“Went in Supercuts in Walton at 3.pm and asked if there was availability for my daughter to have her hair cut. The lady was supporting someone at the time. She asked me to come back at 4pm. I came back at 355 and was told to come back at 430 as she had just excepted a new client . I said that was not fair . She then looked very angry and said she was busy to just come back at 430 because she had a child there. She then looked at me and said “What”
I apologised to the man that was there with his child and said that I would not be coming back and that I felt it was not correct to take another client when she had asked me to come back . I felt in an awkward position as it was not fair on the customer or the child . It was the member of staffs behaviour it was so rude and aggressive may not of even minded if she was to have apologised. Poor customer skills . 19.04.2025”
“Appalling. Rachel Completely ruined my hair and had 0 remorse, Cut most off my hair off and made it very thin, cutting chunks out and left me with a overall bizarre cut with some sort of shelf but worse of all the customer service was absolutely horrendous. When I told Rachel i was guttered over how she had ruined my hair she started shouting at me really loudly in front of everyone, I had my little baby with me, no one shouts in front of her. Actually in disbelief anyone would treat a customer like this, I have never been treated worse, 0 customer service, disgusting attitude, Shouting at customers?! Extremely bad hair cut along with a very unpleasant experience. I was treated like trash. Never ever met anyone with more of a vulgar attitude. I advise everyone to avoid! Worst cut of my life. Incredibly bad cut. Have all pictures of my hair before for context. Had to go to another hairdressers pay again to have it corrected they said it’s a extremely bad job and the hairdresser has butchered me and left me with a shelf so I have had to have all my hair cut off to a Bob days before my two week holiday, my partners 40 th birthday party and my Little girls 1st birthday party and of course was left all over the Christmas period like this.
I contacted customer service they was no better , they said they won’t take the complaint further this is because Rachel told them a load of blatant lies which is very concerning, told them to check cameras because I could tell by the kind of person Rachel was she would lie, what happened to the customer is always right? ‘they also said I am being very dramatic about it’ which is beyond unprofessional. It’s not about the money it’s no one acknowledging cos horrible this was for me. They just don’t care.”
“Came in for a cut and blow dry. Sasha was able to do my hair immediately which was great. Made suggestions regarding my hair which I agreed with. She really took a lot of time on my cut and I am very happy with it. I look forward to her doing a colour for me in a few weeks time. Thanks Sasha.”
“I visited Supercuts 3rd April, although the young girl that did my hair was nice and friendly (Cant remember her name) she was Irish ,but not experienced in blow drying, I wanted it blowing in bob style but was nothing like it. I did not have a lot cut off as I had short layers so she just tidied it up, My hair is just passed my earlobe's so I was appalled to have to pay £43 I didn't even get a receipt to see why it had cost so much only receipt for my payment. I was so upset at paying this amount for hardly anything cut off and a bad blow dry.”

“Worst hair cut ever, do not go to Supercuts Arndale Uk. Originally I had long hair like just over half way down my back which I loved, in fact was my trademark amongst my group of friends. I wanted to get my hair trimmed for the health of my hair and you know promote further growth. I said and agreed to 2 inches from the bottom just to remove split ends and long layers to add some shape. The hairdresser cut 8 inches off without asking me and basically I’ve lost my long lush locks for shoulder length hair, which is obviously not what I wanted. So don’t go to this salon because they ignore what the customers asks for and do whatever they want. Just cut yourself at home, would be a more satisfying experience.”
“I had a wonderful experience at Supercuts Arndale Centre in Manchester. The receptionist was super polite and helpful both in the phone and in person. My stylist Dan washed and blow dried my hair into the prettiest curls and the scalp and neck massage during the wash was superb. I will be coming back to cut and colour my hair as soon as I am back in town. Thank you ✨”

Explained to the stylist C that I wanted a hair trim and weight taken from my hair as I was going on holiday. Firstly she thinned my hair way to high in the length living short clumps of spikey hair throughout which is a total nightmare to style!! The trim was not level. She definitely needs more training. Do not use this store they totally ruined my hair!!!!”
