters account on 10/4, which arrived damaged. After several emails and phone calls being told the same thing- to allow 7 days for item to be collected- still waiting on it being collected. Terrible service and will never use them again.

Terrible service I ordered a Lenovo laptop on may 1 and got a update on May 22 it’s been sent but you tracked it by Hermes and they claim hasn’t received It and when I phone studio they hang up on me I’m disgusted at the way they treat their customers

Will never order from them again.Bought 4 solar flame lights and one stopped working after 3 days . Emailed them and they offered me 10% or refund so i went for refund . Boxed items and after a week waiting still no one from Hermes collected . Contacted them again and said as 3 were still working i would settle for 25% as there were 4. They agreed but 5 weeks later still waiting on my refund..They said to be patient and wait a bit longer ?. Its only for £3.34 but its the hassel of the whole process and annoyance . Just want it sorted so i can close my account and never ever will i order from them again. God forbid if you ever have to return goods....

Would never order anything from this company again I returned two items in March and still waiting for my refund keeping having to phone them to find out where it is keep getting fobbed off bu saying it gonna be sorted with in 72 still no refund

Do not use this company. I had a faulty chiminea delivered. Rang them to return, as too big to send in the post. Still waiting 7 weeks later. Now getting txts telling me to pay account, but I’m not so they can stay here forever until they are picked up DO NOT buy off this poor excuse of a company. Poor customer service, just give you same spiel over and over again now keep putting the phone down on me. I have started a complaint with trading standards

Odered chairs then chnaged my mind as husband brought another one. It was cancelled 1 day after ordering. was adised a refund within 5 to 7 days as cancelled before order left warehouse. However Studio still went ahead and the ordered was not cancelled. Called again theborder has left warehouse have to turn away driver and then when item is back in warehouse will receive my money of £369.00. This is unacceptable. would not advice anuone to order poor custmer service.

Repeated data protection act breeches including someone taking my details home and calling maliciously from home, 30 times, the police traced these calls to one of their employees. Vile behaviour.

Disgusting with the service I'm still waiting for my refund seen January. I'm still waiting another 7 days for them to look into it once again. If said before i order it was out of stock i wouldn't of got it. All i keep getting it's been transferred on your side but i sent my bank statements to show nothing came out. I asked proof on your side but i get NOTHING i never had this problem ever to get a refund back customer always right yeah right you don't even listen and you have too many different people trying to help and all telling you different things. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY you definitely need to look into your customer service

Do not touch this company, we ordered an expensive item and it was delivered in broken pieces. After several emails and phone calls promising our money back this was never followed up. It has been two months and they have still not collected the item for a refund. Other review sites read the same. I wish I had checked them before buying, it seems their company page is filled with reviews created by the company itself. Don't be fooled by those reviews.

Don’t order from them!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed order 20th April for items on 5-10 days delivery. Payment taken 21st April to coincide with courier tracking saying waiting on items. Almost one month later after several emails to Studio & confirmation from courier they’ve never received items, I’ve requested a refund twice. They’re saying there will be a missing in transit investigation which could take upto 30 days!! I don’t think so. Credit card company raising a dispute & crediting my account. Utterly shocking service. Noted that most of the reviews on here are invited too. Mmmmmm
