Was in store and thought I would buy this aftershave thought I would spray some on me to see if I liked it as there was no testers man came round the corner n shouted out I was like I’m buying it I jus wanted to see what it smelt like he said no your stealing I was just smelling it n then going to buy it anyway very rude if he had a misunderstanding then he could of kindly asked me not to spray and ask me to leave n then I could explain n he should apologise n I would go pay said in such a nasty way

Horrible experience with an unruly child running up & down , getting everyone’s way, the mother actually shouted at me , & I didn’t even speak , just cheap rubbish people. I won’t be shopping here again. This shop is for the lower classes of scum

Superdrug have done away with the over 60 discount card They hadn’t even the courtesy to let me know I only found out from a staff member that management have done this They have targeted the most vulnerable people, pensioners who need all the money they can get I would advise anyone in the same position to contact them and complain There is a site called Resolver who will help you with your case and escalate it for you I bet management do not need the money so they are trying to save some at the expense of pensioners The photo was taken in a Superdrug store about lower prices which I find very ironic

Lost items in 1st parcel, were quick to respond but as for refund I contacted 3 times and have waited a month and still they want me to wait another 5 to 10 working days

Worst company ever Worst company ever. Never again. Placed an order for a green neck cushion and a pink one and 3 bottles of John Frieda hair products. I received 2 pink cushions (one was ripped) one of the hair products wouldn't spray properly. I was told if I sent the cushions back I might get another pink one (nomatter what colour I ordered) and was told to contact John Frieda direct about the faulty item. Even though the product was bought from superdrug. All was posted back and the royal mail tracking shows it was delivered back to them on the 8th June and they still won't send me my refund if nearly £30. I have had to contact my bank to try to get my money back. Stay clear. They falsely advertise as in the neck cushions (if I had ordered green and orange) I was told there was no guarantee I wouldn't get pink. And what they are saying is if I walked into their store with a faulty John Frieda product I would be told to contact John Frieda direct. Never ever again. Watch ordering online with this company

I have just heard Superdrug Rhyl closing down. So sorry to hear this will be sadly missed. Just wish to send my best wishes to staff really nice and helpful loved shopping with you will have to give Boots a go.

Bought hand sanitiser and lip balm online with some other products, first part of the order arrived. Then 2 weeks later the hand sanitiser and lip balm finally arrived. When I opened the parcel the bottels were open and leaked everywhere and the lip balms ripped off the packets, sent a picture as evidence and complained. Superdrug wanted me to put my hand in the parcel and clean the usable bottles and use them. 7 automated twitter responese later, I sent the items back and 8 weeks later I have not had my refund and i have had to go through resolver and superdrug are still dragging their feet over £13, disgraceful, corrupt behaviour they are acting like thieves

Ordered online and on checking my bank account realised I had been overcharged. An item I hadn't ordered had been added to my order. I contacted superdrug via chat within an hour and cancelled. Was told the cancellation couldn't be guaranteed even though delivery takes up to 7 days. The order arrived, I sent it back the next day. Now being told due to the high value I have to wait 4 weeks for the return to clear their system then a refund will be issued. I can't afford to wait around almost 6 weeks for my £61 refund. I only ordered £19 worth of goods. I keep asking for my money but no one cares. I will never use Superdrug again.

I love superdrug but PLEASE PLEASE stop wrapping security tags around makeup caps. I could never take it off from a maybeline primer & concealer!! Why sell it if we can never open it?!

I went into the stowmarket branch today to buy perfume , all the staff were extremely helpful , they couldn’t do enough for me . They went above and beyond to help me choose my purchase Thank you so very much Regards Erika ridgewell

I placed an online order and selected a closer shop to where I live. The perfume has been delivered to a far away branch. So I had to chat with the online staff to arrange for cancelation. They cancelled my order but I have not received my money back. I waited for 7 working days and I contacted them and they said that they will refund me and it will take up to 6 working days. I had to wait again, and I called again because I have not got my money they said if I cancel my order before collecting it they will not charge me and they need a proof that there is a transaction from my bank account. I received my money after 28 working days and after chasing the staff up. In addition to that their customer service is very poor. I will never buy from this shop again and I cancelled my loyalty card. Kind regards

Superdrug made me happy because I was at a loss to find the items l wanted in the Chester shop then along came Tony. I told him the items I wanted and he explained that special offers were on them and went and fetched them to me.Excellent customer service.

Very dissapointed. I wanted to return a dezodorant but I was told I couldn't do it because I tested how it smells. I won't ever buy from Superdrug again.

everything- twice! The first parcel arrived with a couple of items smashed which meant the whole lot was ruined but I put it down to the deliverer- second chance is this past couple of weeks when I have waited in for over a week, to be told on Good Friday (bank holiday) that the parcel was damaged belong being able to be delivered- sent the certificate to Superdrug- 'mail box full' Refund please!

7 days have passed after receiving unsatisfactory goods. Razors broken I ripped packet, Toothpaste bundle in ripped box with Toothpaste loose & most products covered in sticky face mask. Superdrug seem unwilling or unable to offer any refund. If I purchased these goods in a High Street store would Superdrug deem it acceptable to sell goods in this unsatisfactory state on shelves?????????

Dire company. My order didn’t turn up when it should have and I got lame excuses now I find they have taken monies for items I have not received as I cancelled the order - then told I will have to wait 3 - 5 days for a refund. Total joke. Avoid and shop elsewhere as they don’t deserve customers.

Absolutely abysmal - I was charged twice due to an error on your server, with two amounts coming out of my account on the 1st of March and its now the 27th of March and I have still not got my money back.. .one transaction is still pending. First I was told 3 days, then I was told 7 days.... then I was told wait another few days. Then I was told the IT team is investigating it and they'd be in touch in 10 days at the latest... 11 days later I message them and they said they still haven't heard back from them. Then they say they've cancelled the pending duplicate transaction and it should be back in my account.. still nothing. I've been in touch with my bank and all they want is confirmation of the amount and date of the transaction and that you will not be processing it so they can release the hold earlier and I have asked for this on numerous occasions yet every. single. person. I have dealt with has been too stupid to do their job! At first I was going to let this slide and put it down to a glitch and not write a review but given the fact that NOT A SINGLE PERSON has been able to sort this I am writing this. Give me back my money you robbing pieces of s**t - never again I tell ya!

Informed my order would arrive today 25/03/2022. Waited all day for this to be delivered and not arrived. Useless service using Hermes, the worst courier there is. Lost a customer thanks to poor service and the fact that I have better things to do with my life
