“We ordered some Dachstien mittens, a house favorite, here. The pair just didn’t fit properly-I think it was an anomaly-and when I sent a note explaining the problem and requested a return label, I got an immediate reply from Rick and Adrienne, including a label and invitation to send the hand measurements, should we order again. The service is terrific and they carry quality goods.”

“I purchased a pair of Varmfabrik Swedish mittens from Sweater Chalet. My hands get so cold in the winter, and these actually keep me warm without immobilizing my hands! The designs are just beautiful, too. I received a pair of these last Christmas from my husband, but somehow lost them in the spring. I can't tell you how much I'd loved them - it was truly a loss for me! For my birthday, they have been replaced, and I'm ALMOST excited for the cold weather to come again. . . . .”

“Only two types of reviews I'd write: Very Poor or Very Good. I give Sweater Chalet 'Very Good' for the quality of their products, customer service and pricing. I purchased mittens in the past and they were as advertised and delivery was prompt. Customer service is excellent. Called and emailed with product questions which they answered to my satisfaction.”

“After buying Mittens last year for my sister who has Raynards decease I decided to buy her the long socks this year. The results from wearing the mittens benefit her as I'm sure the socks will. The service was quick and the item was received within a matter of days. Thank you Sweater Chalet.”

“I bought some Dachstein mittens, a family fave from Sweater Chalet. They fit poorly, an anomaly for Dachstein. I described the problem and asked for a return label and Adrienne and Rick replied with a return label, almost immediately over the weekend. In addition, they suggested I take more detailed measurements of my hand and they would make sure my next order would be a good fit.”

“These mittens allowed me to survive the polar vortex of 2019! Although I expected them to be softer, I truly need them to keep my fingers warm because I have Raynaulds. And they serve that purpose well.”

“the 4 ply mittens are great, use them as my insulating layer inside my gortex shell mittens for my Winter Mountaineering trips, extremely warm, especially on "summit days" where temps could be minus 20 plus winds into the 50 plus mph range. Al;so love the 3 ply socks !”

“Ordered some Dachstein neon colored mitts. The mitts are, of course, of a superb quality and the boiled wool apparently thick and durable but the customer service of Sweater Chalet is of a elite caliber within today's marketplace. Initially had a size issue with the order, they handled it superfast and very personably. Clearly, they operate with the attitude of no problems, only solutions. Very much appreciate this company.”
